I had the pleasure of trying Gordon Ramsey's Beef Wellington and it was amazing! The beef was cooked perfectly and the pastry was light and flaky. The flavors blended together wonderfully and the presentation was top-notch. I was really impressed with how quickly it was cooked and served. Highly recommended!

It vy convenient no matter the way to lagoon or shopping mall, foods store also nearby. Staff friendly and helpful, room warm and welcome nice to feel. Just housekeeping need to be extra improvement, overall is excellent. Great experience to have😊

Everything was impeccable. From the front of house, to our server Aisyah (if I'm not mistaken), everything exceeded our expectations. The food was exquisite, my Beef Wellington just melted, the steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the cod was so fresh, it was practically swimming in our mouths. Kudos to the entire staff for a job well done, and thank you for taking care of us.

5star is indeed the best fit for the family should be very beautiful and peaceful.

Excellent service & hospitality. Newly refurbished rooms with luxurious tasteful design and best amenities. Great location with shoppings mall, eateries and the Sunway Lagoon themepark.

Worst hotel. Not even deserved 1 star. The swimming pool and gym are close for mantainance. They offered me to use their gym at level 12 but almost all equipment cannot be use. Not to mentioned the room is dirty with molds, dirts and tissue.

Bad experience, expected 1st class service but lousy service, that was before mco, now I not sure… But I see the renovation is very nice… I like the renovation, hope one day I can stay with them and dine in again, if they make the improvement.

We had a fine staycation of 3D2N at sunway pyramid hotel. But there are definitely few things that needed to be improved as per below comment. The 'Bad': 1) the reception for check-in process are unhelpful and unfriendly. Not giving any info such as if the guest are looking for swimming pool, we have to travel to clio hotel as pyramid hotel doesn't have any pool itself and previously it was shared with resort hotel but unfortunately the pool at resort hotel was under renovation. I think the swimming pool is a basic facility for a hotel, i'm so surprise the the receptionist doesn't even giving any info at all during the check-in process. Only a booklet with room card that's all for the check-in. I booked the room under "eat, play & stay" package which suppose to comes with pals points. However, to none the receptionist give any advise on this at all. 2) overall concierge & reception staff are all kind of rude. When my family trying to look for the pool, we were told by resort hotel staff that the concierge team should arrange transport to send us to clio hotel so that we don't have to take a long walk from pyramid hotel to clio. The end result is, concierge staff ignored the request by their own staff — Naji, who is kind enuf to walk my family to clio, tho it's quite a far walk but we still thank him for treating us professionally. 3) The bathroom shower drainage was kind of clogged.

Some service staff and chef in the resort cafe are not friendly with cold treatment especially during breakfasts, hope the management will look into it.

I stayed at Sunway Pyramid Hotel for 14 nights for my quarantine in April 2020. I like how the room interior gives a cozy feeling. The service staff was friendly and prompt. The hotel even arranged a show by Harith Iskandar for all quarantined individuals. They truly went beyond the miles in ensuring the comfort and well-being of their guests.

Nice spa and its villas are romantic. Everything within walking distance. The only problem is the horrendous congestion during peak hours.

This was a great place for my wife and I and the three children to stay for a while when we were in Kuala Lumpur. We found the facilities to be satisfactory, and with the resort a large place there was plenty to do. The massive fun theme park nearby was a great place to visit and could easily fill up at least a whole day. There is a variety of other places to eat and drink around the hotel which makes it a good location for a trip.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Very clean, nice and spacious rooms. The kids enjoyed the breakfast and the whole atmosphere. The water park was a wonderful experience as well. My 8 year old enjoyed himself the most — he didn't want to leave.

The decor and amenities are very dated. Large breakfast buffet selection. Service by staff is one of the best I've experienced. Very attentive, quick and friendly.

This place is really awesome. People very kind…, infrastructure very good…, very convenient with shopping mall and food courts around. Breakfast is very good with many options for different cultures like Indian, Malaysian, western… If you are going to vacation you'll also find the amusement park around. I didn't try it but looks fine as well… But from all the people was the best…

My family and I had a very positive experience when we stayed at Sunway Clio recently. The 4D/3N package offered lots of value, which included theme park tickets and breakfast. The check-in process was fast and easy. The rooms were generous in size, perfect for family. The view was great and location very convenient for shopping and many activities, such as ice skating for the children. Our daughter left her mobile phone in the room after we checked out. …
We made a call to the housekeeping department to enquire.
Shortly after (less than 10min), staff returned call to report that they have found the phone. We were able to arrange a friend to pick it up the next day. We enjoyed our stay at Sunway Clio and hope to be back again.
The honest and speedy handling of our lost phone by the housekeeping team should be highly commended. Thank you.

A luxurious hotel located in Sunway Town, the hotel offer a 5 stars experience for it's guest with various amenities surrounding the hotel. As one of the hotel surrounding the Sunway Lagoon theme park, the hotel guest has a good view of the water park with well established walk path to the theme park. Within the hotel, the guests can be expected well served by the hotel in-house restaurant offering Western, Asian and international cuisine. An overall well equipped hotel, highly recommended.

Had an excellent spread of specialties from all over the world for Ramadan buffet. All was delicious and tasty. Great service and wonderful coffee house.

A hotel with a great and fantastic view. When it comes to food wise, it's great and quite a lot of varieties even they have steamboat in it. The desserts also was so good even though the variety is not that much for desserts. For the fruits and salad section was too good I loved it a lot, they had too much of variety. Overall they had much variety of food and all type if foods such as seafood, pasta, international foods and many more. I just love the place and the food. It's worth for the price.

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. It felt exclusive and the facilities matched this most of the time. The room were the biggest and the best layed out I have ever stayed in and the food/breakfast was great. Everyone in the hotel was also very helpful and always deal with a smile. I would like to thank you all on the behalf of my family for your kindness and generosity.

Pretty good in general, we spent a short but delightful valentines day here in the hotel. The hotel may seem exclusive, but surprisingly the room we've got was just OK, a little old and small. Service was good and friendly staff. We tried the spa and massage of the hotel, the venue located pretty far away from the hotel itself, we have to walk under the rain for about 10mins. If you're staying in their chalet then it is nearer to visit the spa.

Hotel with grand lobby and good amenities. I got upgraded from normal room to Junior Suite, thank you so much. Room was comfortable and staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. However Chef Kuna of Resort Cafe was rather rude. My son asked for 2 omellets but he replied “no, u can have 1 only”, looking so fierce. I mean, does the whole family have to queue up for omellete instead of sending 1 person on behalf? We also had some pastries left overs and didnt want it t…o go wasted. So we wrapped it with tissue to bring to our room. As we walked out, a female staff looked at us judgementally as we were smuggling food out. Do you think people with such mentality could afford staying at your hotel? Overall, the hotel needs improvement in terms of the staff attitude. I know the crowd can be overwhelming but isnt that good for business?

Nice hotel with great location close to the waterpark and the shopping mall. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly, naming Mr Rizwan from front disk for his professionalism. The hotel reception decoration is stunning with ample space. Rooms are outdated and does not match the hotel star ratings. Toilet is old, yet includes all amenities. Unfortunately the Sunway area has limited high star ratings hotels, and this hotel still be one of the best options.

Tips to enjoy your stay: 1. Buffet Breakfast is delightful in 2-3 days, but probably would not be for extended period. Try the local food shops at the front, across the road, cheaper but more variety. 2. Know that there is a special access from the hotel to Sunway Lagoon. Bring your hotel key to open the access gate. 3. Money changer is located basement of Sunway Pyramid mall, about 5 minutes walk. Better rates. 4. If you need medical, 2 clinics are found further up near the food shops. Pharmacy also is here.

The Sunway Resort had very nice rooms and a very grand lobby. It is right next to an enormous water park which is great if you have kids, it less ideal if you are in the area on business. The staff was fantastic! Everyone was very professional and polite. As the office I was conducting business with was in the Pinnacle building, it made sense to stay here and I would highly recommend it for business or pleasure.

Wonderful place superb service excellent staff gorgeous environment very comfortable rooms. A bit costly but money worth for services. One thing need worth mentioning I found a mosquito sitting on breakfast item in morning breakfast resturant. Informed the resturant guys otherwise excellent place to stay.

I love the hotel location and stay here quite often when I visit our KL factory. Staff is very friendly. Sunway mall around the corner is very handy for meals and shopping. The reason for 4 stars is because the rooms are still quite dated. Seems like they haven't changed in over 12 years.

Stayed here for business trip. Was a nice experience. Lobby is grand looking, breakfast buffet had many choices, not the best food I've tasted but better than average. Lunch n dinner buffet was certainly not bad. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the food. For the rooms, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were many. There was nice working space with a comfortable office chair. I stayed at fifth floor and there was a nice balcony outside, overseeing the swimming pool. The toilet was not bad, well stocked with toiletries, towel was thick n feels good. I do agree with the reviewers the hotel is rather cold but the air con is adjustable from the central controller beside the bed. The function rooms are great choice for business meeting. Most importantly, the Wi-Fi was stable. I will definitely recommend this hotel for business or conference functions.

The hotel is so-so. It could have been better, the most that did not like this ventilation system, the rooms are clogged and except for air conditioning, nothing else and nothing with the air can not be done. There is no airing.
