Very limited parking… had bad experienced that I had to park at their valet parking. No more here. Thank You.

Time to time I go there, get some breakfast and work from the cafe at level 3. Today on a weekend I did the same. But the cafe manager did something very unpleasant. When she brought my food, she didn’t even have a smile in her face and she instructed the waiter to give me the bill even before I asked for it. The gesture was very much like as if I was going to runaway. I’m not sure how many Sheraton I’ve experienced around the world after travelling to more than 50 countries. But this was a very unpleasant / unprofessional gesture.

Your staff by the name Jacquelyn is very rude! We wanted to make a reservation for CNY on the 16th, and she force us to make full payment to confirm our reservation. We refuse and only agree to pay deposit instead of full payment, she ignore us and hang up our call! And her voice note was rude!

Love the buffet spread very tasty and many choices.

For buffet ramadhan. Not so good. Especially for oyster. Yesterday I come before 7pm. But no more oyster. Really expected can eat oyster. And some food not taste so good. Promotion look very exciting. But reality is not good.

I've heard it long time but nvr been there, overall great experience from main entrance to lobby till I reach my seating staff is available/ready to assist. Forgot to snap picture 'cuz there's a few awesome spot I missed 😥. 👍😘 awesome place.

Everything (front desk, concierge, house keeping) were fantastic with this premise, except for 1 constant recurring problem with your Feast F&b staffs. During my (multiple) stay, your staff, aside providing greeting at restaurant entrance, provide no guide for guest to be directed to the table nor taking order for coffee and tea (let alone call for refill). It's quiet a nuisance every morning seeing most of your staff standing at 1 corner and talking among themselves. Please focus to hire more proper individual manning the guest at your Feast outlet.

Good spread for buffer hitea. Satay were really good. Even have Japanese food to enjoy. Only thing, there was a group occupying half of the coffee house and lots of noise occurred. This makes no privacy for us. They should get a function room instead. Overall food and service were very good.

I really like this hotel. Room was specious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was really helpful, especially the fnb team during we enjoying our evening cocktail. Recommended hotel and definitely will come back again.

Went to Feast for christmas eve buffet. Friendly service by the staffs. Chef assisted us to get our foods. The Santa super super super nice. I like him so much. Cheerful and funny Santa.

The room package with dinner and breakfast is so worth it. The food is delicious and worth the money. Will come here again for sure.

Fantastic Hotel, the room luxurious and spacious, the breakfast extraordinary, a law firm free with a lot of variety of foods and, all of first quality and well presented. The employees are very friendly and helpful. A terrace with swimming pool and bar with incredible views from the 33rd floor. And in the evening live music. The only negative this far from the centre, in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.

Was here for a 4 days 3 night stay and my experience was unpleasant. 1) Shower gets clogged 2) was sleeping and was woken up by the smell of cigarettes I have no idea where did it smell came from upon investigating I found out that it came from the toilets ventilation 3) staff are unprofessional and lack of experience I would not recommend this hotel.

We were there for a birthday celebration, there was plenty of room for dancing and plenty of space for nearly 100+ guests to sit, dance, move around. Getting there was easy, parking was easy and plentiful, service was good, bathrooms were clean, food was decent. The view was also nice.

Great facilities and clean room with excellent bedding and linen. View was excellent from the 10th floor. Rooftop bar has a pool (shuts at 7pm) and serves well to have a few drinks at night. Grab was only about 15-16RM to KL Center. Would stay again. Can be a bit tricky for drivers to find the entrance though as the road leading to the hotel is one way — and if you’re not on the right side of the road you will need to do a loop.

The place to be… friendly environment and the food is very good, reasonable price and much variety.

I would have rated no star if I have the choice. Had the so called arabian buffet dinner tonight with my friends. Basically it is more like a local malay food buffet. Nothing about arabian at all. Below are something I would like to point out.
1) The environment is more like my neighbour's kenduri than having a buffet dinner at a hotel. The tables, the chairs… it feels so cheapskate.
2) The food is horrible! prawns did not deveined. I did not expect this to happen in a hotel. Even some local malay food stall will remove the veins of the prawns. Come on! Also, the rendang chicken. Can u guys tell me how many months old of the kerisik that u guys used? the unpleasant taste coated my mouth for the whole session. U guys is a hotel, im sure ur chef can use some fresh kerisik/coconut milk. Seriously, store bought stuffs? labelled tempura prawn, but it was tempura fish, not crispy at all, soggy n oily. The drinks, again… u used the container that is exactly the same as ramadan food bazaar stall using. Like people selling teh o ais limau on the road side. Then come back to the question, how is teh o ais limau an arabian thingy? the container u used to put plain water, it is not properly wash and it tasted more like a coffee infused water. I really doubt about the cleanliness in ur hotel. Which leads to the last n worst point.
3) All the plates, bowl, are not properly wash. The oil stain and dirt from dont know when is still staining on the plate.

We are having our company's conference in the conference ball rooms. The place is new, very clean ans comfortable. We also having our dinner at night in the hotel ball room. The environment is good and grand.

My Friday night visit to Yue is unbearable. Half my food came after long wait, and have to wait another half hour for my noodle, which makes my earlier dishes cold. Have been waiting for 1hour just for preparation of 3 dishes. Been here since 8.10 till now still not eaten yet. I need to be home before 10.

Modern and luxurious hotel. Rooms are well appointed, functional and comfortable with a touch of luxury throughout. Good value in terms of price for rooms. Club lounge food and beverage selection is good with warm and inviting service. Service at other F&B outlets are a little slow as the hotel is very new. Parking is a little confusing but manageable. Overall, centrally located hotel providing decent value and with upmarket ambiance.

Excellent service from booking to payment by the Miyabi service team led by Leong and assisted by his crew namely Syamir, Eddie, Vincent and Sohani for my daughter’s second birthday on 2 Mar 2018. Not forgetting the kitchen staff who dish out the delicious food and came together at the end to sing the birthday song alongside my family for a memorable evening. Keep up the great service and great food.

Brand New Hotel that opened November 2017. The property is well presented with very good staff and service. Rooms are nicely layed out with even numbered rooms getting a great view all the way to downtown KL. There are a number of good restaurants, including a buffet and a Japanese. There's even a cigar bar. Head to the roof top for a swim with great views.
