Very pleasant stay. Clean room and friendly staff. The bathroom is very clean. Requested birthday deco and complimentary birthday cake. Requested early check in not able to fulfill due to full occupancy. But allowed to have late check up at 3pm. Check in and check out are smooth at the executive lounge. Breakfast at the Executive Lounge is a bit limited choices and it can be improve better. Same goes to Evening Aperitif also have limited variety. However, overall stay is 9/10. My second visit after 3 years.

Beautiful ballroom. But the corridor outside the lift from the rooms were dim and could do with better lighting.

I love it! I'm going to be here for at least a month and it is perfect for me. Great room, superb bathroom, free gym and an outdoor pool to cool down. There are lots of options regarding food and the staff are awesome. You would have to be very picky to be disappointed.

HILTON PJ is a neighbourhood hotel for everyone, business or pleasure! Booked a stay with lounge access. Mind you, it is not your top notch posh property with lots of ostentation and opulence. Yet, the attentiveness of staff and the offerings blows me away. The front desk staff are great to allow an early check in. Had it not being full to the brim, I might be granted a suite upgrade. The executive lounge is currently open daily from 12noon to 8pm with the evening aperitifs to be thw highlights. Staff are fabulous never leave your glass empty from 6pm to 8pm. The canapes and finger food are ficker licking. Most of all, staff are the gems here. They make sure everything was ok. The executive chef was there to mingle with guests and even offered to make me a special dish on request, being not a regular. What an honour! Like they say. HILTON Honour equates Hilton hospitality. Breakfast spread is a sumptuous feast with so much to partake. From western to Asian. There is an emphasis of local cuisine. My personal take would be the Nasi Lemak with Rendang Kerang (cockles in chilly paste) Again this is not your fancy posh resto yet the warmth and the readiness of the staff at Paya Serai never stops amazing you. I feel a sense of comfort being here. Every single staff deserves a mention. They make me a distinguished guests. Room is a little dated though! But I do not mind at all. I, to say the least, have a stupendous stay! Hilton Honour is hilton hospitality.

First positive… the customer service simply awesome. Love all the staffs around… so helpful and cheerful otherwise nothing great… the food below average. I had hitea today. It's Sunday… the food not much. But the number of food still acceptable… but the taste. Really really bad… all food below average… for example… the Indian food. Pls refer good chefs… the combo for today. Vege pulau chicken gravy something n fish curry… how can people combine pulau with fish curry…? the most nightmare for me… the desserts… all of them taste not fresh or not even taste good to eat… can taste clearly. It's not fresh food… even the ice cream tasteless. The bread pudding. Can't chew also… the drink part… the coffee. I don't knw wht brand you all using… I suggest to change it. N pls hire more good pastry chefs… so diapointed with the desserts… if current chef can't make edible cheese cake n lemon cake… time for him to stop make it.

The space is beautiful and the staff has the best customer service. We stayed in a king size, executive suite and it is just great. There is the faint small of smoke at times but it won't make it break anything. The room is very clean, our only concern is that the towels and robes seems to have diet or stains on them. But we get up every morning and eat the complimentary breakfast. The food is a great selection from all over. It was a great experience overall and 4/5.

I came to stay at this Hilton for two nights. I fell ill on the second day of my stay here. The concierge named Mr Irwan took me to a clinic and looked after me and tried to comfort me. He waited for me even while I was seeing a doctor then he took me back to the hotel. Thanks to him, I have felt better. The staff who work at this hotel do make your stay enjoyable memorable and comfortable. My appreciations to all the staff I dealt with esp the concierge.

It's a good place to stay… Though it's costly. Gym and swimming pool are really good. However I feel receptionist needs to provide clear cut information like using a third party gym and it's procedures. Rooms are good and service is okay. Breakfast too. Prefer to sign up for honors so that you can get better deal in future. All is well.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the hotel recently and were very impressed with the professionalism, care and personal attention we received. I have special dietary requirements and the Executive Chef discussed with me what I required for breakfast each morning and then prepared breakfast specially for me. The Assistant Chief Concierge (and Chief Concierge) was very helpful and went out of his way to make my birthday feel special by presenting me with a small cake and even singing "happy birthday". They provided assistance and advice regarding transport and personal safety. We would happily stay there again.

Room is clean & comfortable. The building need to refurbish. There are a Japanese restaurant, buffet, lounge and club in the hotel. Staff is friendly & helpful There is a swimming pool and gym & spa located at the ground & 1st floor. Executive lounge located at the top floor. Food is delicious as there are plenty to choose from. Convenient store and some eateries are just opposite the main road.

Yes it’s very old, and it could use better maintenance (so sad to open the faucet and see green liquid pouring on the bathtub). But it’s a charming little city on its own. The gym stands out, and the crowded, cheerful, extremely fun breakfast can make a day start real happy!

Great for those with own transport. Easy access to public transport as well. Very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent. Room facilities were very nice. Nice staff, good English speaking and helpful. Speed Wi-Fi available. A shopping mall is situated in front of the hotel named Courts. It has all electronic items and other necessities If you are not dining in the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel which provides specially Malaysian and indian foods and beverages. In addition to these there are lots of grocery shops, pharmacies and other retail stores are situated very close to the hotel.

One of the best hotels to put up if you're in town. Has all of the amenities. 5 minutes away from the nearest shopping mall. First-class rating for room service. All in all, an amazing hotel to stay the night/week/weekend in.

Five star hotel with standards well maintained. Breakfast spread was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing that amazed me was that locker didn't work and they quickly attended it as battery was down and they replaced it with new cells. Check out took time and was frustrating as the senior lady receptionist took so much time & was bit disappointing as she was talking n talking n talking to a white man who wanted to check in (Hope they take this review seriously and kindly have an empathy for the customers waiting to check out. I would rate 1 out of 5 for check out). But still worth 5 stars because of their courteous service and they were very kind throughout. Worth 5 stars and undoubtedly one of the best 5 star hotel I stayed in considering the price factor only!. Other than the checkout; their overall service was courteous.

Was just passing through. The hotel looks old and dated but service is still reasonbly good. The staff try their best but the options nearby make it hard to choose it for business travel. Nearby amenities are not a lot, and the neighborhood isn't ideal for walking around at night looking for food/drinks.

Good food. Good room. But poor customer services. Promise to email back but never return. Promise to returned call but never do.

Rooms are comfortable yet less than practicable. One cannot take shoes off at the door, only well into the room. There is no place to dry your towel after a shower. Our room had just 1 chair (apart from the desk chair) and an empty corner where I just dumped my clothes on the floor. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast.

Hot water is amazing. Service was decent. Rooms were clean and luxurious. Breakfast is the best! International spread with an assortment of cheeses, bread and many ethnic dishes included. Overall a fantastic stay.

This old hotel has managed to maintain its old charm. Been coming here on and off for years. Staff well trained and room I was in was recently renovated so no issues there. Minor comments on this visit are extremely loud band in the bar and room overlooking construction site.

The environment is good, clean and loving but the breakfast is not good. Secondly, the management must frequently observe the food provided/in the food tray is sufficient and well presented. Food are always out and the waiting time to top up the food is too long (average 10 to 13 minutes)

The approach of reception staff Dhurga and Sukhrin were excellent. The room was great and spacious. The breakfast was grand and satisfying plus we really had a pleasant stay! It is definitely worth another trip to Hilton. Keep up the good work everyone.

Having an expectation of a 5 star hotel, the food was terrible! And knowing them best for its international 5 star hotel, there should be some beef, mutton, or at least chicken. So far there's none for the dinner buffet. They only served seafood. My husband doesn't eat seafood at all, so he didn't eat what they served. The dessert and all the cakes were too dry. Not even a 1 star hotel served cakes like that. And parking fee? The receptionist said we would get RM15 flat rate after the ticket has been validated. But we were charged RM35? I would say, worst experience ever coming from a 5 star hotel. I would not give even a single star, the Hilton pj totally ruined its name.

I'm sorry but I can't give another score to a hotel which does not enforce strictly no smoking policies. Place is packed with stupids smoking right below the no smoking signs which are displayed all around the entrance. You can't avoid but breeze in 2 3 cigarette worth of tobacco when entering the hotel. Nothing can salvage that terrible impression not even the great staff working there. Just went to the pool. I was the only one using it. Everyone else was there to smoke. Unbearable.

I got freely invited. Dunno d prices. Food wise is excellent. Toilet hv candle to burn aromatic oil. Nice. But no air freshener at urinals & cubicles. Still OK, can settle my business conveniently.

Decent 5 star hotel in PJ. Doesn't look that classy, probably because it is in very congested part of PJ without any space to expand. Nevertheless, comfortable rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. No children's pool, take note. Nice restaurants.

Great location and easy access from the Federal Highway. They have kept the outlook fresh and evergreen for an iconic heritage hotel.

It's fine. Building a little dated but nicely turned out inside. Food good but not excellent. Water in my room ran a little yellow until allowed to run for a while. Very polite service but often they don't actually listen to what you want.

Excellent service with manner. A bit old hotel but still comfortable, cosy and clean. It's classy. Highly recommended.

And for those travellers who appreciate a good gym during their travel, they would very much appreciate this hotel. -Another plus was the breakfast selection in the morning was very generous and the half-boiled eggs was done just nice. (Again, another plus for me because I've been to too many hotels that can't even do decent half boiled eggs)

The hotel is really nice & quite. The room is really good. The dinner was good at the restaurant. The room service was kinda slow. The "magic" botton on the phone, which you are suppose to get an instant service, well, it's not instant!.

Had great difficulty finding the entrance to Hotel. Spent more than half an hour driving round and round. Finally located the "tiny" little arrow signage to Hotel. Rewarded with a good buffet breakfast!

The Paya Serai buffet is the worst buffet I had ever attended. Staff service standard are terrible being an international brand. Limited choice of food, food replenish too slow, plain water chargeable. Will not come back again. Not worth the price you paid for.

May 31-June 03, 2016 I was here in these Hotel Hilton Petaling Jaya for tou rist vacation. 8-10 am huffet breakfast everyday. 11 am-6pm I we went to see look the nice cute pretty beautiful sights of petronas twin tower, eiffil tower, l art gallery, longest flag pole, china town and many places for 3-4 days but these Hotel Hilton Petaling Jaya Kuala Lumpur Malaysia their Rooms so clean neat and cold. Their Service so courtesy good and smiling always. It is nice place to go of Sir's Mam's of the whole worlds. Its me, Sir Dessuedar Jesus Eucharistico Tumaluan Frogozo TWTF KTHQ KTA USA ASIA.

It's very close to Kuala Lumpur, but a lot cheaper than the 2 Hilton operated Hotels inside the city. It offer the same exceptional service I expected from a Hilton hotel. The staffs are extremely helpful, but just make sure you get to a executive room and have access to the executive lounge, because the morning breakfast is a bit overcrowded with tourist groups who talk very very loud, and the quality of food and service a way better in the top floor lounge, one thing to note only in the lounge you can get crafted coffee, at the ground floor restaurant, they only serve filtered coffee in the buffet breakfast. Finally make sure you don't have breakfast in the busy hour, e. G. After 8, or check in in the rush hour, because this hotel I feel it's very understaff, the Staffs are really good, but there ain't enough of them around.

Paya Serai Buffet dinner is overpriced, charging RM110 for limited choice of food and only serve coffee and tea. Parking is RM18

They try but just don't get it. Very poor for the Hilton. Staff training is everything. A smile doesn't mean much if there is poor service.

Typical international hotel. Basically everything is good in the hotel only downside n the 3 stars is the location. No major attractions or malls around.

Very friendly staff, great beds, good selection of restaurants. Unfortunately the area where the hotel is situated is not the best.

My husband and I stayed at PJ Hilton from 11-21 Feb. We were both very impressed by the level of service quality shown to us, and would like to mention in particular, the team at Paya Serai. Gerald at check-in signed us on to the HHon special and Zubir was very helpful — ready with a blade to cut the strapping and the wrapping of our luggage, so that we could unpack. The Paya Serai team was top-notch. Capt Ibrahim delivers a mean teh-tarik and kopi-tarik, and it was a walk down memory lane with the special thosai and chutney. One morning, we had a lovely surprise — coming back to our room after breakfast, we found a sweet vase of three lovely roses and a plate of fruit. Thank you for the lovely initiative. We could not remember the names of all the team members at Paya Serai, but each one certainly deserve special mention: their smiles, service with grace under pressure, attention to detail. Thank you, all you lovely folks at PJ Hilton — you made our stay really memorable. That said — the bathrooms need a bit of re-think in the design (we stayed at 1565) — the shower was fabulous in hot, muggy PJ, but the splash water was not contained well so the floors got a bit wet and slippery. In addition, perhaps there should be a Mandarin-conversant Chinese-tourist dedicated staff to help with crowd control at Paya Serai at breakfast time, so that a cosy ambience can be maintained.

Fantastic hotel in a strategic location in the heart of Petaling Jaya. Excellent service and facilities. The staff here are courteous.

We spent our wedding night at the hotel and our room was beautifully decorated plus paya serai has one of the best high tea buffets in pj.

I have stayed at the Hilton Petaling Jaya Hotel with my friend for 9 days. The Hotel is very beautiful, is an excellent price, also has a super friendly staff! The breakfast was amazing, as well as the buffet lunch & dinners. The rooms were always cleaned after we got back from our adventures! what ever you asked the staff they were more than happy to help, especially when I had a problem with my Wi-Fi the super friendly & helpful Rooben josiah spent more than half an hour trying to solve the problem for me with no hesitation, very high recommendation for this hotel! I was expecting more for this branch or maybe I got used into checking in to Hilton KL. The hotel is smaller compared to its KL hotel. It is near the highway and easy to find. The staff is courteous.

Good location, staff friendly. But Wi — Fi is crap.

I had my team dinner at Hilton and we had buffet dinner. While I am sick of typical Malaysian food, I loved Hilton wide variety of dishes. I didn't feel I am out of choice. I tried a lot and yet missed most of dished. Loved it, thoroughly enjoyed and totally recommended. One more thing, I was staying in PJ8. Hilton was the next building so I could always see it from my apartment. Why do they have so noisy generators or whatever. I got sick in my apartment after since they had noisy instrument installed in mid of 2013. Please change.
