Outside look not like what they’re inside… Fast service too.

A great place for family vacation it's accessible via public transport and its nearby few shopping malls and also restaurants/coffee shops.

Quite away from public transport. A bit pricey for its star rating. Gym is quite small for the size while residents are using it. Swimming pool is good.

The staff is very supportive. The room is clean n quite near to the mall (abt 600m). Superb swimming pool in rooftop.

The hotel is in a good location for business travellers within the Bandar Baru PJ area. Close proximity to transport links. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room is very clean and spacious.

Well located in PJ, decent rooms and good rooftop restaurant.

Love this hotel. Location is good. Walking distance Jaya Shopping Centre. Lots of food at its surrounding. Food in the hotel's Kembali Kitchen is good. Room rate is reasonable. However, the room is rather small.

Good service and the room is clean, though the restaurant associated with it does not implement the highest hygienic standards.

Very pricey because it is the only monopoly hotel in the area next to Jaya shopping centre. Its damn expensive and the lobby is at lv 6 and not lv. Going to lv1 makes u feel its like a run down place but lv 6 looks grand and with. A public toilet. Music is great. Pricey about 50-60 sgd a night but it is a suite!

Clean room. Good service. Good breakfast spread. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Stay with young child. The swimming pool is not crowded. Checking in and out is fast less than 5 minit, parking a plenty.

The place is deserted. The parking is quite concealed and the guard was rather rude. Got to Enorme only to be told it was closed for a function. Since there was no where else to eat there, we had to go somewhere else, but still had to pay RM2 parking. Sunday lunch well and truly sabotaged! Not going back there again.

The rooms quite ok. But not enough space if you're were with someone. Just enough for 1 person. Even its a double bed room… The surrounding area is not suitable for a family vacation. Maybe the price is ok.

Great for short stays away from busy activities but easy to travel around to key shopping areas. Rooms are well furnished with fridge and safe too. Parking is complimentary. Awesome!

Room small but clean and nice. No iron or ironing board. 3 lifts but reasonably slow. Lobby at 6 floor. If tourist bus arrives, the whole lift lobby jammed. I took 30 minutes to get to my room on 13th floor. Mall is practically empty and quite gloomy and we felt quite unsafe there. Car park also quite dark and dirty. Nearby got good restaurants and bistro.

Very bad service and poor arrangement.
Confirmed my booking for 2 nights but last minutes cancel 1 night because of huge group booking, not enough room for the huge group then just cancel my 1 night… where we going to stay tonight?

Standard drop a lot. Felt dirty. Need to check the cleanliness and amenities whether those are in ready to use condition or not. I got blood stain bedsheet. I never requested for smoking room. But reception anyhow throw me in smoking room without asking. After changed room. New room in not ready condition like no shower gel. Next day after clean the room, maid changed toilet carpet and nv replaced new one. Etc etc.

Not sure if this is good or bad, but there's alot of 'working girls' using the hotel and hanging around the ground floor. The whole place looks rather seedy and don't look like a proper hotel until you get to the 6th floor. As you stand next to the reception, a big massage joint (most probably with a happy ending) can be seen just on the left side called … "Bestern Spa". Hilarious… The toilet seat had specks of liquid that I had to clean off, the walls were paper thin and I couldn't sleep due to the people in the next room talking at 6+am. For the RM196 I paid, the hotel certainly isn't worth its money.

My hsbnd & I just sty here on 25/11 and we depart on 26/11. Best western is a good hotel to stay, as they have good staff and so friendly. The room is nice for both of us and come wth a good cleanliness. Food? Wowww! So good and various food for breakfst. Cz not all 3 star hotel able to serve a lot of vrious food tht we have ate yestersdy. The one most imprtnt is view from the rooftop is nice and I love it! I want to recommend this is the best place to stay area PJ.

There are some places to eat at at the top floors. Buffet on weekends and on some special holidays. Doors to the lobby close by 10pm and open at 10am. It can be hot at the lobby area. There is valet service for the restaurants on the ground floor.

Comfy room. But the water heater didn't work. Room service was late… Rest was great…

Room is clean and smell 'good'. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet beakfast is delicious, esp the salad omelette. There is also a 24hour outlet on the ground floor.

Rooms are small but adequate. Great for business travellers. There is a roof top bar at level 15. Same place where gym, swimming pool, mini sauna and mini jacuzzi are located.

Theft Hotel from low level to top managers! I stayed over a week for business. Their staff stole some cash from my wallet a little by little daily at the evening. I always carried my backpack and other important stuffs and Only at the dinner time when I left my backpack at my room. They cleaned my room and others same floor at the evening, absolutely suspicious. And the worst part is how managers reacted when I reported gently. First looked at me as a liar and blamed on me several times. I said that it's not about money for me and it's about the rightness I will leave tomorrow. Then, They requested so many documents and trying to cover their position or whatever. At the end, No response at all. I had to leave the country. Even my Malaysian friend didn't get any contact from them. They promised to contact me. But, No Contact at all. Theft Hotel from low level to top managers. Now I have to put all my staffs on lock every time when I leave hotel room. Absolutely awfully experience! Do not every do this hotel!

Room was good, service is good. Just had a little trouble getting inside the building after 10pm. The buffet breakfast in the morning had a wide range of variety and I personally enjoyed it.

While the staff are friendly, and the room is adequate for the price paid, sadly, the sound-proofing is horrible. I could hear the clickety-clack of high heels from the room above, and it sounded almost as if it was in my room. Also, noisy guests from Mainland China made my stay unpleasant, and they caroused and talked loudly till almost 2am. Unfortunately, this hotel is popular with tour groups from China, so it depends on your luck. Another minus point is the nightmare of a car-park. If you drive a car any larger than an SUV, you're going to have problems trying to enter or exit the car park. The ramps are extremely narrow and tight, and the positioning of the ramps smacks of Very Poor Planning. You practically have to do a U-turn to enter the car-park, and the space allowed is TINY. The room amenities are adequate, the shower toilet was spacious, and the bed is surprisingly comfortable, but I doubt if I will return — the poor sound-proofing and the horrible car park is enough to deter me from ever staying there again.

Bed is too hard, bathroom is too small, water pressure sucks, pillow is uncomfortable & dirty look, the ground floor entrance and lift area is smelly & rundown. It's a 2 stars standard but priced at 3-4 stars due to it's location. The only consolation is the staff are friendly.

The location is more suitable for bussines stay as it is located not too far from city centre. But if you are planning to stay for holiday, you might not want to stay here. Overall experience is just okay.

The breakfast is not good. In house restaurant also do not offer many choices. 4 choices only to be exact with regards to lunch or dinner : (

The staffs were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Wide spread of buffet breakfast. We had a nice stay! Definitely will return back!

I just checked out due something bad happen to me, I suppose to stay until next week but I dare not. Can't believe it, my mobile phone was stolen even though its in my beg, some coins on the desk also gone while my stuffs still in the room (not check out). Dammed! The management apologized about the lost just like that… please stay away from this Best Western Petaling Jaya, never ever try to consider to stay! Stay away…! Stay away…!
if you don't wanna lose any of your belongings. Thinking to lodge a police report and a lawsuit. Their housekeepers all are strangers! Might be illegal…

Good decent size room Breakfast buffet has all the basic international variety Internet is extremely weak & keeps dropping out. Gets really frustrating at times Recommended for short visits.
