Unreasonable parking for telling me I cannot validate my touch n go and charge me RM 48 for four hours. Attended a wedding that should can validate the parking ticket but was told touch n go wasn’t allowed to do so. Great service charge with will nvr come here again.

If you have no reason to speak to anyone at the hotel (e. G. Uneventful stay) the hotel is fine, but as soon as things go wrong or you need customer service it falls apart. Some fo the worst customer service experience I've ever had: 1. INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA APP Prior to arrival I made some specific room requests (Twin with separate bath and shower) via the chat app. I was assured these were fine. The morning of check in I checked again and was informed my room requests were granted and room was ready. On check in I wasn't informed otherwise but once in the room it had no bath. Was then informed NO twin rooms had a bath anywhere in hotel. I would not have booked the hotel had I known this so I was now stuck with 3 nights in a hotel I would have cancelled if I'd been given the right information. Whilst when booking 'standard' via the Bonvoy site/app it is clear, it isn't when booking inclusive packages via the app. I've ended up in a hotel for 3 nights without the specific facilities I wanted when there is a perfectly decent Hilton next door which I'd have booked instead. There was little apology and no effort to resolve it despite repeated mis information provided by chat via the app. This was just 1 of several similar instances of incorrect information from the team responding to chats via the Bonvoy app.

Beautiful and spacious. You will never regret coming here. Recommended if u wanna bring ur parents, kids or any elderly folks. Conveniently located to nuSentral shopping centre and train stations. From KLIA airport it is about 45 mins ride to the KL Sentral, then a walking distance to the hotel.

Terrible experience with the ramadan buffet's experience as the table arrangment was bad. Without informing me they have squeezed us into one table which I couldn't enjoy my food at all!

When we arrived we rcvd a very warm welcome from the concierge n a polite reception upon check in The room service is good as they update me on the lenght of the waiting time for the food I request for a room with a nice view and I got it without any extra as this is my 34th Anniversay I hv stayed in most of the 5 star hotels in Malaysia and this is one of the best hotel so far. However the reservation staff was not very helpful as per my telephone conversation with him The reception staff was excellent with his communication skill on telephone etiquette.

A perfect business hotel for executives with easy access to KLIA with the train. Amenities are high class. Beautiful modern restaurants and a relaxing pool area. Shopping malls next door too.

This hotel has a terrible parking issues during the weekend. They even ask the customers to park in Nu sentral and walk all the way to the hotel. Terrible parking management team.

My one night stay was wonderful. For sure will repeat again. Love their hospitality especially when they fulfil my late night toiletries request.

I went for the birthday dinner at Italian Restaurant at level 8. The atmosphere was good. Food very delicious. Staff was very nice to us. Keep it up.

Great location. Well connected to all the public transport. Good gym facilities surrounded by the fine dining and fancy bars. Please stop letting people smoke at the bar next to the pool with kids swimming around. No common sense at all.

Good place to stay in KL. Well located nearby Central Station at the end of shuttle train from KLIA International Airport and 15 min from Twin Towers. Very customer focused staff. Extremely good SPG lounge, probably the best globally — well organized, with a fantastic view, good service and great food. Sharing a very nice pool (one of the best in the city hotels), SPA and number of good restaurants with Hilton. Really good value for money.

I was positively surprised by this hotel. Perfect location in KL, nice, clean and spacious rooms. The restaurant area is huge and the amount of food offered for breakfast and lunch is gigantic. The outside pool area is quiet and staying there is relaxing. A clear recommendation from me!

Very centrally located just next to Sentral station, train and monorail that you can assess to airport and downtown conveniently. The room is great and the lobby lounge is beautiful. Great spread of breakfast choices from local, Asian and international. The only setback is the escalator can take too long to wait in the morning. The service is attentive, room has food city view and have great choice of restaurants within the hotel. Room kept clean daily and probably the latch in the standing shower room can make smaller. I will come back again!

Nice hotel, with lots of very good restaurants on the premises. Swimming pool and gym are shared with Hilton. Swimming pool does not provide for laps due irregular shape. However, it is nice place to relax. Gym is well equipped and fairly big. Location is not the best. For those who travel light and do not care hassle when using local transportation it may prove convenient.

The location is so great for a train traveler. Very near the main train station that we can go everywhere in Malaysia. The room is great decor. Bed is very high quality. Breakfast buffet are plentiful of choices. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Great hotel and worth the price.

Location is great, hands down high level of convenience, given that they're right by KL Sentral and a short 30 minutes Express train away from the airport. It's also easy to get to from the train station to the hotel, having covered walkways all through. Rooms are slightly more business travel oriented, so amenities and room set up is more functional and less "romantic". It gets things correct though, so it's definitely a huge plus for business travellers and generic travellers alike. Service is great, seeing how people address you at every point of the way, and offering help from the time you walk into the building to the time you get to reception and then to your room. Hands down great.

Sept 2017 My Fav KL hotel. Superb pool and gym. Nearby KL Sentral and the breakfast spread is good. Update April 2018 Here again for a long stay and enjoyed the amenities. Loving the large pool and varieties of food. Buffet spread is awesome and have everything you want, and don’t. Great variety of food place and interlinked with Hilton next door.

We went to leave suitcases, shop not to pay for a luggage storage at the central Station, 50 ringite ask, absolutely ohreneli. The mode "We lived here, but already discharged, left, all cool, luggage in safety, thanks to the hotel. It's like a hotel.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location. It is attached to a train station/mall so even in the rain you can go shopping or just get out a bit. The hotel has a nice restaurant with great variety of food. In the morning they have breakfast food or heavier options which word be considered lunch or dinner. They also had a variety of fresh fruits and juices.

Luxurious with great and attentive service. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent location to kl sentral which will link you to the major rail lines. Lounge areas was open but with very creative nooks and corners for private conversations. The charging corner was very thoughtful. The only small issue is that the welcome drink is limited to coffee only.

Solid hotel, comfortable rooms. Lots of good dining options. Location is convenient if not scenic. Impossible to walk in the surrounding area. Mostly a hotel for business travel; I wouldn't recommend going as a tourist. My main complaint is that on three separate occasions, my room key has stopped working. It allows me to use the elevator but not access my room.

Had a great dinner at Prime where steak is the main attraction. They have dry aged cuts, Wagyu and all the normal grass and grain fed steaks. The strange thing is when you order a cut, it does not come with any sides. You need to order them. Nevertheless the steak was superbly done, tasty and best enjoyed with some wine from their wine list.

Perfect location to quickly discover the city, the rooms are modern and enjoyable. The pool, shared with the Hilton is quiet and very well appointed. The view of the park is sublime! A little less star for service, a little below Asian standards. Hotel however to be highly recommended!

Proximity to kl sentral. You can easily reach hotel from airport by the airport express in just 50 rm. Comfortable room. Enough toiletries and yes/cover provided. Service in general is great. Lavish complimentary breakfast. Quite a few different restaurants in the hotel if you do want to eat I hotel. Awesome pool with a mini waterfall and water slide. A small jacuzzi. For the cost that you pay you don't feel disappointed, it's amongst the costliest.

Amazing hotel, luxurious stay. Very comfortable and the staff are amazingly helpful. Very well located (central) easy to find and well priced. With some very good restaurants. Most amazing view I have ever seen in a hotel bedroom. The breakfasts are exquisite, they include everything (no exaggeration) from curry to sushi to fresh fruits. Would recommend 100%.

That special smell of Le Meridien and made me remember when I worked in one of them long ago… a modern place with an immediate customer service, I did not stay but the terrace is lovely and the exquisite Caipirinhas, plus Cachaça (in Asia usually Do with Rum…) Very central and you have at the same door the train station.

Good 4-star hotel in a strategic location. Waiting time for check-in was quite long, all 3 receptionist were slow to process the other guests who were checking out. Minimal recognition of SPG Platinum status in terms of room upgrade. Bathroom floor started to show wear and tear. Bed and mattress we're comfortable. Lounge and breakfast was good.

Location The room was very clean. Also for breakfast invited immediately! Even though our club privileges ended the next day, in another room we relocate not become, so we continued to live on the club floor! A real 5 star hotel! Plus chic breakfast! The largest selection of dishes I have seen to date. In general, absolutely loved everything!

Perfect vacation getaway! Ideally located within the city central district. Convenient going to the malls, resto, bus and rail. Rooms are spacious and offers a very beautiful view. Pool is amazing. Services good and very clean.

Truly exceptional hotel right in the center of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is a fair distance from the airport by taxi and if you can use the KL Express do it and it will reduce the cost as well. Location is central to shopping and historical sites and getting around is easy especially by train and other forms of public transportation. Hotel is one of the best, Swift check-in and cost effective and the service is high. Malaysians in general are really friendly and one will enjoy their travels here.

Honestly, Prime Steak Restaurant was highly recommended by a close friend for dinner when I was finding a steak place. Sadly, my disappointment for this joint is beyond words. 1st — Came around 8.15PM for a reservation at 8.30PM. Nobody was at the front of the door except a staff which was busy on the phone. Took us 5~10 minutes to get noticed. Another 5 to 10 to get a table. Perhaps it was a busy night so we can overlook that. 2nd — Food came a little late. I know that it t…akes a while to cook a good piece of meat but close to 1 hour for a table of 2 does not seems right. In addition, the meat was totally a disappointment in my books. My other half ordered the red gum beef filet mignon (Was told it was tenderloin by your staff) but it came at medium rare instead of medium. My Nolan Angus Ribeye (I wanted the Oysterblade but sadly was told it was unavailable) was a medium when I requested it to be medium well. They took it back to kitchen to reheat the meat instead of giving me a new slab with proper cooking. Turns out that my meat has 4 shades of doneness (Well done / Medium Well / Medium / Medium rare) in a piece of meat! My eyesight might need corrective equipment to function properly but I can clearly see the differences between a warm red finishing and a hot, slightly pink centre. No corrective measure was taken by the staff or chef, service was pretty average at most. How could I recommend someone to dine at such place when it was awarded some best dining award?

Located near KL sentral, Malaysia's largest transit hub, Kuala Lumpur's integrated rail transportation centre, this hotel is taken benefit from its 'easily accessible' location. This 5-star hotel is often used as seminar / symposium venue. One of the problem is about parking. If there is an event, it should be hard to find parking at the hotel. Their food is not too great, just attended a gala-dinner there. The facilities are great. They have a large swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and massage, hair and beauty salon, and also convenience store. The room rate is around RM295++/night.

Had birthday lunch at Latest Recipe with my parents. The place and ambiance was good. The fav were Japanese sashimi station and the carving/baked fish/meat station. Dessert was great. The vege cream soup was delicious. My disappointment was that some of the food was cold. I wished I had hot naan to go with that delicious masala and gravy. The dim sum was so so. I wish they had two drink stations as the place is round shape and you had to walk around to it, moving through lunch crowds. Overall, my family enjoyed our lunch.

Room was really modern and clean. Location was definitely "Sentral" and convenient. Most importantly the staff service was impeccable. I travel for business to 5 star hotels regularly and the service here is among the top. Don't miss breakfast, it's really good variety and taste.

Best hotel with the best security ever! Food and hospitality was great. Was here for a seminar. However those painter palette seems a bit weird to use as plates… but perfect to hold coffee while standing and eating! If only more people know how to hold it hahaha…

I have stayed on and off at the Le Meridien for the past few months — it would one of my favour hotels to stay in. The staff are fantastic especially the "club room" staff they could not be more helpful, polite and generally lovely. They all remember and greet by name. The food is also amazing (I am addicted to the chicken noodle soup) great hotel because of the staff A+++ from me.

Excellent location, convinient for connection to public transport system. Great selection of buffet breakfast & dinner at Latest Recipe. Lounge for platinum guests with nice view & descent selections of f&b.

I checked in here in July, 2015 to repay a return visit to my friend and his family at Kuala Lumpur. I could easily get to the hotel at terminal Sentral from the Airport without troubling my friend to pick me up. My room had a good view of the swimming pool that I swam a lot when I was there!

This review is regarding their restaurant "Latest Recipe" … I have seen a lot of positive reviews from other guests upon Latest Recipe, Le Meridien… I had quite a high expectation for their buffet when I purchased. The ambience was great, service was fantastic especially from a Chinese male server (I believe it's their trainee), his hair was comb and gel back. It's the foods there had disappointed me… Most of the food taste there were disappointing. Except for their carbonara, pumpkin soup (will be better if cook with more pumpkin, a bit watery, but so far still good compare to other foods), breads, roasted chicken. I have seen a lot of recommendations for their Tempanyaki station, but the outcome was awful. Prawn & fish were acceptable, but the chicken from tempanyaki station was bad… Japanese section, all the sashimi was okay, but did not look appetizing. Indian section, the foods were all cold … For chinese section, all the dim sum whether steamed or fried, they are the worst dim sum I have tried… Dessert section, their chocolate cheesecake & hot dessert soup were the only desserts that are nice … Lastly, if you were to ask me, would I recommend this restaurant to others, I will say, no, I will not… No doubt that the service was really good but Compare to other competitors, foods from Latest Recipe, Le Meridien was really disappointing.

The staffs are very polite and helpful. I will give them not only 5 stars but 10. The room is clean. Ordered room service food. Chicken rice, fruit platter and eclair. I love it so much. Food at Favola restaurant and Latest Recipe are superb. I will try Prime and other restaurants when I come back. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Classy hotel in a very good location. Le Meridien is so easy to reach from the airport, which makes things very simple and stress free. The hotel is excellent value for the high standard set throughout. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms large and the restaurants have a broad selection of food from Western to Asian, all of it delicious. The gym is large and very well equipped and the pool is a delight on a hot day. Definitely recommend looking to this hotel if you're planning on visiting KL.

Good location, easy to get to/from Airport! There is a large park nearby which is worth a visit. The hotel itself is very decent.

5 star hotels can all be similar: A nice lobby, nice rooms/suites, fancy displays of flowers and fast elevators with the latest "Cafe del Mar" CD playing as you ride up-and-down. However, at hotels like Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur you notice the little things that make a difference. Things such as the waiting staff in the restaurant remembered you ordered 2 glasses of iced water at breakfast yesterday and automatically bring it to you the next day. There's other things like the housekeeping staff notice you use more of one of the supplied toiletries than the others and give you an extra or two of that particular item when they service the room. Having "welcome eclairs" waiting in your room instead of a boring old fruit basket. Not to mention the staff always greeting you politely and sincerely as you walk in and out of the lobby and ones you don't even remember talking to remembering your name. The rooms here are lovely — we had a corner room and even the bathroom had a lovely view from the 28th floor. I believe the rooms will undergo refurbishment starting in 2015. Don't let this put you off — the rooms are superbly maintained and left spotless by the housekeeping staff every morning. The evening turn-down service freshens everything up as well while you're out at dinner. There is great water-pressure in the showers, and a wide range of amenities/soaps/gels/creams/razors/toothbrushes etc for you to utilise in the bathrooms.

We recently stayed and loved every minute of our time there, in fact we extended our stay because it was so lovely to stay there. Everyone we dealt with was outstanding in their service as well as being extremely welcoming, friendly and polite. We couldn't fault anything. All the meals we had were beautiful. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Being close to the Sentral train station was an added bonus. Will definitely recommend to others.

The menu in the restaurant is well thought out, balancing between Asian and continental dishes, staff very courteous. Will definitely recommend it to all looking for a pleasant stay in Kuala lumpur.

Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, the service is magnificent; the crew, the food, the facilities, the location,. Etc. The minute you walk in till the minute you check out you will be satisfied. One of the most amazing touches that left a great effect on me is the smell of the hotel, that smell made me fall in love with the hotel more and more it is so unique that I won't forget it.
