Always stop by the Aviary bar outstanding drinks and fantastic service.

Poor management with poor interpersonal skill, lacking strong leadership capable of inspiring various teams. Irresponsible. Without ability to solve the issue. Miscommunication problem beared by customer. Refuse to return the DEPOSIT with extra high room charges.

This is the worst experience ever. Here I sincerely advise everyone not to stay HILTON KUALA LUMPUR hotel. We are very disappointed. It doesn't deserve the service attitude of a five-star hotel. The attitude of the hotel is the worst👎🏻 Irresponsible, randomly pricing rate and break promise for executive service. They even not arrange for our late check out request then we can't enter our room wasting our time. The management is incompetent and irresponsible. They couldn’t give a convincing solution. It's the management mistake during check in with NAZIRUL. After waiting for an hour to solve the issue at counter, they couldn’t properly face and deal with the problem. In the end, they didn’t deal with the problem and refused to return our deposit RM300. I am really speechless and disappointed about the management of Hilton Kuala Lumpur hotel. The problems is not the problems, the problems is your attitude toward the problems. pay what it's worth. There're plenty of option.

Excellent services and warm hospitable staff! very nice and clean with perfect luxury rooms at very affordable rates.

Slow and late servicing. Always forgetting details, stayed totally around 2 weeks and they even managed to make me crazy through check out as well. Problem is not the staff but the system I think.

Spacious room and fantastic staffs. Especially Mr Gopi, very well manner, helpful and managed to resolve my trouble on the safety box issue in very short time frame.

The Lv. 33 Executive Lounge is perfect for private discussions. The room is wonderfully done and I wished I stayed longer. Food selection for breakfast is good enough for Gordon Ramsay. Next is longer stay with time for pool.

Love the place. Environment is really good and building internally is nice to take photos. Not too sure about checking cars for bomb though, coz it caused traffic congestion.

Checked in on 21th March. 3 days 2 nights. Nice room, Solid pool. Breakfast was decent, very good food and service. Lunch at iketeru, Beautiful decor, authentic food quality. Dinner at chynna, top notch. Definitely beat Shangri-La kl at all level. We are 6 adults and 2 children. All satisfied 😌. Special thanks to Veny to made my stay smooth.

I love our teamwork during my last job as an Host at Hilton this early month of February. Very kind, humble and helpful staff as I've had worked with Daniel Lee & Jega and also banquet team. Hilton SPA is one of the best. I have tried for couple massage by d staff ms. Kartini was amazing and the best hospitality from d spa manager Ms. Jaqueline. Definitely will repeat especially for d Promo now RM159 for 90mnts massage n I can enjoy the steam bath and jacuzzi at d same time. Affordable price for luxury treatment. Tqvm.

Food is below average. Overpriced. service is so bad! wait for half an hour to order and another an hour to wait for food to serve. Overall, not worth for it! iketeru japanese restaurant! bad restaurant!

Hilton KL Sentral is the most amazing place ever. I enjoyed working here in the past and I have always have best experience when I visit for events. I would highly recommend folks to visit Hilton.

Had some issues with my spa & high tea voucher. But it was all sorted all promptly by the Spa Manager, Jacqueline. Great and friendly service!

Stayed at this place 3 times thus far n wont hesitate to come back. Everthing about this hotel is Top Class. Friendly services all around. Food n beverages — yummy… pool — like paradise. Aromatic fargrances as you walk in too is so welcoming.

Great service excellent for the food wowww nice.

Disappointing hospitality and very bad in looking into customer needs. Also SOP not followed in the pool area. Was told earlier by staff that only 15 pax will be allowed at any one time. Was not the case at pool area where there were easily more than 20 to 30 people. Truly a bad and unexpected experience.

The Hospitality was superb. And I had a great wonderful night. The room and facilities was awesome and it was beyond my expectation. Love the scenery, food and the room was spacious and comfortable. With the feeling of grand and romantic atmosphere… thanks for the best service ever.

Fantastic Hilton property with awesome service. Currently here for a meeting am staying the week, the service is top-notch me property is one of the most impressive built ins I have seen. The rooms are large and very well appointed and the facilities overall are immaculate. The pool is especially impressive for it's size and atmosphere, especially given the centre city nature of the Hilton.

You won’t be disappointed Truly a great hotel. Nice, clean and modern rooms. Attentive staffs. Wide selection of food and drinks in breakfast area, especially love the fresh juice bar. Funny fact: Each time a car entered the hotel, there will be security check, like those saw in the movie. I stayed in various nice hotels in KL and that’s new to me.

Great location attached to Central station in Kuala Lumpur. Comfortable room and beautiful pool and big slide (good for anyone above 5-6 years as it is quite long and fast). Had a good stay! Friendly staff. Note that the bathroom and bedroom area is attached with only a sliding door in between so that may be a consideration if privacy is an issue sharing rooms with say a friend.

Modern and very practical hotel for public transport. The rooms are spacious and clean. On the first day we had the pillow cover with a stain and not really fragrant; I called the reception and they replaced the bedding but the pillows still smelled and I slept without it. Nice pool area with loungers already provided with a towel covering just 2/3 of the mattress. The staff should perhaps have more attention for guests. At the end of the stay they add a 10% of services which is not a problem but I prefer if I am put the total amount at the time of booking as for the other hotels.

Stayed here four times and would not hesitate to go back. Service is excellent. The rooms are excellent. The breakfast is extensive although quite busy. The pool is nice and the gym is excellent. The steak restaurant is good quality and the bar is good for meeting up at the end of the night. Great central location. Very nice executive floor with good food and nice wine. Would recommend. Press ‘like’ if review is of benefit.

Excellent facilities and service. The bedroom was very nice. The employees very attentive. We casually met the executive chef in the elevator, what a wonderful person! Really enjoyed very much the time at Hilton Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended.

Wonderful views from window. Close to Central Train Station. Shops and restaurants inn. Comfortable nicely furnished clean rooms. Friendly professional staff.

Excellent location, impeccable and polite staff. The rooms were pleasant The food is good. A few rough edges to the hotel infrastructure would easily turn this into a five star review. Such as? The fire drill alarm we were not notified about, the lack of pineapple / ginger at the juice bar for breakfast on some days (given Malaysia is one of the biggest producers of pineapples that's particularly puzzling), the lack of supervision of the guests at the pool. The service in the lobby restaurant was a little slow when I had dinner there Would I go again, v probably given the location, but at a five star hotel, I appreciate it when there are no rough edges — I've had that before.

Beautiful hotel with a great lobby. The chairs are comfortable. Right in the heart of all transport. The room we are in is a bit small for the 3 of us. The executive club lounge is excellent with breakfast served from 7.00am to 11am, afternoon tea 2.30pm to 4pm and canapes 6pm to 8pm.

It was very nice place. The rooms were spacious and romantic. The service was good. Well kept. Near heart of KL. Transportation is very easy from here.

Joined an excellent buffet dinner in Hilton KL. Wide variety of food Indian, Malay, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and even Paella. Nice environment to dine, not cheap but you don't expect that in Hilton. Value for money.

The place is as grand as the brand itself. Love the ambience. The coffee and food was good. Concierge was extremely helpful. U can basically ask them anything and they will provide u with the answer. Housekeeping did a good job. However, the parking is a bit confusing for first-timer. They shared the parking space with Le Meridian and the entrance from the parking can lead to confusion. But overall it was a good stay.

The traffic is very convenient, near the large shopping malls, hotel environment, security, the comfort of the room is worth appreciating.

The location is strategically located at Kl sentral. The location of the hotel provides good access to the airport and any part of KL. The hotel employees were very friendly. The breakfast buffet is good. I love the variation of the food provided. The room is very spacious and clean. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Kuala Lumpur. I will stay here again if I visit KL.

This was the second time in this Hotel. For me is always good, when I can write a nice feedback. The communication – booking via email, before my trip was nice and during my stay also. The check in / out, friendly and easy. The whole staff in this Hotel excellent and helpfully. The breakfast amazing, and the Executive Lounge perfect. The rooms are great and cleaning super. Finally, this Hotel is in my Top List from Hilton!

Amazing hotel. Have been there twice now, for a week each time and would love to go back again. Top location, lovely staff, great rooms, awesome buffet and beautiful pool area. We all loved the pool slide. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great hotel, excellent breakfast.

Well Hilton definitely live up to its standard. 1) Room is big. 2) Nice and cozy bed. 3) 50 inch LCD tv. 4) Bathroom is huge. Come with bathtubs, shower room and W. C. 5) This hotel is has easy access to public transport. And NU Sentral is just next door. 6) The staff here always smile and it give you the warm welcome.

Stayed at this wonderful property over the Christmas holidays. The hotel was conveniently located at KL Sentral where many public transport facilities converge. Concierge staff were efficient and polite, room luxuriously and tastefully furnished. One can tell that this is a hotel chain that takes pains to ensure that the guest stay is as perfect as possible. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Situated at kl sentral, it's a great location for tourists wishing to explore kl city centre. There is a sheltered walkway from the hotel right to the train station. Great for families travelling with young children. Adjoining the station is Nu Sentral, a 8 storey mall with cinema halls. Food is aplenty with restaurants cafes within the mall and local food littered outside of the mall. Highly recommended place to stay in. Hotel food is wonderful as well with the hotel breakfast having a wide variety.

Good customer service. Room is amazing. Love the sofa in the room. 24 hour room service as well. TV channels could be better since its quite limited. No fox movies premium. No hbo.

Convenient location. Linkway to mall available. Rooms are nice and big. Any requests are quickly fulfilled. Would be good if ventilation for smoking rooms are better though. Overall fantastic stay.

Just 5 more stars. Good location but cleanliness and room facilities borderline. Unfortunately Meridien is almost identically located next door (Twin Towers)

This is a good meeting place and rooms are great, as it is centrally located. Service is reasonably good too. However the ground floor toilet is not well maintained for a hotel of this standard and your toilet is small and not well designed.

My hubby and I with child were staying there some time ago before the opening of Nu Sentral. We were really enjoying our experience there. An excellent room with it unique bathroom design in their King Executive Plus. Very nice ambient… We will sure come back again.

Located right in the centre of Kuala Lumpur you can easily reach from the airport by car or train.

Everything about this hotel is five stars. Location, staff, facilities, services, foods and beverages. All are excelent. The room spacious with comfortable beds. I am in love with their modern interior.

Well located just in front of KL sent rally station. There is non stop electric train to shift all passengers time city center. Hilton has 31 floors for occupation. Services are very excited. Taxi is arranged from hotel to aces around. Delicious complimentary breakfast.

Great hotel, staff at the small care and pool super nice.

I'm not normally a fan of Hilton hotels, they generally leverage reputation, much like Paris Hilton tend to be less interesting up close (grin). This one is will above my expectation as a businesses traveler. They staff have been outstanding, lots of restaurant in the hotel and other nearby. Easy access to the airport express. And watching the sunset in the lounge was just brilliant. :)

Very good Japanese restaurant and also good meats at the brewery.
