We had our Iftar in Grand Hyatt, and we love it. The food, ambience & service was excellent. The staff are all friendly & helpful. We would come again. Thank you for the great hospitality, and thanks to JP Terrace Manager Muji for attending to us.

Had my luncheon there, Food was amazing …very private although many people there…staff very friendly talkin assisting me while taking my Food from display. Worth the penny…additionally another experience was inside the ballroom. I tell u what. Food was superb…expecting standard. Perhaps beyond. Still cant forget the Food taste. Maybe grand Hyatt should gimme one free lunch bufet for writing this …this is voluntary Anyway. Loving the experience and definitely will come back.

The THIRTY8 is an amazing restaurant, serves an awesome range of cuisines. Especially loved the deserts specifically prepared by the chef. Had an amazing experience while having my breakfast with twin towers view. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Looking forward to my next visit.

Subpar service for five-star hotel. I liked the hotel first when I checked in. However what frustrates me the most is the self parking. The receptionist and front desk never told me that I need to validate my touch n go card every time I exit the parking lot. The Hyatt website also doesn't provide such information. I learnt it when I drove my car out one day and couldn't get out because of insufficient fund. The parking lot staff told me about this, but didn't offer to manually open the gate for me, which I didn't mind it for much as they are the third party parking service and not Hyatt fault. Hence I had to park it next to the gate, walked down the ramp because there is no stairways to the ground floor. The Hyatt staff at the ground floor was polite and apologetic, told me that they will refund the money that deducted from my card. Story doesn't end here, the next day I tried to get out again from the parking garage, same thing happened… I had to walked to the ground floor again but this time I asked the same Hyatt staff at ground floor I met earlier whether I need to validate every time and she said yes. Why not just tell me when I first stopped by at her desk!? I don't usually write bad comment but I think Hyatt needs to train their staff better, and also put details info on their website. They probably want to make their website looks clean and simple but hey, don't oversimplify it. If I want to be picky, this hotel should also change all their towels.

Take the lift up to the check in lobby and be amazed at the views that this lovely hotel boasts. Sitting right beside KLCC! The rooms are spacious and ergonomic. Food is decent. Generally in KL it’s better to go out and eat cause the local fare is generally out of the world!

Hotel is great and so is the service, the breakfast buffet and the club lounge. Staff excellent and very helpful. Only issue is the lobby and the complicated elevator system here. Whoever decided to have the lobby on the 38th floor and have different sets of elevators to go out or to room must not have thought of the inconveniences he has caused to most of the guests.

I wish to commend Assistant Concierge Manager Mahadi for promptly responding to my concern regarding their limousine service! Though it's not really his fault or that of the hotel — — but rather that of their accredited transport service company — — he went out his way to get me out of my disappointment. Kudos to the hotel management for having Mahadi in their team. He is just so perfect for the job! Cheers! I love your pillows. Made me sleep like a baby. I have one little comment though on your room amenities. I think instant coffee doesn't go well with the hotel's upscale branding. Seriously!

It is just amazing. The hotel is situated just nearby the twin towers, you can walk around to reach malls and markets. I am a Hyatt globalist member so I got a suite room there and access to club lounge. The view of the twin towers from the club lounge is amazing, sit there during the sunset to enjoy the view and cocktails. The breakfast is king size. Loved the pancakes. The suite room was luxurious with big bath tub and city view. The staff was polite and helpful. I would suggest to stay here if you are looking for a good 5 star near the twin towers.

Hotel Super Classe, stratigical location.

A nice hotel, that is central to many activities, the rooms are neat and spacious, with very friendly staff. However the bathroom had some mold growing on the shower floor, an old empty bottle of cream lying on the floor greeted us on arrival in the walk in closest, which had not been discarded, despite several housekeeping visits, and the electronic face plates seemed to be peeling off the walls at a few locations. The gym has all the basic equipment one would need, and the pool brings about a feeling a tranquility. The breakfast buffet had a good variety between western and eastern cuisine, and was very tasty. I do question if the hotel deserves the forth star, based on small finishing touches, however overall we had a pleasant stay, and will consider returning.

The hotel experience and views were amazing. Spa and workout facility were top notch. The reason I couldn’t give this place a 5 star was due to the rooms and hallways having a slight smoke smell to them. I guess in all the rooms smoking is allowed. I got use to it, but was tired of the smell.

The hotel is great, the rooms are very comfortable and thoughtful with their dressing room.

So in love with the one night stay for our honeymoon! Was given a room with a view by request and had a nice room service with the famous siganture cake. The cake is so smooth and the amount of sweetness & portion is just right! The fried rice with scallop taste so different and delicious! A very comfortable and satisfying stay!

Although we had a long wait to check in we were compensated with a buffet breakfast and a late check out.
We really liked the style of the hotel, the atmosphere, the service, the comfort of the room and the amenities provided.
Unfortunately I could not say the same about some of the guests whose manners and lack of etiquete were not at the level of this kind of hotel.
Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Kuala Lumpur.

It’s a Grand Hyatt so the bar is high. 5-star service. 5-star food. 5-star views. 5-star pool. 5-star everything really, but the rooms are small and aren’t the best for privacy.

You can just go in and see from the bar on the Tower Petrovna.

An extra-class hotel, over and over again.

I'm a regular breakfast patron at JP Teres. The breakfast price is getting very steep for the serving that had never changed other than the price tag on the menu.

This place was great! One of the nicest hotels that I have been to. The staff were very attentive and made sure that I had anything that I needed. Somewhat strange that you go to the top for the lobby and down to the rooms, but the view of the city from the top lobby and restaurant is worth it! The breakfast buffet has everything you could want! Every type of food and its all really good. Highly recommend.

The TL;DR review: overall top-notch. Detailed review: it was my first time staying at Grand Hyatt Hotel and I booked the Club King Room and I was greeted with their friendly and professional staffs to helped me with checking in. First impression, they nailed it. Confirmation was quick and easy, got the keycard to my room and the room was exquisite, feels luxurious despite the look of the room that it may be smaller. Loved the city view on the window during my stay as well, being waken up by the sunshine when the skies are bright and clear. So the room I booked was the Club King Room so I have access to the Sky Lounge (if not mistaken), and I am introduced the Perks of booking the Club room and I have free flow of food and drinks from 7 to 9pm? Can't exactly remember the timing but I do remember the food they prepare was also absolutely delicious. I couldn't help myself to go for seconds over and over again. Loved the staffs who requested feedback on their own initiative and I am very very satisfied with the quality assurance of this place. And as for the next morning, I was late for the buffet and it was really packed with people. I think the only flaw I can state out is that they might need to allocate more spaces for more people to enjoy their food because I noticed some section of the tables and seat was closed off for some apparent reason.

Grand Hyatt KL has given us a grand suite room during our stay. I was not expecting to get it since I was informed that all suite rooms are booked on the duration of our stay when I called the Hyatt customer service. We really loved the rooms provided to us; it was clean, modern and definitely topnotch — it was indeed a GRAND suite room (the standalone bathtub is definitely one of the highlights of the room). I've got all praises for all the hotel staff especially the grand club team headed by Kathryna Yeng — they're all welcoming, hospitable, considerable and assisted us all throughout our stay. I've been to numerous hotels around Asia/ANZ and they're definitely the best hotel staff that I've encountered! Me and family won't forget the experience that we had on this hotel. We would forever cherish all the fun memories during our stay in Grand Hyatt KL. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who's going to visit Kuala Lumpur.

Awesome place and service. I booked the hotel to celebrate and surprise my wife on her birthday. This is my first time staying at the Grand Hyatt KL. We were surprised and impressed with the level of service which was provided by the hotel staff. Very friendly and helpful. The staff is well trained. Kudos to the training department. Room: Was an awesome room. Very Clean. Very quiet and good environment. All the things in the room are selected very carefully by the hotel to meet the high-quality standard. The view of the room was awesome. The best part of the hotel, their lobby is at 39th floor for safety reason. Best Employee: I approached the hotel concierge to help me with the surprise plan. Ms. Sherina from concierge team helped me with the surprise plan. She is one best concierge person I have ever meet. Kudos to her. We are so grateful for her hospitality throughout our stay in Grand Hyatt. I hope Hyatt hotel will reward her with something as she is an asset to the Grand Hyatt KL. Overall: Best ever hotel experience we have ever had. Good job Grand Hyatt.

The good stuff first: Gym is top notch; the treadmills have built-in LCD screens and the weights machines are plenty. Breakfast was very satisfying. Beautiful swimming pool. The bad: A little disappointing considering that this is a five star establishment. Our hotel room wasn't ready by 3.30pm, and we had to leave our bags while they got the room ready (we finally got to our room at around 6pm).

Nice size rooms. Nice high end feel with wood and marble. Great staff in the Grand Club. Try to get a twin towers view if you can. Only complaint is that the bathtub in the standard room is a bit small (for a man anyway).

Best place to stay in KL. Amazing tower view from room and shower. Shower also has a privacy option to frost the windows. Amazing gym, pool and breakfast. Upgrade to club for exclusive access to their club lounge with amazing free cocktails.

It really looks high classed. The food at 38th floor is really good. It was really amazing. The waiters there were also really polite and they could really entertain us with the food and the songs they sang for us. Overall, the visit to Grand Hyatt Hotel was really pleasant.

One of the best hotel in KL. Easy access to klcc and you can use the sky bridge to go to pavilion. They have friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there again.

A five-stars hotel indeed. Most staffs are welcome, warm, and truly helpful. All the facilities are amazing! However, I met this ONE female staff when I was breakfast with my son, and she really annoyed me because she want to 'escort me out' from the room because my son talk to me in a lil bit 'too loud' voice. He's a 2 years-old child, GIRL, chill out. Every 2 years-old children talks in a pretty loud voice. This kind of staff doesn't make anyone comfortable with her kind of "words". Still, it's just her, not the hotel. So. Thumbs up for Hyatt on keeping up the magnificent work! Love it.

Very nice place with warm, smile and friendly staffs. Lovely foods and comfortable place to stay. Recommended for everyone enjoy the kl city centre and easy access to shopping mall and restaurants also bars nearby. Just 5-10 minutes walk to klcc park and 10 minutes to kuala lumpur tower.

Service is excellent, they really go the extra mile. Cocktails were not great, food was only okay. Lack of atmosphere in the hotel bars and restaurants, but that's just hotel bars I guess. However, what they lack in those areas, they make up for in service — nothing is too much trouble, they remember your name and face throughout your stay. Room was nice, clean and well equipped.

Me and my wife decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary on a weekend stay at Shangri La Hotel and what a memorable experience it was! Hotel staff were all courteous and always smiling. After checking in, we were surprised by the complimentary cake, fruit basket and some chocolates. The room was very clean and cozy with beautiful city view! The next morning we had buffet style breakfast and almost all staff greeted us Happy Anniversary! We were also served with complimentary cocktail during breakfast! Overall, it was a great experience because of the surprise and service and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I wouldn't Consider this a 5 Stars Hotel, however it was still the best in place compared to other Hotels around the area. Breakfast was not the I've had. The rooms were clean and standard. The Spa was not as I was expecting it to be! but it was clean, That's Important! Would I stay in the same Hotel again? No, I've looked around and I found better options.

If you're staying, be sure to ask for a room with a view of the Twin Towers. The lobby on the 39th floor is a great place to see the Twin Towers and Lake Symphony in the evening.

Perfect setting for our stay in Kuala Lumpur. My favourite were the fantastic views of the Petronas Towers at day and night but also during breakfast. My worst was that there is no direct elevator to your room, which means sometimes having to take three different elevators to get in and out. Everything else was perfect, as you would expect from Hyatt.

With views of the Petronas Twin Towers, impeccable service and comfortable rooms my stay there was perfect except for haze from Malasian forest fires drifting into the city in March. Even then the hotel helpfully supplied those SARS style masks and had suggestions for indoor activities. I liked playing with the polarized wall separating the bathtub from the rest of the room. Furnishings were plush, the room was spacious and well maintained. The layout of the room seemed a little wasteful, the bath was in the middle with everything else sort of going around it, but that's how I got to take a bath and look out over the city at the same time. Very nice.
