酒店在市中心交通方便房間整潔但浴室水壓不足用熱水須要時間才有熱水及水溫偏低因各地人士須要的溫度各有須要有待改善。 The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The rooms are tidy but the water pressure in the bathrooms is not sufficient. The hot water and the temperature of the water are needed for the water temperature to be low. The temperatures required by people everywhere need to be improved. होटल आसानी से शहर के केंद्र में स्थित है। कमरे साफ हैं लेकिन स्नानघर में पानी का दबाव पर्याप्त नहीं है। पानी के तापमान के लिए गर्म पानी और पानी के तापमान की आवश्यकता होती है। हर जगह लोगों द्वारा आवश्यक तापमान में सुधार की आवश्यकता होती है। Hotel ini terletak di pusat bandar, tetapi bilik mandi adalah rendah di dalam air. Ia mengambil masa untuk memanaskan panas dan lebih rendah suhu air kerana keperluan untuk meningkatkan suhu semua orang.

Wow very nice n comfortable, staff is fantastic especially housekeeping n concierge service. Definitely coming back.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The food were amazing, the room service was great. The swimming pool were good for adults and children since there are a side for children. The lounge area was very elegant and chic. Desserts and drinks also delicious. A bit pricey but it is a 4-star hotel. Totally worth the money.

The hotel room facilities are ordinary, the swimming pool children's game room closes early, but the hotel staff is quite friendly, the hotel location is very ideal, next time will check in again.

The hotel has been recently renovated and giving a brand new feel especially the rooms. Service is good and the staffs are both friendly and helpful. There is valet parking here so it makes the driving guests more convenience. There are other facilities here which are as per listed on the hotel website. The hotel is strategically located in Bukit Bintang with walking distance to all happening places around it.

Very nice hotel with a quality conceirge. The bed was a bit lumpy and yet I slept really well. The air-conditioning was needed as without the airflow the room had a musty smell. Breakfast was a B. There were prepared omelets, pasteries, and hot dishes such as sausage and baked beans. I know there were many eastern breakfast options but I did not partake. There was a small pool and fitness room. They were fairly basic but high quality. The location of this hotel was ideal. A close walk to nearly everything.

A very good place to stay with acceptable room rates. Really close to the major shopping district. Nice rooms, excellent ambience. Convenience… Simply awesome!

To Kuala Lumpur to go shopping, this hotel is a very good choice, walk a few minutes to several large shopping malls, Arrow Snacks Street, tenth Hutong, hotel rooms are also renovated soon, equipment is also complete.

The hotel is not bad, stuff was polite, no smoking. But food for breakfast was not that tasty, Wi-Fi is getting better now! Location is busy!

Overall the facility provided was good, toiletries and towel was clean. Bed is very clean. However, water heater was malfunction but maintenance service was late and poor, ended up the whole night was without heater. Moreover, the door key was malfunction and staff was not around. The service response was slows.

Old Hotel And noisy for some rooms with elevators.

Nice **** hotel with affordable price. Recommended hotel if you want to have a short trip in KL. Location is superb. Very close to Monorail station and many malls around here. Furniture is a bit old (imo), but it is all OK. Room is clean and tidy. There are 4 lifts so you dont need to worry about getting crowded. All staffs are friendly. Recommended. Definitely would be one of best options to stay in KL.

The room is big and super comfortable. My room has also a bathroom that has either bath tub or shower room. But the hot water doesn't work unless I call the receptionist to bring someone to fix it. Overall it's good because it's near cheap food stalls, LOT 10, Fahrenheit 88 and Pavilion KL.

Good location, very central and the service is ok, but the internet was horrible, lights went off a few times, couldnt charge my phone. The rooms are clean but small.

Amazing place. Excellent staff. I'd surely stay here again and recommend people to do so. It's right on the heart of the city every thing is easy access.

Cozy place set amid bustling shopping centres. Nice room with big bed at the 19th floor with all amenities working. Staffs were warm & friendly & many available in the lobby and outside to assist you with anything. Parking could be a problem during peak hours or use valet. Best to get there by public transport; monorel station within 5 minute walk & the new mrt within 10 minutes.

Great location. Friendly staff, good air conditioning, nice view of twin towers from our room. Gym and pool good. Will stay again.

I stayed here with my 'Girlie' and was really pleased with everything; the room was fine and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. It's right in the middle of Bukit Bintang and close to Jalan Alor where you have to go if you want to sample some of the amazing street food on offer in KL. It's also really close to lots of transport links so getting around KL never ever proved to be a problem. The traffic in KL can be REALLY awful and the new metro is soooo clean, easy & efficient. If I were ever to return to KL, I would definitely use it again. Although there is some refurb works going on within the hotel, it never became an issue for us. They've obviously done a lot to shield customers from this. I wouldn't let it put you off. David & Ellie Bristol, UK.

Value for money for the location. Downside is no parking but just valet parking. If you dont intend to leave the hotel driving this is the hotel to stay. Friendly staff. Would have get more star rating if they have fully renovated the hotel.

The area of operation and in the middle of the 3 big malls in kl.

1 — Upon arrival reception computer system broke down. 2 — Bathroom sandal was too thin and not water proof. So it was a bit disgusting and morally unclean as Muslim to step on wet flower. 3 — Prayers rag was missing. 4 — no mean for rinsing the one's body after using toilette.

Facilities : I read the website, they said the gym is fully equipped gym and reality it's like a room with a few equipments. Services : Front desk doesn't know how to speak proper English. It's hard to communicate. We asked for connected rooms and the service is very slow. Front desk gave wrong room keys and we have to wait for 10mins. Rooms doesn't have towels and toothbrush so we need to call the housekeeping. Waited for 15mins to get TOWELS and TOOTHBRUSH. Air-con in the rooms is not cold when we put 10 degrees and Number 3 fan. It's so stuffy in the room. Breakfast buffet : the food is just too simple. Beans, bread. Too simple for 4 star hotel. This hotel needs more improvement and better staffs that knows how to communicate in English. Food need to improve.

In terms of facilities, the gym and swimming is a disappointment. Gym is small and outdated. As for the swimming pool, the water is very very cold. (Is sheltered / inside the hotel). When I meant is cold, is damn cold. Connective rooms is not available when we already request for connective room via from travel agency (no communication? ) Not sure why the room have no toothbrush and towels. Those are necessities to those travelers (request if you don't have) On the bright side, breakfast was great (Fried noodles, chicken, hot dogs, tons of bread, cereal, coffee and tea, and eggs fried by chef! ). However, was disappointed with the tom ya noodles. The soup is not even warm.

Terrible place. Any seasoned traveller would not bring a towel. So firstly, there were no towels in the room, and when I called to ask for towels, they ran out of towels. It would be ok if I can run down to the mall to buy towels but I realised the lack of towels at 12mn and none of the stores were open. Such necessities shouldn't be a worry to anyone staying in a respectable hotel. So disappointed.

Dear Friends, travel colleagues and travel partners, As you all know I am an experienced traveler and this is my 15th year in the tourism industry. The following incident happened to me personally, not a story I heard from someone. I DON'T want this to happen to anyone else. Please let your friends, colleagues, love ones know about it. I booked into : THE CORONADE HOTEL, KUALA LUMPUR, (Achi Jaya Properties Sdn Bhd), Jalan Walter Grenier, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA (located next to Lot 10) from 6th Sept to 9th Sept 2009. We (me and a friend) have stayed in this hotel 2-3 times this year. It is in a good location and the cost is reasonable. I booked for "The Summit Room" as they have free internet and a bigger room. On the 8th September morning, when I came out of the toilet, I saw the latch and the lock switch in the "open position. The door is closed. I was sure I closed the latch and lock the security lock. I ask my friend to check if there's anything missing and there wasn't, so we thought it's just us being forgetful. After a busy day from 8.30am to 10pm, we arrived back to the hotel tired and packed up as we are leaving the next day in the morning. We counted the monies and packed everything accordingly. I personally made sure this time the door is locked on the security lock and the latch. We were so tired and went to sleep. I dozed off around 11pm. At around 7.00-7.20 am, I woke up and went to the toilet. I remember my phone alarm going off at 730am.
