Seldom do you find such "quality care" as we experienced at this Comfort Suites. We truly made the right choice. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. Looking forward to coming back to this hostel I would totally recommend them! Thank you!

Great location down the road from the main street market. Private room was clean, toliets were clean and staff were super friendly.

This hostel is much cleaner, and has much more comfortable beds than my house… (and I am a clean person! ) Very silent and relaxing place.

The place is really neat and clean. I loved the way they have been working for helping the guests. The lady was coloring the maps with hands even though she didn't have the printer. They helped me out in suggesting a lot of places to go and all. If you're really looking for some cool place for staying. This is it.

Amazing hostel. They were so helpful when my bag got stolen, I have never encountered an amazing service like that. The staff (Mika) went with me to the police station to file a report and helped me even to get to the embassy and immigration to get a new travel document. I have rarely met such warm-heartedness and kindness from hostel/hotel staff, and it is a clean and great place to stay. If you want to feel like at home while far away from home, this is the place to go. Very open-minded and generous, warm-hearted staff is what makes this place truly special.

Fantastic hostel, a little far from public transport but I would recommend getting a Grab taxi as it’s just as cheap. My time was spoilt by someone packing a 2am, someone playing on their phone at full volume all night, someone answering a call at 4am and a snorer which is a given. I just wish there was some post midnight rule in hostels where you’re allowed to punch people that are rude and inconsiderate. Besides that fantastic facilities, lovely outdoors area, it’s very clean and central located.

FANTASTIC hostel experience! There are private rooms available but we stayed in a four-bed dorm. Female-only ones available. Rooms and the shared washrooms/showers are very clean. There is a common area outside and a small but cozy lobby with couches inside (and a desktop computer should you need it! ). Great place to meet other travellers :) Tea, coffee, and crackers are set out in the lobby every morning, and there is filtered water is available from a dispenser (free). Other drinks available for purchase. Extra towels and laundry at additional cost. Staff is friendly as well! The area is also very close to the food street (less than 5 min on foot). The place is tucked into a residential area, but there are actually quite a few restaurants/cafes with breakfast nearby — there's even a gin bar two doors down. It is some distance (15+ mins on foot) to the touristy Chinatown area and beyond, but it is definitely walkable. Enjoyable stay and would come back again!

It was nice lodge. Place is very comfortable and facilities are good. (Especially, kind staff and water purifier. ) And you can buy beer, soft drinks at the front. Good price. I think, I have a chance to visit KL one more day, I would be stay here.

Good, clean room. Help available if needed by staff. Our room had no natural light. Only stayed one night due to onward travel.

Very cool, chilled and clean hostel. The decor was simple and modern. The toilets have funny stickers of dogs fouling on them. The staff were very friendly and gave us a lot of information but I wish they had told us about the free KL city bus, we only noticed the poster on our last night. We had a private room and the bed was very bed, comfortable and quiet. The whole hostel has a no-shoes policy so you have to take them off downstairs and they give you slippers to keep the floor clean.

Welcoming and information staff. Very clean, great location, but footsteps walking over the wooden floorboards can be a little loud when trying to sleep.

Awesome! Amazing staff, beautiful, well maintained building. Great location, within walking distance of the golden triangle (where all malls are) and very close to Jalan Aloh for street food. One of the staff members organizes food tours and will get your mouth watering! Loved it here.

The best and coolest hostel located in downtown Kuala Lumpur. The neighborhood features some of the good cafes and restaurants too. The hostel staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to asking about where to go and to eat in the city. Highly recommended.

I stayed there for 2 nights. I was welcomed by the care taker named Andrew. He is a very kind person. The building seems to be newly renovated and it is very clean and nicely maintained. I love the time I stayed there and willing to go back there again Sorry Andrew I took the card key with me. I'll bring it back to you next time.

I loved my stay at Paper Plane Hostel. It's beautiful, well maintained, has a great location, lovely and warm staff, best beds in KL and it's completely spotless. One of the cleanest hostels I've been to. I'd definitely stay here again. And their home made maps are excellent. And superb Wi-Fi!

I was one of the lucky First guests staying in this almost Boutique style hostel. It offers all you need, warm showers, unbelievable comfy matresses, a rooftop terrace it all Comes in a very unique, artisty style without being sterile. The dorms are spacious, each bed is equipped With a reading Light and plug, the privat rooms are homely With aircon, kettle, free tea&Coffee. It's super centrally located, jalan alor 5 min walk, to chinatown about 20 min. It's absolutly worth the money and I would stay here anytime again. If you ve been craving a decent Coffee, there's a great Coffee Shop just around the corner ;-)
