Our stay was very disappointing! Either they just did not run the AC or it was broken… it was so hot in the whole building, except in our rooms, we could turn our AC on and be comfortable. The atmosphere and people working there were not friendly. The breakfast was ok, but the breakfast room was hot, they did not run the AC in the cafeteria. We went in there that evening also to have dinner, but when we walked in the the cafeteria the heat slapped us in the face so strong that we turned around and walked right back out, then got a taxi to go get something to eat somewhere else. It was so hot in that cafeteria that evening at the Golden Palace that nobody was eating in there. They served instant coffee in the cafeteria for breakfast, plus in our rooms there was only tea… no coffee… buy the coffee pot. It was a clean place and modern, but the bad definantally out weighted the good by a long shot! We will never stay there again!

Great personal at the info desk, beautiful rooms and most of all unbelievably clean rooms! I felt like a real guest and not like just a paying customer! Highly recommend!

If I could give it 0 stars I would It was an awfull experience staff weren't friendly the only thing that was good is the food, the food was very delicious.

Good and well-groomed hotel. With swimming pool and if you are lucky then also the sauna and the steam bath is in operation. Parking in video-monitored backyard. What you can save yourself, however, is the so-called "Restaurant" invests the 10 lari and takes a taxi to the historic old town.

Very clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need. Free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool. Loved!

This is a very classy hotel. I recommend it to everyone. Sauna, pool, nice rooms, good service, all inclusive, buffet, beautiful view, people speak 3 languages + there is a bar and much more.

The hotel is comfort totally but placing far from the city cebter is a problem, anytime you decide to go to the city and came back you should pay over normal charges. Further, you can not exchange money at the hitel or exchange office near the hotel. If you can find a hitel in city center apply for that, taxi's fare are considerable meanwhile using the public transportation is so hard because of language problem.

Perfect service with pool and private jackozi in the room.

I Think it's stars is only 2. Because there is no dlipers in the bathrooms and many problems like that.

Great hotel and the reception is amazing and helpful also the restaurant food is very delicious also the swimming pool is great add but unfortunately the gym and the breakfast wasn't that good.

Value of money is ok. But they need to work a lot a lot a lot on the breakfast menu variety.

Friendly stuff, good atmosphere, great food and great location. If you plus to all this relatively inexpensive room option, then you understand that the place is really great for your vacation.

Normal hotel, but the mud price is not adequate, expensive. SEVIS is not bad, but not great. The truth was there in 2012 and 2013. In 2012 was much better than in 2013.

Not really good the water is cold and the breakfast is terrible. Also if you don't pay money at the first night they'll force you to leave.
