Nice place to stay! Good relaxing spa activities.

Comfortable, spacious, beautifully designed hotel in a quiet area near the town. Amazing room service 2 times per day, friendly and polite staff, luxurious spa centre, warm rooms with all the needed facilities and comfy bathrobes, although pillows are quite uncomfortable. Big variety of breakfast meals, but could include more vegan and vegetarian options. Overall, had an amazing holiday there. Will definitely visit again!

If this is 5 stars, I cant imigine the monstrosity 3 stars is. The service was horrible — I was offered a cart to load and bring my own bags up. The room was decorated as if it was a 1970’s theme hotel. The bathroom was filthy. The food was so bad that I actually went out looking for a convenience store to dine on a bag of chips and a coke — the food was horrid. The heating system broke and it took over an hour for someone to even look, we were not offered another room (we have a baby with us as well). Room service didn’t show up to clean for a day and a half. Don’t do it, not under any circumstances. I would give negatve stars if possible, worse than the lowest class of motel in the states — I was looking for a slot to put a quarter in to make the bed shake for a minute…

Located far from the center, there are no shops nearby, to the sea it is necessary to stomp. The restaurant is good, the spa is great. The pool begins to work 30-40 minutes later than the specified time. For such a payment you can find something more decent.

We came from other hotel and got very disappointed. One of wooden pieces broke apart in sauna and hit my kids chin. I told the spa attendant and he removed the whole wooden floor cover right away… We had some juice and at least they could do, cover the cost of juice for the injury but it didn't happen… The side for kids sucked … Paint falling of the sealing and so on. We were not even informed about adult side that is brand new. Definitely, not 5 star hotel treatment.

What a great hotel. Staff is so friendly and so helpful. The views are open and green and rooms are clean too. Food was very good. Loved the seating outside. Spa is just amazing. Was very happy with all treatments from the massage to pedicure to facial. Decore in the spa is also very zen and sure makes you feel like it. Very happy with everything. Will be coming back.

Service in the restaurant like in a motel. The waiter was keep interrupting our conversation with his own stories and opinion. Restaurant prices like 5* hotel the taste sometimes beter in a local pub. Room's furniture… and many other thing… Just expect 3* standards then you won't be disappointed.

One of the best hotels in Palanga. For sure best Spa Area in Palanga. Outdoor pool is really cool and relaxing if weather is nice. Service could be improved — quite a lot young and not really well trained staff on board. Please improve.

Great place! Pleasant and extensive spa complex. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly staff.

Nice spa area and tasty in the hotel restaurant.

Place is nice and quiet, far from center. 3 stars for place looking. But personal is not interested in goving information and service for guests. You have to search for info by your self, not enought place for parking, waitreses in restorant speak with you like you are his friend and you are in the bar, not in 5 star restaurant. Spa center servives you have to ask each day by free time, can not book services few days in front, just ask and book in the morning. Besides, you have to ask by your self each morning.

Great hotel, wonderful restaurant, magical spa. Advice to the owner — change the style of the website, spoils the whole experience.

A bit far from the centre of town but a great place to relax. A bit limited menu in the swimming pool area but varied sauna opportunities.

Loved. Super View from the rooms-pine forest. The pools are open. Lovely Spa (huge jacuzzi, sauna, ice room, etc. )! Good breakfast. Baltic Sea in 8-10 min. Walk. There's no closer. Everywhere paths. Friendly staff. Recommend!

Nice hotel with regular hotel rooms. But the spa is very nice. It's also possible to get different types of wellness packages such as massages and beautification. In the summer the out side pool area is very nice, and if you fancy the beach. Palanga beach is only a five minute walk from the hotel.

Good breakfast. Spa is amazing. No pool for babies, but there ade separate area for adults.

Location is slightly in the middle of nowhere but the hotel is nice and I got one of the best massages I ever had. Will for sure visit the place in the future.

Service staff at the front desk — nice, can not say anything bad. The restaurant staff — the impression that the students collect-service trainees with zero knowledge. From the restaurant's kitchen continuously spreading hubbub. On the tables and chairs — food crumbs. Food quality through poor that both would cost. Ordinary breakfast. Rooms – small, double bed width of 1.50 m (the same width of the bed is an economy class hotel), luxury is not visible, as well as poverty … TV shows 10 programs with quality intolerable, like a hint that there is nothing to stare at the TV. Wifi signal is weak or absent altogether. The bathroom sink, water closet and shower (and there 5 stars Hotel) where the bath, where a bidet?
