Great hotel in a perfect location next to the Baltic Sea and Palanga high street (Basanavičiaus). Surprisingly quiet and restful despite being in a popular spot, good for sleeping. Service was very good, a small mixup on the type of room was resolved immediately and without problems (booked a lux room, but was initially given a classic double room, solved within 5 minutes). Breakfast was typical hotel food, but still quite good. Happy to recommend it to both single travelers and those coming with small children. Simply nice.

Great 4* hotel near the main street of Palanga. The hotel is quite new, clean and fresh. The room features the bathroom, small kitchen and bedroom. The staff is really friendly. We arrived with the car, so we appreciated the availability of parking spots in the garage. The hotel is divided into sectors / separate buildings. The breakfast was in another building, but it was ok. The breakfast was very rich. Would definitely recommend!

Extremly clean! Fresh everywere! Perfect location, inspite main street’s activness — quiet inside. Free bicycles — go round to explore Palanga. No worrys about breakfast — served from 8 till 11 for you! Coffe or snack? — you have cute kitchen in your room.
Free parking — for your car. Pets friendly and non smoking in rooms — I liked that very much.

Hotel is nice and modern. Rooms were comfortable, big windows. Rooms are air conditioned. Mattresses was comfortable and pillows soft. Just everything perfect. Good complimentary, healthy breakfast. Hotel employees were very nice and courteous. We would like to stay here again.

Friendly stuff, nice designs, cozy bathroom, close to the beach and central Street modern architecture with big windows, wide choice of foods for breakfast (sadly every day the food is the same) + you can sit and chill outside in chairs.

The Grand Baltic Dunes has excellent location close to the beach and the compound blends ok in the area. The issue however is the overall quality: raw interiors lack a finishing touch and look gloomy, the underground car park is definitely unfinished, the breakfast room bears a very strong impression of a student dorm canteen, the breakfast itself is rather basic, and last but not least: we had no hot water in the bathroom. The staff were ok, but not too dedicated. Overall it is a high end "student dormitory" rather than a full scale hotel. An interesting surprise.

Great location, like 50m to the Palanga bridge. Room was clean, nice and comfy. Also there was small kitchen in the room. Staff were very helpful. Free parking what is one of the biggest advantages! I would definetly recommend for any occasion!

Comfortable, good location, breakfast is not bad.

Nice apartment, spacious and tidy. Also the receptionist was very helpfull, and we liked underground parking as well. Everything was great, the only step up they could make — breakfast.

Very comfortable room, it's quite new. The reception is really dark and the staff is not so warm. Breakfast is badly organised and things run out quickly.

Very nice Hotel, but not a real kitchen but everything Catering. The Breakfast was terrible.

No Breakfast and no Bar. However, there is the Hotel's only been 4 months and we are out of season. We then received a room with a kitchen to ourselves, prepare Breakfast. Park house has various large Parking lots. Front Desk nice and accommodating. The rooms are nicely decorated, however, in my opinion, very noisy. The guests above and next to the room you can hear exactly run. We had a bathtub, however, this is not right and the water from the tap is after 10 minutes of cold. Cleanliness of the room 1a! Ventilation of the bathroom is very loud. Accustomed to but it and can then sleep. Air-conditioning is available. M. E. The Hotel has great potential.
