Slept here for one night. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely and the beds and pillows were comfortable! Slight improvements to the cleaning as well as ensuring small things like remotes are working and TV channels are programmed need to be ensured.

Herritage is very conveniently located, just before Nkubu town on the way to Meru town. The hotel is reasonably priced and probably one of the better places to stay in Nkubu. The rooms are well laid out and sufficiently equipped. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We had a few issues with the initial room we were given. The toilet wouldn't flush and the shower was not working. The manager happily moved us to another room that was in perfect working condition when they were unable to sort out the initial room.

Great place for family and business. Food is delicious and made fresh. They have a kids' play area which needs some improvement. The pool area looked good. Restaurant, bar and outdoor sitting are all amazing. Staff polite and friendly. Overall a great quiet place, I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel that you can find after drinking 250km to meru from nairobi. To me it is the only hotel you can find better I will give it three stars and I am grateful for the investor/s to lay such accommodation over there bc it looks there are no much tourist or guests around that area.

Beautiful scenery, and friendly waiters and waitresses.

There is this chef with a heart so big and a smile so warm, I immediately took a liking to him. He made us nyama choma and ugali while we waited, drinking at the bar. They have an assortment of liquor. Great music at night. The food was very delectable and the ambience even more so. The gardens are spectacular and well kept. Ample parking.

Clean pool which is a very welcome surprise in the hot season. Average food which is a bit expensive but very modern fittings throughout the rooms.

Do not bother going to the hotel. In the room I was in, there was a leaking sink pipe, no Wi-Fi service, and I could hear two families of kids screaming down the hallway. Staff did nothing about the kids after repeatedly telling them the exact room number of the yelling kids. After over two weeks in kenya, this is by far the worst hotel I have been to. As a matter of fact, it's the worst hotel I've been to in my life.

Quiet place. I was just passing through and all very well. The food is good and the rate includes breakfast.
