Beautiful place and great view.

Quite calming and fantastic views especially for nature lovers. Would definitely recommend it any day.

Fantastic experience of wildlife visiting us at the restaurant's man-made waterhole. the food was delicious and warm hospitality we will definitely visit again.

Very refreshing environment, Bird viewing, Elephants families at a glance, waterbuck, swimming pools, without forgetting the manyatta experience with nice foods and friendly and welcoming attendants.

Just been to Voi Wildlife Lodge. They are located just outside Tsavo East and share a fence with the park. They have a waterhole next to the dining area where many animals including elephants and lions come for the water. Their vegetarian food selection was very good and tasty. The Presidential Suite was spacious and very comfy for a family of 4. VWL is highly recommended for large families and they have plenty of family rooms. This was our 4th stay and we will definitely go back at some point. The staff looked after us very well and are courteous, thank you Alex; Margaret; Patrick and Hilda as well as the Manager (didn’t get his name unfortunately)

They dont pay attention to local tourists. You will be served last. Pathetic service.

Great location, but too many too many insects, in particular cockroaches everywhere. Never seen such a thing, I understand that we are in the savannah but I'm not totally able to sleep quiet because, even though the insecticide, the various insects were however present. Menu is a little varied.

It is a wonderful place to visit.

We have seen many elephants and many antelope species. Monkeys of course did not miss and in the evening even the hippo from the water, which one had not even guessed before that this was in the water.

Where can you say in the world you relaxed on your balcony or had dinner on a terrace overlooking lots of elephants drinking from a water hole — Voi Wildlife Lodge! Absolutely loved our overnight stay. The reservations department organized my entire trip from the booking of the SGR train to our accommodation to our game drive and drop off to the train station. Definitely recommending this lodge to others as it's left some magical memories.

Unfortunately, we were only there for lunch, but the restaurant and food were outstanding. The special feature was that there was a watering hole in front of the restaurant where elephants had been messing all the time and there was also a hippo.

Wonderful experience. I saw elephant for the first time in my life there and took photos. I felt good.

I enjoyed the ambience. Quiet rooms, nice meals, hospitable front office. Even a chance to interact with Jumbos and herds Buffalos at the water point.

Unfortunately, we only made a short stopover for lunch on our safari. The food was good. Very nice staff.
You can look directly at a watering hole during the meal. The variety of animals is very great!
On the next visit we will definitely spend a night there!

2nd Visit this year with my 2 children and this time a friend who is now also hooked and hoping to return next year with her 2 children with us for our 3rd visit, fabulous staff, fabulous location, fabulous swimming pools x 3 cannot find fault with the place other than ceiling fans and no air conditioning in the rooms which for some of us is a challenge with the humidity at night — just not used to such humidity coming from the UK.

Hotel right at the edge of the park. By the restaurant/cafe, there is a small pond where wild animals come to drink, so it's a very good view. There is also an observation dock that sticks inside the park to be a bit closer to the pond. Lunch at the restaurant is a buffet, unimpressive to us, that costs 2000 shillings pp. Some snacks can be ordered from the menu. The kids finger fish was really not good, only 5 pieces and tasted bad. The beef burger was good.

HI together, we were in our 30s as a couple for a night out at the lodge and I want to share our experiences.
In addition to the magnificent views, also from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the rooms, and the friendly staff, there are also, unfortunately, a few negative things.
The baths were over no longer quite good in shot and the water did not turn to morning shower warm.
Care should be given to the levy as a matter of urgency. The concrete steps in the concrete steps are often broken, a former garden bar decays in front of it and the way into the tunnel to the view of the waterhole is full of animal droppings and moderate. So to recommend only to a limited extent.

Definitely an oasis where to relax after a safari day. Thanks to the water right in front of the restaurant area you can enjoy the visit of different animals which makes the stay at Voi WL unique. The rooms are clean as well as all the facilities. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is a very nice atmosphere.

The location and the view of the lodge were very nice.
The hygiene, however, is virtually non-existent. We were a larger group and in several rooms it didn't fit. On the pillows and generally the bed lay several dead mosquitoes and flies. In one of the bathrooms was probably not cleaned around the toilet and around the sink everything in the hair and the toilet. Lying from the guest in front of it. In the other bathrooms, at least the large areas were cleaned except for the corners.
The food was so that you got fed up, but no pleasure.
On the next trip, I'd take another lodge.

Beautiful location, cozy, place inside the. Tzavo Park, we were greeted with wet cloths to cool off from the heat and with fresh drinks, clean rooms, typical cuisine of the place.

It is refreshing to be there. The wild animals a reminder beautiful nature. Very relaxing! The rooms ok but with our air conditioning. The food is average. Service is friendly.

Cool Place. You get very up close with elephants at their watering hole right outside the bar. Lounge Their tented camp (Manyatta) is awesome.

In the beautiful environment of the savannah, with the green hills alongside and the animals at hand, the resort is very large and full of amenities.
Too; Smaller and less "industrial" would be more pleasing. To me.

Nice clean lodge, nice rooms, pools, pure sauna and gym wanting.

The place is exquisite. It has 3 swimming pools. A great view of wildlife at a watering hole especially elephants. High class rooms, gym, sauna, massage parlour and also a restaurant. It is however very expensive for local tourists.

Great place if you want to see elephants up close as you dine and wine. Good hotel with adequate amenities.

After clear agreements, the price would once again be raised in hindsight.
Is somehow a scammer store.
Trying to make US $180 from $90 the night! So watch out for money.
Otherwise a beautiful plant. Mostly fewer guests than staff. There is something wrong with management! — a great pity.

A fair Review would be having both pros n cons; Pros 1. Staff are good n courteous. 2. Good view. 3. Swimming pools. 4. Sauna, Steam bath. 5. Mesaage Service 6. Most importantly a mosque, a temple & a church. 7. Free Wi-Fi 8. Good Food (both veg & non veg) Cons 1. Limited timing for swimming pools. 2. No inspect killer/mosquito repelleant in the rooms. 3. Wi Fi not reachable in rooms 4. Nothing much to choose if you are a vegetarian only. 5. No provision of jets in toilet 6. No complimentary oil & body lotion. 7. Only half a bottle of drinking water per person per day.

The hospitality of the staff was very good. The chef tried to accomodate us on our food needs. Saw the elephants, zebras and antelopes at the water hole. My kids really enjoyed the place.

Nice place but too expensive for pop in customers who need lunch or dinner.

Its a nice place to observe the animals. Good pool too. What it lacks is varaity of food. The food was basically the same every day. And there is no AC in the rooms, also no fridge.

Absolutely lovely, great atmosphere and view of elephants and other big 5 animals. Big pools for a great swim while enjoying the view.

Very nice for game watching. It gets even better at night. I witnessed a live hunt where 3 illnesses killed a zebra.

Very nice place to stay with good facilities, courteous staff, reasonably good food. The best part is the view. U can see all kind of animals coming for water very close to restaurant area all the time, also from ur room.

Didn't spend too long but it's a great place. The conference room had good ambiance and the hotel provides a beautiful view of animals at the watering hole. Food however not the best.

Scenic lodge with best views of African Elephants but lodge it self needs improvement. It is totally ran down lodge. We had very bad experience. I personally have send them an email but to date have not received any Feedback. Think twice before going…
