Very clean hotel and excellent stuff I recommend it to everybody.

Hotel is good to stay… we can get all facilty that we want… good hotel to stay a night.

Very good service great food and staff very nice people.

Nicely decorated hotel, clean, with polite staff and modern facilities. The breakfast is a bit too middle-eastern in its offerings. Main negative point is the noise from the busy adjacent road.

Hotel on mountain road near Petra. Very noisy because of the road. Manager does not accept any cancellations and for the noise offers room on the cliff side with seen on dump. Breakfast at a minimum. To escape absolutely.

We stayed in a triple room, and it was small. Everything's clean. What we didn't like NOTHING was a dinner we were offered Bedouin that had nothing to do with. Well located to go see Petra. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room even though it was clean, it was very small. The restaurant service is nefarious, the food was in bad condition and although we communicated it to the responsible staff, we were charged the amount of the dinner in the total stay.

Very friendly staff very nice hotel very clean nothing to say a little far from the quote otherwise perfect for me.

Rude employees. I felt all the time as if I was about to be scammed or forced to spend the money for nothing. But the hotel itself is comfortable and is located in a part of the city near Petra and close to a superb view of the valley.

Lovely hotel, just a short 30min from the petra visitor centre. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The management was spectacular, friendly and very accommodating. I would advise getting the breakfast and dinner option as both were sensational. If you are going to spend the day in petra opt for o e of the packed lunches they provide. Water, juice, sandwiches and fruit. Was worth every penny. In short, would book again in a heartbeat.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed staying. Beautiful view of Wadi Musa. The staff was very kind and even made us sack lunches for our hike. Clean rooms, breakfast. Short drive to Petra.

Very nice hotel. Good attention. Very warm rooms.

I felt cheated. When we arrived we were told that the hotel was complete and that they would send us to another hotel of the same owner and of the same category. We went to the other hotel and it was not true, the category was smaller and they charged us the same rate. We had booked several months in advance. A disappointment, I do not recommend it and I never go back.

A bit noisy, but very clean room, good Wi-Fi.

The hotel was very good. Kind staff. We stayed for a night and we were received with a lot of care. Nadeth's mother cooked dinner for us. The next morning, breakfast was delicious with a live cooking counter for omelette. We packed the lunch box which was delicious as well. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Room full of food smell, terrible breakfast, bad wi fi, you cant sit on the toilet because of the sink placement. Owners harass you for the good reviews.

Lovely place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely, including an omelette station with omelettes made according to your specification. And the strongest coffee that I've had in Jordan! Decor was great, with a big flat-screen TV in the front room, as well. Option of having a ride to a luxurious Turkish bath, as well, booked at front desk. After a chilly rainy day, it was great to come into the warmth of this place! Big comfy bathrobe, and extra blanket, and plenty of heat. :) When we were checking out at noon, the staff had already packed away breakfast, but went back to the kitchen to give us extra apples to take with us. Nice touch. :)

Obviously it is not a hotel where one spends the holidays, but only a support for passing tours. Quite comfortable rooms although in winter the windows are little isolated. Food in the norm, Aenza infamy and without praise. No booze.

Great hotel in Petra, the staff is really gently and open to solve all your Need. Rooms clean, buffet great.

Good hotel, small but clean rooms, only the shower head of the bathroom should be fixed. Nice and helpful staff, maybe a little poor breakfast for those who prefer dessert. Convenient to get to the site of Petra.

Hotel with great value for money. Large, very clean rooms (definitely superior to the Jordanian standard) with a huge shower. We asked for a room at the back and it was very quiet. Naheth and all his staff have always been available and their valuable advice.

It's very small, and it's not a boutique hotel at all.

Structure a bit in the middle of nowhere, very small rooms with really cramped bathrooms and very scomodissima shower. Average beds, furniture a bit old, cleanliness medium low, nice lighting. Dinner buffet enough, bad breakfast, basically just salty. We weren't thrilled.

RUDE and RACIST hotel owner; STAY AWAY Booked this hotel for my in-laws and their friends (another couple) — all of whom are in their 60s or 70s — only for them to be given rooms different from what we'd booked for them and upon complaining to the owner — got treated to insults, rude and racist comments and were asked to leave. Apparently the owner doesn't care for Indians at his property. My in-laws and their friends then went to the 7 wonders hotel.

Very good rooms, thought rooms are small but they are well maintained and no smoking anywhere in hotel.

Beware the Mansif. Negotiate any extra amenities price beforehand. They tried to charge us 30 JD each for a Mansif dinner. This meal wouldn't cost more than 5 JD for a local at any normal establishment. Clear case of trying to rip off tourists.

Great pricing, excellent location from the local eateries and decent rooms for a 3 star hotel. Enjoyed my stay here!

A Decent Hotel for Petra Night Stay, But It was too cold and Heaters Didn't work properly. Room Sizes are very Small. But Clean and Tidy.
