Shift C front desk man Mohammad wasn't helpful at all he insisted on being tuff with us. He gave us a bad room we talked to him the room was dusty. The smell is awful. The bed sheets were very dirty. The bed is too old. His answer was I have this room only, but rooms are available on the website. I would rate this hotel 1 — star hotel. In addition, The hotel is too far from the beach. I don't recommend this hotel any more.

The bus arrangement are the worse. I paid a taxi to get back to Aqaba if they say transportation is free they lie because you should order the taxi so they take a percentage from
them. They bring small busses on Friday when the hotel is full booked.

Hotel is ok, polite stuff and great food. Beach is not so near, so if u r going out of season when temperature r so high, it would be a little problem.

This place has deteriorated with time, customers service doesn't exist and staff are not friendly, the beach is not clean ant the water is dirty. I use to like and recommend this place, not anymore shame that they could not keep the same standards as before. Wifi doesn't work in the also when I ask them to sort it out I was told someone will come to the room to deal with it, no one came!

Beach : rocky sand. There are areas for volleyball and football, but you can't fall on such sand. It's sadina. The sea is clear. The rooms are standard. In our room the curtains were with holes, but it was neatly hidden. The staff are polite and not intrusive. The animation is good, not for children. One drawback: not properly organized issuing drinks.

U have to walk for 10 minutes to reach grand swiss beach and there u will realize that u have been accommodated in a trap. I dont recommend.

Good hotel. Could be more clear, but ok. Acceptable food. Really quiet. Not the best location. You should walk 5-10 minutes to the beach or wait a hour for the bus to go to the city. It was nice to visit, but I don't see any reason to come back.

The place for a beach holiday is wonderful! But in terms of service and nutrition should not count on the European level. With all the effort of the staff my rating is 3 out of 5. There is something to work on. But for a family holiday this place is very suitable.

The rooms are old, clean and tidy. Once turned off the light around 11am, turned on in our case in 18, in the neighboring-in 21. Egyptian Treshka is just a star hotel in comparison to this. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Had a great round trip through Jordan, but unfortunately it was very tarnished by the 3-day stay here. The hotel is very dirty, have in my room the toothbrush cup including signs of use from my predecessor, bulky waste is in the corners, guest beds with more than locked mattresses stand on the corridors, the shower stands in front of lime and dirt, lying by the pool everywhere Cigarette butts, fridge in the room is broken and has mould sitting in the rubber seals and staff tackle one directly for tipping.

Great hotel, constant animation, kids Club with a separate pool for children and slides, there is a roller coaster and adults. On the beach you can enjoy free kayaking, surfing, catamaran rides. The food is so decent. In fact, it repeats once a week. The market is only 5 dinars away.

Had a great one night stay over here. The pools are great and so is the breakfast. Beach access is a 10 mins walking distance but it's a private beach on talabay. Over all, it was a very nice holiday.

Very bad service Very bad staff Staff not trained Dirty rooms no towels or tissues. When When they brought the towels they were old and useless. TV very old style. At the arrival kept me with my kids waiting for one and half hours for the rooms to be done even I arrived at 3:30 and got the rooms at 5:23 they did not apologized. Hotel Deficiente. La comida en el restaurante espantosa, "el bar" de la piscina abre a las 11am y mientras tanto no había otra más que esperar!. El conductor del Shuttle a Aqaba se puso a discutir verbalmente con unas pasajeras árabes de manera desagradable por alguna razón que nunca entendimos. El personal del hotel en cierta forma trataba de ayudar, pero a este Hotel le falta mucho para ganarse las estrellas que ostenta en su frontis. Disappointing. Worst hotel I have been to in my entire life no elevators the pools are cold the service is terrible rooms smell bad and the blankets are basically your bed sheets As I was going to breakfast I could not find plates and bowls I asked the workers to go get more bowls and they never came back.

Good, 20 minute shuttle bus to Aqaba that goes every 90 minutes. Short walk from the beach (get a ticket from the towel counter) and overall good if you want to chill by the pool. Be aware it can be window before noon and in the evening, cold enough to need a fleece.
