I've been there at december together with kenyans. And it was very nice. Thank u for your friendly staff in the reception and in the restaurant. Its was very memorable. Thanks a lot.

It is a cheaper than many other similar places in aqaba, the room furniture and setup is ok, the washroom is rather fine but they don't refill the shampoo shower gel and even tissue regularly, or even you can find old toilet rolls are still there from previous settlers, and though a point of safety may be raised regarding the hairdryer. Fridge doesn't work, there is no kettle in the room. I have stayed there for 3 times and it is the same. Room service and staff are really unresponsive, and you need to call more than 3 times if you need anything. The breakfast lacks variety, and taste as well. Dinner is ok, but they use grilled as a word and you get fried food.! Tiny swimming pool, and dirty water as well. One of the elevators has been out of service for the last year at least. The Wi-Fi service is there, but you cannot access it… always out of service. In my last stay I noticed some garbage in the alley that stayed there for a whole day. I think it is over rated and should be even cheaper for what service you get.

Good lacation in the heart of Aqaba. Rooms ok and clean. Excellent service and staff. Swimming pool tiny but ok. Restaurant nice, good food. Highly recommended.

Good price, comfortable rooms but bad serves as in late and inresponsive.

Overall the experience was good. Room and bathroom looks very modern. Bed makes a lot of noise. Breakfast was very limited but good.

I stayed 3 times in the past at this hotel, I see this hotel is going downhill, the location is OK with view of the city. However, the cleaning was horrible and really disgusting, I found a large yellow spot on the bed sheet and pillows, I called the front desk and they sent one of the housekeeper to inspect, he said he has to wash the sheet and bring it back next day, after some argument I got a different one, the pillow was too hard to sleep on, the bath room was dirty and a lot of hair in the sink as you see in the pictures, I spoke with the front desk clerk Ahmed but he was completely useless and unhelpful, I asked for the GM Awni Nobany many times even I called him and I left him a massage but I never heard back from him, the furniture very old. The room was stinky and smiley, the electric lamps in the room broken. The plates and cubs at the restaurant they were very dirty, I can’t understand how this nasty hotel rated 4 stars, in my opinion 1 star it’s enough. Bad value for the money. I will never stay there again.

Nice hotel… good rooms… good food.

Great attached restaurant. 5 star cuisine. The salads. Breads. Pasta was fantastic. Meat dishes were delicious. My only problem. Just too much food.

The hotel is Ok 4 *, the service is true not Egyptian, we have a 6th floor view from the windows to the sea, the room is not very clean but tolerated, dinner and breakfast are similar, hungry will not stay, the price is adequate. Minus the beach by taxi, or a free bus to a paid beach.

Much of the banquet was vegetarian.

It was before a good hotel with fare price and service but know a days price is overrated with a low standard service whatever is the complains they never responded. No hot water available most of the time, very bad Wi-Fi covarge, and high price in other side.

Good place and the workers are fantastic The maintainanc guy (Abudllah) is great one and the pool man is wonderful person.

A decent hotel to stay and solve your business issues… Nice location, Central Aqaba!

I think this hotel is maximum 2. Star.
Small old room The dirty sheets I had to ask to change them, the mattress dirty etc.
Eating is scarce in the very little vatieta sense.
Overall it does not seem at all a 4 star hotel well 1 star.

In two words: a shame.
In more words: dirty old rooms, extremely poor restaurant/breakfast room, blind manager (or pretending to be blind) and zero service provided.
The worst choice if you wish to relax in a 4 stars hotel: this is not even a 3 stars.

Central, so very noisy. I had a more modern room than fellow travellers. Has a bar. Nice breakfast with omelette and porridge.

The hotel is unrated. We stop at work, the company saves. The rooms are so so. The food is neither and monotonous. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beach 600 m urban and dirty, it still steals things emigrants.

How this hotel got 4 stars is not clear. The hotel is in the heart of the city. The pool is small, during our stay there never once no one swam. The hotel has no private beach, until the public is really 600 m, but it is very dirty and the girls in a swimsuit can ask to leave, that would not insult the feelings of believers. At Visions Stars Hotel does not pull at all: furniture old, crumbles, cleaning is weak. But if you go to Aqaba for excursions and there only overnight, quite normal option.

Hotel is located in Central. Many small shops and shops as well as restaurants nearby. Rooms neat and spacious.
Staff friendly. Breakfast is average.

The toilet was too smelly. It is a cheap place, nevertheless I expect something better.

I decided suddenly to stay one night in aqaba, I called golden tulip hotel at 2 am and they accepted me and helped me to arrive quicley. The room also was very clean and nice. Price was a little high.

I'm a Google Local Guide and my goal is to be truthful and fair with every review I leave behind. The Golden Tulip should not advertise itself the way it does by posting images that are not relevant to the Hotel; somehow, they've added false images of the kind of rooms they say they are providing but, are not. The purpose of any Hotel is to provide decent accommodation for its guests. Upon arrival, there were immediate concerns about basic cleanliness. If this hotel is sincerely concerned about attracting tourist, they must do better about basic cleanliness and maintenance. Again, I always try to find the positive in every establishment I review and have always been balanced even with obviously poor locations. That said, I posted my pictures only to demonstrate my personal experience, not that of everyone else's. But, since this is the hospitality industry, the sort of establishment which cater to visitors, welcoming them for a restful sleep, I feel obligated to share my experience and to be as detailed as I possibly can without any intent on ruining the reputation of Golden Tulip: bed linens riddled with "bodily" hair, pillow cases that looked like they had not been changed in a long while, shower curtains and toilet paper with mildew, ripped furniture, a refrigerator that didn't work as well as the alleged available Wi-Fi which was impossible to connect to. The above are very basic items that are difficult to overlook.

We stayed here on our last night but one in jordan and were fortunate to get a superb room/suite with views over the town to the sea.

Excellent hotel in the Centre of the city. Good rooms, but very small shower, not razverneš′sâ. Decent breakfast. In the evening, walked in.

The hotel does not have its own private beach. Fall ride paid for $ 15 per person per day. The road to the beach in 30 minutes!
And it's all thanks to our tour operator — joinup. Never take he tours.

One of the crappiest hotels I ever had to stay at. I'm glad it was just for one night.
