Clean hotel, perfec5 location directly at the main trainstation in Hamamatsu, crossing a street, going through a narrow passage and after 1 minutes you're there. The staff is friendly. We had breakfast which was ok but not a lot of choice (coming from europe). The room was a little small — I'd say even for japanese standards this was tiny. AC is either on or off for us. Low medium high seemed all the same.

The staff is very kind and helpful. At dinner, free ramen is provided and in the morning free breakfast as well. My only concern is the size of the rooms: they are really small! So small that sometimes it gets really hot inside.
