This hotel is beautiful, and the staff are extremely accommodating and helpful! The service was impeccable and much appreciated!

Well done! It was my stopover in Fukuoka to Beppu. I forgot how many times I stayed in this hotel. Maybe four or five. Their service is very attentive and thoughtful. One of my bags was delivered one month ago. They already put inside my room before I arrived. For the other delayed bag, they also brought it up to my room. It's my birthday trip. I just entered my preference in the ihg app and didn't expect them to prepare anything indeed. When I entered my room, I saw some flowers and a bag of dessert together with one card on the desk. It is incredible. Thank you‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Great staff who resolve issues when they arise. Great service too, rooms are nice and quiet. I fully recommend, will come back again.

Only one grade upgrade for IHG Platium card and room is old. Very disappointing!

Great service. Good sized room. Great bed, the most firm we've had here. Location is 700m from the train station, so will need to walk quite awhile.

CLEAN, NORMAL HOTEL HISTORY (never was "lovehotel"), privacy secured w/ NORMAL THICK WALL (some jp hotels/apt walls are thin that can hear next door almost clearly) SAFE & VIRUS (any) FREE compare to hotels that let nightworkes in/out in nightworker's district, Nakasu (中洲). (Some Nakasu hotels call themselves "family hotel" but be carful and check history)

Short business stay I was only at this hotel for one night on a very hectic business trip. However, for the time I was there I really enjoyed the hotel. It is easily situated near the train station so very convenient. Also there are places to grab a quick bite nearby. The rooms are a bit more luxurious than some you see in a Japanese business style hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant (and no stress) stay!

Great location Near the Hakata station And also near Canal city which is the largest shopping center of the city Breakfast is great I would rather give more than 3 star if the receptionists are more helpful They are very poor in English and I don't know why the men and ladies from the Bell Captain desk are more helpful, more fluent in English and have more sweet smiles. We took more than 30 mins: both check in and check out times due to poor English speaking skills of the girls at reception. Another bad thing is that they took 38000 JPY at Saturday night while it costs only 15000 JPY for the week days. It is almost 2.5 times to weekday price.

Expensive. The number fund is already quite shabby.

It is easy to see this hotel is with an old system and lack of management and empathy. Some of the trainee works pretty well but so of the others staff don't know the good service.
Traffic convenience could be the one advantage of this hotel. Consider of the price; there are others choices in this area, and others ANA Crown Plaza in Japan privates the better service also.
Not recommended if you bring baby with you.
2F Bar is worth to visit.

Typical Crowne hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed but quite small. If you want to open a window (and who doesn't) be prepared to sign a waver and then watch staff wrestle with an uncooperative window.

Ana Crowne Plaza is an ideal choice when staying in Fukuoka. Very central to everything, it is a stone’s throw away to Hakata Station. Excellent facilities, very clean, and hotel staff are very courteous, efficient and accommodating, notably the charming GM of Ana Crowne, Miss Hara. Best to stay in the Executive floors though, to enjoy Club privileges. Excellent wines and canapés, hearty Western and Japanese breakfast fare. I LOVE their Miso soup! A must when in Fukuoka!

One of the best Crowns Plaza's I have stayed at. Service was excellent. Some staff have blended professional skills with their warm and friendly personalities. I will stay here again.

Great location, but rooms are dated with old and uncomfortable furniture. Breakfast is okay, but they play awful/annoying music the whole time.

The room says small is not really small, moving line arrangement has the problem. Designed a desk and dresser but tightly close to the bed, it is very difficult to use, the bedside table between the two beds is quite wide.

I have been the japanese restaurant, chikusino. It was great. All dishes were very very delicious. What was best there are too many dishes in the course. We were very happy that we went there. Staffs were very kind, nice. In every dish they explained very well the food ingredients. Excellent~~

Don't expect exceptional Japanese hospitality as this hotel's staff seem to care more for their locals. Upon arrival at the hotel and checking in, we have to move our own luggage to our hotel room; where for other hotels, there would be bell boys helping to push our luggage to our rooms. However, do note that this is not to say that the staff are rude. They still answer to your queries and requests with a smile. The breakfast buffet's spread is acceptable, but the restaurant is understaffed, leaving many empty tables with empty plates uncollected.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and the staff was very polite. An excellent example of great Japanese hospitality!

Every room is quite small that it can only occupies twin beds so only good for max 2 people. Well maintained and comfortable but pretty standard. The location is very good though being 10 minutes walking from JR station and to many restaurants. The breakfast is also great. Excellent staffs and service.

The hotel was very friendly and helpful, the location was very good. The room is not very large, but two 28-inch boxes can still be spread out. The overall feeling is good.

Casual with a club lounge for relaxation.

This is one of my favourite hotels. An executive roo costs less than US$300 and you get access to the lounge which offers breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail all at no charge. Staff were great and servoce was first rate. This is my hotel of choice when I come to Fukuoka.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet with selections of Japanese and Western food. I definitely recommend staying here when visiting Fukuoka!

Great Location! 5 mins from Hakata station by foot, malls surrounded everywhere. Very central location. Price was pretty salty in my opinion for the room and amenities we got. The club room was not as nice as the other crowne plazas I visited. Food could be better. The people were very nice though!

Round the corner from the station and the shopping zones, so that's going for it. Gym was state of the art in 1981. Pool needs an extra 1000 yen or so extra to visit, even when you're a guest, which is not uncommon for Japan, but still irritating for an international class hotel. Wifi works.

Reasonable business hotel, but not of the standard of the ANA Intercontinental. The staff were quite unhelpful, lecturing us on errors in their booking system and also directing us to a store 3 KM away when the department store at the Hakata train station (almost next door) had exactly what we needed.

I have stayed here atleast a dozen times. Very nice hotel, strategic location, and convenient. Staff are warm, welcoming, and have always showed great enthusiasm in escorting me, and welcoming me in. Amentities are also perfect. Arrived one time, my room wasn't ready, so the Conrigerre ordered me some refreshments to compensate me, while I waited! So many good memories!

Internet embironment is poor. Wifi connection was not available.

Stayed a few nights in the hotel whilst visiting the city. Very conveniently located 5min walk from Hakata station. The twin room was quite small but you don't go on holiday to just sit in your hotel room so it was fine. The level of English may not have been as good as that from a hotel in Tokyo but the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the in-room Wi-Fi which struggled with anything more complicated than basic email / web access. I would stay at the hotel again if I was in Fukuoka.

Horrible noise insulation, room very small, much smaller then Nishitetsu grand or solaria hotel.

The hotel is a bit older, but it's still nice and clean. Very polite staff, free Wi-Fi, and it's about a 5 minute walk from hakata station.

Very plesent with great buffet lunch and breakfast, rooms clean and comfortable, and well appointed. Restaurants outside hotel very close and only 5 minutes walk to train station. Well worth the cost.
