Martino is one of the greatest chefs in the region. His dishes are every time A culinary discovery of great thickness. We had Way To taste its fish specialties, but also dishes of medieval tradition and Ancient cuisine. The courses are always original, tasty but above all light. The pairings are part of a studied path, the result of years of experience. The venue is elegant and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, warm and quiet. The pool area an oases of peace and relaxation. Definitely.

The Chef Martino never ceases to amaze me with his imaginative and delicious fish appetizers, his sublime first courses and a rich and appetizing cuisine at affordable prices. Chic Atmosphere with table service efficient, cared for and kind. In short an experience not to be missed and definitely to be repeated.

The place is really very nice and fully respects the medieval style of the beautiful country of Cesi. The room is very nice and the bed is very good. Very large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. Excellent variety of products courtesy. However, this contrasts with an important and jarring lack of maintenance and attention. The room, in addition to being extremely dusty and almost totally lacking in electrical outlets, is lacking in adequate lighting; It has also not been possible to open the electric window because it fails. Glad it was cold. But this can be remedied and I hope the present will be worth the advice! What can not be remedied, unless works of soundproofing, is the positioning of the rooms, especially the Nr. 6 which is located immediately above the lobby and the bar; Until 2:30 at night it was not possible to sleep for the great din of crockery and staff voices coming from down! The din is then started again of course around 8! I hope they can fix it!
