Unfortunately, the anti-covid provisions are binding, and this is a problem a bit for everyone, but the Hotel staff has organized itself at best, always available, efficient and courteous, starting from the owner. We hope to return as soon as possible, hoping that the covid situation is resolved, or at least reduced … Excellent catering, starting from breakfast, obviously bound by covid, do not make lunch, but dinner is excellent and plentiful. Another strong point is the swimming pool, and always x The reasons for distancing, you are bound to staggered entrances, but always well organized, obviously the difference is made by the customer, if it is civil or UNCIVILIZED.

A somewhat outdated but nice hotel. The staff also speak English and are all a dream because they try to fulfill every wish! The fitness center and pool are totally great! The breakfast buffet is also great! All are very child friendly. The food in the hotel is local and very good. The Corona concept is very well implemented. The rooms are clean and have a great atmosphere. Although the hotel is located on the road you hear absolutely nothing from the traffic. Absolute recommendation! Thank you again for the rescue!

I have been with my family for 4 nights, hotel has a perfect place, the rooms are spacious and very quiet, the bed large and very comfortable, the pool staff thanks.

Booked with Groupon, but the place far exceeded my expectations Easy to reach and 10 minutes from the Peruvian center. The receptionist was very precise and helpful to our requests. We took advantage of the local pool in peace. The room is very clean and with every comfort. The stay was pleasant. The service is equally precise and rigorous. Really a nice experience.

Beautiful Hotel, right on the exit of the super road to St. John's Bridge. Located halfway between Perugia and Assisi and not far from Foligno, they make it the ideal place for any holiday. The room is spotless and spacious, as well as the bathrooms, the hearty breakfast buffet. The only flaws perhaps the Olympic Only in length, a little narrow. The lunch and dinner menu is not varied.

Perfect hotel throughout, location for outings, friendly staff, spacious rooms and excellent cleanliness, great breakfast and restaurant.
Comments for the Directorate:
1) Pool, there is no control, there are people who are masters and have not allowed me to take a swim. It looked like a playground, using accessories to play.
2) In the room lacks the opportunity to take a hot drink, a pen and a note-taking slip.
3) Have the ability to completely disable the air conditioner, since even if turned off manually, leaving the room, removing the card, after a few minutes it activates alone, returning to the room after many hours of absence and hot you find the frost in the room thing not very healthy.

It looks new but the materials and furniture are at least 20 years old. Cigarette burns on many furniture. Smells like smoke. Some ant in the bathroom.
In the bathroom there is no shower, just a tub with a small glass parting to make a "almost shower".

The services offered are undoubtedly complete and level. A beautiful swimming pool of 25 meters with a Hydro massage area are the boundary to a well equipped gym area and a wellness center. All fully accessible and usable.

Good hotel and restaurant. Pay attention to the package when you book the management of the restaurant is private and although in the same building do not communicate much to each other. With the team we had some problems at the time of payment.

Truly dreadful. A once fairly adequate business hotel seems to have been allowed to deteriorate considerably. The bathroom in my room has been inadequately cleaned for so long that there’s no chance of restoring it without a rebuild. The hotel is currently overflowing with very, very noisy schoolchildren who appear to be unsupervised. Consequently, the restaurant is a very unpleasant place to be. Yet room service requires you to visit the restaurant, as there’s no such thing as a room service menu. The irony of this was lost on the reception staff. The ‘bar’ would be lost in an average suburban sitting room, and had no staff. The hotel is in an industrial and auto-dealer area, so alternative restaurants are not convenient if you’re on foot. Convenient for the airport, so it gets one star.

Modern, dynamic environment… attentive not only to customers, but also to people who enter to benefit from other services (rooms x meeting, etc. ). Comfortable and ample outdoor parking, excellent connection with the road, clearly visible from the main roads. A really good hotel…

Rooms were totally overheated. 27 degrees is way too high to sleep. Very unfriendly reception. No free drinks in spite of demand. Don't come here anymore and won't recommend it to anyone.

I liked the hotel, it's cheap, good location and the staff is kind enough. The kitchen is great and dinner and breakfast are plentiful. 4 stars instead of 5 only for as they advertise pool and spa which are actually a bit small and there is no way to relax view of the absence of sunbeds.

Hotel very convenient as location, a few hundred meters from the exit of E45. Equipped with large and clean rooms with Wi-Fi and minibar. Also the restaurant is not bad at all: you will find well cooked dishes with abundant portions. There is also a fitness area and a sauna with an adjoining pool. Definitely a good hotel!

The hotel is nice and the pool is good. It will have been the unfortunate weekend but the presence of 100 boys (a swimming team of Turin) has been made to feel both in the service… the day of arrival the bed for girls at 9pm was not yet ready… that at the restaurant, not so much in the quality of the food but in the waiting times and in the noise.

The hotel is really big and it is near the exit of the freeway (quiet because you will sleep in total silence). The rooms are really big with wooden walls and carpets. The double bed was very convenient. Give two points for the following reasons. The Turkish bath and sauna are in a tiny room of yellow and white tiles that look like the dressing room of an old gym. At the Turkish bath they can access two people at a time and you do sit in front of a glass door looking towards the room where everyone looks at you to wait for their turn (there was a lot of row). The sauna is for 6 people (even 8 if you squeeze so much) and does not meet the demands of people who often give up and leave. The worst thing and that to access the sauna you have to do the slalom in the middle of the gym, luckily there was no one but if there had been someone we would have created much hassle passing (the space was little).
I give two points also to breakfast, of poor quality, the meats especially, I was unable to finish them.
I recommend to invest a little more on the "spa", maybe you can separate reservations with spa access and reservations without access included.

Very clean and good breakfast If one goes to the hotel I would have given 5 stars. I Do a star instead because the spa is non-existent. The advertisement of the stays is misleading, since we speak of entrance to the spa area. When in fact there is only one pool and one gym. Sauna and Turkish bath are microscopic and the clearing area is made by two chairs in front of a shower and a closet with cleaning tools, the whole two meters for two with neon lighting!

Good everything except the staff which is good but could be better and some rooms are dimly lit. It offers many services including swimming pool, gym etc… (Although the changing rooms in the pool are a little small). The city not bad with many shops. In short this hotel the Scererei for a short break maybe a seventh because it is in a nice place and is very cozy the place and with many services and pretty much has everything. P. S. A towel I took once smelt of fish but I don't know why but by the time only the towel one had a strange smell.

I was there for the vote of the new board of Directors of the IPASVI College in Perugia. I can only give a neutral judgement since I only visited the polling room. The property looks nice…

Classic rooms but from luxury hotel. Very large room and bathroom with bathtub. Great breakfast and staff. Nice also the pool but the spa could be better organized (sauna and Turkish bath located in a dressing room).

Great hotel with swimming pool conveniently located near Perugia and other areas nearby, on weekends you can find interesting prices as being a hotel who works during the week Congress x and more on Saturday/Sunday work less.

Luxury, spacious rooms and large, large bathrooms with bathtub, there can be communicated rooms, breakfast very good, location great view on the highway, and the ponte san giovanni. In the end there is the Olympic pool, large and long, I recommend it, it is very very nice.

Structure: well organized and easy to reach from all directions. Better the central building which has the upgraded rooms, the circular building has some rooms with décor from MOTEL and not from property to 4 stars. Possibility to use the swimming pool and the fitness room free of charge (you have to settle).
Service: good service with staff polite and mannerly.
Restaurant and Breakfast: good restaurant with excellent value for money, good breakfast in the norm with some home-made cakes.
Price: around € 65, 00 fair per night (to be checked)

Excellent breakfast, nice, big, clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, internet in room, very good restaurant. Unfortunately the cold pool, hot tub, small in the corner of the pool and the Turkish bath are not up to the rest of the property. However overall good.
