I was there for my Pole Dance school Christmas dinner and found the location beautiful.
Thoughtful and friendly staff, great menu.

We spent two days to visit Assisi and the basilica, the hotel is satisfactory, staff friendly and rooms very spacious, clean and well organized. Definitely we will return!

Friday 24 I did the baptism for my small all exceptional location cared for in the smallest details unique kindness and courtesy! wonderful place! I recommend it in all! Excellent!

I have to tell the truth.
I stayed for 2 weeks with my family and found some very obvious management problems.
Starting from the fact that the rooms were not clean and with the air conditioning placed at 16 degrees you had a temperature of 23 degrees and at night it was cooler with the windows open than with the air conditioning.
Merits… Very nice and polite waiters and gardeners, very hospitable and helpful receptionist Scilla.
Well-maintained and nice clean pool.
I think with a few more tricks this is a really amazing location sin for the neglected details.

I stayed 15 days with my family at this property, and I must say I was hoping for something better. A special eulogy should be given to the receptionist Scilla, Federico, waiter Rosario and gardener. For the rest there is still much work to be done. I pointed out to the cleaning lady that there was a dead moscone and an olive core under a chair in the room from the first day we took possession and after a week they had not yet been removed. On the bedspread, there was baby parsnips cooked and dried from the first day and I have to say: but the bedding in addition to the sheets, is washed?
The pool shower was broken and I don't tell you how they fixed it…
The outer sofas, they have white cushions with huge stains. I would point out that this property also does wedding banquets and I wonder what a bride would want to sit on such a sofa. On the other hand, restaurant and cuisine are great. A key thing missing in this place are the cares for the customer who pay, it is perhaps the first thing he would like.
P. S. — To the property and to the sister, I would recommend a few more smiles. Customers notice that.

I chose the Knights ' Park as a location for the wedding and the choice was absolutely apt. Staff very competent and attentive to every need, magnificent place with a large glass room for receptions and a large park around perfectly cared for and with many details. The food is high quality and with a menu rich but not excessive, are dishes that are always remembered accompanied by local wines. Also the breakfast (if you lean on the property as hotel) is plentiful and of wide choice. The work and the commitment of the staff of this structure make it of great quality and advisable to all, both for events and for dinners or overnight stays.

Wonderful estate with adjoining park, characterized by landscaped and floral English garden. Location really remarkable, to be taken into account also for events, very good local food, friendly staff and low-medium prices.

I was there on occasion of various weddings: very nice location both externally and internally.

Pleasant, elegant and immersed in the greenery of a beautiful park with trees and manicured lawns. Very special kitchen.

Really nice kindness at the top great food at a fair price good and warm wine rooms (the 41bis, a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms in a Jacuzzi, huge balcony, comfortable bed, romantic view from all the windows, so many! )
Recommended not suitable for those who have difficulty with the stairs!
We customers with Smart box we had a good wine and a tasty aperitif!

I confirm that if I had more stars, I'd turn them all on. Kindness, quality, cleanliness, sophistication, location and then… and then there's the breakfast which is amazing.
I will definitely come back whenever I return to Umbria!
