My stay at the Sangallo Palace Hotel was perfect: spacious and clean environments, room with a view, quality restaurant, hearty breakfast and above all kind and helpful staff. Thanks in particular to Paolo for the attention paid to us during the dinner.
In addition, the location is excellent, being a few meters from the Terminal bus and 5 minutes from the central streets using the escalators that lead to the historic center. The effect of arriving for the first time in the Rocca Paolina is unique.
I also took advantage of the holiday bonus without any problem. Really satisfied.

Stay for a weekend in which the strengths of this structure are all. No flaws found, all great!. Excellent welcome, spaces and environments, quiet and clean. Well-kept, bright and spacious rooms. Well-maintained pool and gym to pamper yourself well. All the staff starting from the reception to the restaurant very professional and knowledgeable. On them always an excellent smile ready to make the stay pleasant as well as the availability always to the maximum to best satisfy every request of the guest. I am proud to have been in this structure starting happy, sure to come back soon to visit you to enjoy a great stay again maybe a little longer. Thank you again for everything.

Everything splendid, from the central location, to the rooms, very spacious and elegant, and to the structure as a whole. The staff, very kind, meets the needs of users. I would suggest just a little more speed for the catering service.

A/C wouldn’t work because we weren’t “in-season”.
Light switches didn’t work correctly.
Shower door not designed correctly… the bathroom floor was soaked after each shower no matter how hard you tried to be careful!

However, in your case I am very pleased to refer my experience and would probably have volunteered it myself. Your hotel is very well situated to visit the splendid city of Perugia. Moreover we found the staff and reception very friendly and cooperative. The level of comfort was excellent and I cannot recall enjoying a more comfortable bedroom anywhere else in Italy. Altogether a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Nice room in a good location like 10 minutes walk to the center. Good and various breakfast and clean, chilling swimming pool. They charged 11 euros/ day for the car parking although it wasn't mentioned on site.

Large room, comfortable. Swimming pool with water too cold. Breakfast was very good Good restaurant. I do not recommend for families with stroller you like to go downtown you have to make four flights of escalator where you need to keep baby in your arms and stroller closed.

I stayed at this hotel for two days during a business trip.
The hotel is spacious (as well as the rooms), quite clean (a bit of dust I found it) but with very friendly and professional staff.
If I happened again in the area I would probably stay here again.

A good hotel, elegant and in the center, right below the escalators that connect the old town. Convenient as a location also for the court (ex-building Enel), which is 5 minutes walk. The rooms are comfortable, in my only the TV remote did not work… but not bad! Wifi Spectacular. Good breakfast, only the coffee leaves a little to be desired, as on the other hand in almost every hotel. All in all a good experience. Would I go back? In fact, I always return when I go to Perugia.

For business reasons stay in many hotels of the same category throughout the country. I had occasion to stay several times in this property. I was fully satisfied for the cleanliness of the premises, the catering and especially for the courtesy and availability of all the staff in particular of Mr. Umberto. We spent two nights at the Sangallo, my husband and I. Staff very friendly, breakfast varied and good, cleanliness in standard, environment well heated, very good location. I recommend it! Only flaws the pool and fitness environment, in the latter too much temperature fluctuation and in the pool water more prone to cold than to lukewarm, too bad because after the walks to Perugia would have been pleasant to take a relaxing hot bath (since the pool there, although it is not a spa) rather than cold! We cmq stayed very well.

Great Hotel Definitely advisable for those who must go to Perugia. Close to the center and the means of transport. Excellent service (restaurant, cleanliness, staff availability and especially the indoor and heated pool) at an affordable cost. Only our discomfort was the thermostat in the room: it was not possible to adjust the desired temperature. But maybe we didn't understand how to taste the thermostat.

The location of the hotel's practical because it's really close to the city center providing the costumers to go by foot and sightseeing the whole city.

A good hotel with under a large covered parking lot and very close to the escalators. It is in a strategic point and in a moment it is at the center. Nice and well kept rooms. We ate at the restaurant inside and we were very good. Typical Umbrian cuisine. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty everyone settles.

The service was very friendly with us, the rooms were very clean and big the food very rich and the location of the hotel is excellent.

The Sangallo Palace Hotel in Perugia was a delight to stay for (2) two nights. It's location for Andrew and my-self from Australia, we had been been touring Europe for some (6) six weeks suited our needs and requirements to our high standards of satisfaction. Staff of a high quality standard with English to acceptable level and extremely co-operative and joyous in their communication. Location of this Hotel suited us and ALL that it provided with its broad infrastructure facilities. We would have no hesitation to return and stay. Thank-You.

Top level Hotel. Large and spacious rooms, central location. Nothing to plead for structure and restaurant. Beware when they ask you about the parking because they do not tell you that it costs 11 euros and you find it on invoice.

Impeccable service and cozy rooms. The breakfast is very rich and for all tastes. Maybe the only downside to the shower barrier is a little too small, and as a result it is easy to wet the floor. Very nice indoor pool, not very big but ideal for a moment of relaxation and fun.

The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and professional, the food and very good and well present, Perugia and very beautiful it is a good place to spend a small holiday, the only downside is the decoration I think there is too much blue in the room And too much yellow in the little restorant of the hotel but its it is my taste so a single star in less. To conclude I was delighted to have been at the Sangallo Palace Hotel I advise you. :)

In the center of the city, the location is preserved classical flavor, but also slightly outdated, the room bathroom is not too bright, the bathtub is very slippery danger.

Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly statt. Well located to city center and historical sites.

Whilst the rooms were a little dated, they were well maintained by a fantastic maid service. The food was satisfactory, but left a little to be desired. However, this was easily rectified through the location and ease of access to the town center. The gym itself seemed to be more ticking a box than a quality facility for visiting athletes and the pool was very enjoyable.

No curtain only a foot of glass covering and the rest completely open No AC was the worst though.

I had lunch there once and loved both service and food. The atmosphere​ is 60es like and the room is bright and full of windows with a great view on Perugia. The service was fast and accurate.

Classy Hotel, located in great location, the rooms are really big and nice. I stayed at Christmas time with my family on our arrival, although I had booked a standard double room, surprisingly I was offered the same price as a higher level room, I was really excited about the great Welcome. If I had to recommend a hotel in Perugia, I would definitely recommend the Sangallo Palace.
I would recommend it for the beauty and cleanliness of the rooms, the courtesy and kindness of all the staff and for the goodness of the courses in the restaurant.

Perfectly placed for exploring Perugia. Friendly helpful staff always happy to help. Really speedy lift to all floors. Spacious double room excellent bathroom with shower and bath. Hairdryer, safe, TV, toiletries. Ample breakfast cereal toast croissants cakes cheese ham eggs yogurts fresh juice tea coffee hot chocolate. Just what you need to explore. We had third floor room nice and quiet. Try the pool and gym after a day of walking nice and relaxing. Hotel ideal for airport bus which stops here and is only half an hour from airport. Wonderful people and place.

Good location and easy to get to the main square. The bar was terrible and the bartender, when he could be found had no clue as how to prepare cocktails. The bathroom had a tub that was impossible to get in and no non-slip mat nor safety bars.

If you are coming to Perugia, this is the hotel in the city. The staff is amazing and make you feel like you are at home. 5 out of 5 stars!

Very helpful staff and prepared, if you're not familiar with Perugia they can indicate any structure or monument talking also of history. Just entered the room you notice for their attention to detail. For me it was, although short, an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Exceptional Christmas vacation (from 24-27 departure), with breakfast, welcome, hospitality, friendliness all comforts guaranteed rooms very spacious, carpeted, clean, fragrant linen and daily change. Rich, full breakfast, friendly and helpful. Christmas atmosphere, with decorations, central location and panoramic rooms, bright, those facing the square. The judgment is almost 5.

Near the center of Perugia, a stylish and functional.

We loved our stay in Perugia and our accommodation at Sangallo Palace was excellent, very clean and a very friendly & helpful staff. I left my reading glasses on the reception counter, and as I was travelling Around I had to ask them to send them home to friends in Australia and sure enough they were delivered safe and sound. I would like to thank the staff for their help in returning my glasses, luckily I had a spare pair with me. A very enjoyable stay and a big thankyou to all the staff and would highly recommend this hotel.
