The hotel is motorcycle friendly and is easily reachable from the highway (exit Prepo) … I highly recommend it for a stay on Perugia to organize events … I was very pleased with the beautiful rooms, the restaurant, its meeting halls…

Sono rimasto solo una notte ma l'hotel è pulito, personale cordiale e disponibile, comodo parcheggio. Non particolarmente moderno ma ci tornei volentieri.

Bel posto ma non pienamente soddisfatto del pranzo.

Pool ok. But they charge you for the towels without telling you when they give them to you.
Breakfast great and extensive. To visit Perugia is great I recommend it.

I was 3 nights on the first impact entering the room the carpet leaves to be desired, although there was a good smell of clean but suffering from allergy to dust I suffered from it. Breakfast is until 10am but if you go down at 9am you can't find anything anymore… I asked for a simple croissant since I have allergies and what little I could not eat it was answered by the waitress in the room that had to suffice I have that was on the table … whereas the water was also over … I went to reception they made me a formal apology but with all the money I paid for 3 days breakfast in the room they had to bring it. The pool the only day I went there I beamed dirty so no bath. It's downtown but to get out you have to use the machine absolutely.

Hotel a bit dated. The rooms are spacious clean with air conditioning. The carpet on the floor does not drive me crazy now it is almost no longer found. Breakfast with homemade cakes and for all tastes. The restaurant: Good.

Good quality Hotel with furnishings and carpets years 90, very clean and well cared for. Good location close to the freeway and for this a bit noisy. It is equipped with private parking, if it is full you park on the blue stripes, with pass at the reception. It has a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast varied, fresh, quality and abundant.
We also had dinner, being included in the Smartbox, in a wonderful way, excellent quality and taste.
The center is not close, you reach by bus H11 in 15 minutes with stop and terminus in Piazza Italia.

Adequate Room for the hotel category. Too bad for the quality of the breakfast… Watered-down orange juice, brioches of low quality. The rooms on the entrance side, are poorly soundproofed compared to the street.

Air con was rubbish, Dinner was sent back by multiple customers (under cooked chicken) and same dishes brought back out after being reheated, but not sure which dish belonged to which customer. Breakfast a disgrace but coffee machine was good. Never again.

Excellent because near the highway, nice structure, clean and cozy, also has satellite channels and sky. The restaurant is spacious and the breakfast is great and full of food, the staff are friendly and polite. Unfortunately a bit inconvenient to get to the old town.

Quiet Hotel, secluded from the bustle of the center. Construction for a couple of decades. But well preserved. Well maintained room…

Old fashioned hotel on very busy road. Away from the center with friendly staff. The rooms are a little bit anonymous.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. They offer a variety of services such as dry cleaning, restaurant and room service. What is missing is the kettle in the room with the coffee/tea. Also either you have the car or you have to take the taxi to go downtown.

Far from the center. Rooms are noisy, not well sound-isolated: you can hear all what your neighbours talk about. Disappointing breakfast, low quality ham, awful espresso. No satellite TV, no razor, no slippers… Not a deserved 4* hotel, definitely.

I was in the hotel for one night, a business trip.
The hotel is located in the vicinity of the freeway, convenient for those who have to move by car, and not too far from the city center and public transport that connect the town.
Upon my arrival I was not greeted by anyone, engaged in some paperwork in the office behind the reception. After having the keys (without any information about dinners, breakfasts or other hotel services) I went to the room.
The first negative point was the carpet, evidently dated.
The room is comfortable, well-configured, even if the shower without a splash is a risk for the flooding of the bathroom.
But surprise, in the corner of the room, there was a treadmill. Very bad taste in my opinion (in Perugia is not the first time you find strange contours in the rooms, will go out of fashion).
The bed was not granchč, springy and old, but all in all the sleep was not bad.
If you have noisy neighbors, do not rely heavily on soundproofing, because it does not seem isolated in an incredible way.
Good breakfast, with everything this you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
I'm sorry, but I don't consider everything else to be up to par.

Furnishing and general aesthetics style years 80, spacious rooms, sufficient bathroom for one person, however kept optimally. Availability of the staff in the standard. Breakfast enough. Distance from the centre 15 min by public transport, 10 minutes railway station. Average high price in relation to the general context.

4 stars in a bit dated. The rooms are clean. To visit the center is necessary the car as it is not near the real stairs that lead to the center. Basic gym, with single tool weights out of use.

Nice and comfortable hotel. With good arrangement for breakfast. Rooms has nice washrooms with a bath tub. Mini bar is also in the room. Special charging socket is there which is always on even when you are out of the room. This helps you to charge your device even if you not in the room. Staff behaviour is also very helpful. Hotel maintains proper hygiene.

It is not very modern but the cleanliness is good. Good breakfast Unfortunately in my room the outlets were missing near the bedside tables.

Great facility. Large room. Maybe a little small the bathroom. The breakfast has a wide choice to meet all the needs.

Hotel was ok. Very quiet. Nice pool. A little out of the town and it cost 14 euro taxi into the centre. Which was beautiful and a must for any visit to perugia.

Facilities are a bit dated but functional, we had an issue with air conditioning turning off but it was fixed promptly by receptionist. The restaurant is very good.

Hotel with great location right at the exit for PREPO of Perugia. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent cuisine.

After a few years we returned to Perugia to celebrate the birthday of my daughter and confirmed to us their kindness and availability even prepare a cake and do it to find a surprise in the room after our return from the restaurant with extreme sorpreaa of the little girl … Thanks again for making it indelibly his ninth birthday.

I've been here about two months, I x my work live practically in the hotel; I find the Plaza accogliemte, clean and the staff friendly, helpful and personable.

I dream of. I stayed 3 days in a single room with tropical temperatures, Odore di chiuso and bed too soft.
with rare exceptions, staff quite rude and not very present.
Ah. Take some time if you want a coffee at the reception bar in non-canonical hours. Things to expect.
Good location and lunch and dinner instead. No judgments on the Spa because I've attended.

The structure is perfectible in some small details: for example the lighting in the bathroom, room in General, it's not much; during the day, against the light is provided by large Windows. The mattresses are soft (if you're not accustomed to can be a problem). The staff is excellent, always helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is excellent. The kitchen of his restaurant is also excellent and the lobby is well managed by an experienced and friendly maitre (trust and he assured). Only downsides is the gym. For the rest, I highly recommend it.
