A cozy place with ample parking near the mini metro station and other public services. It has an air-conditioned sounded room useful for recordings but also as a conference room (30 people at most) and yoga classes. The reception does not look good.

First of all friendly staff, even on arrival late at night were cordialissimi. The best detail is the cleanliness of the structure and the room. Breakfast good and plentiful, I recommend it.

It is really a very chic place to spend a very good weekend but also is a bit too blurring but by that everything is nickel.

Good structure with large rooms located about 3 km from the centre of Perugia with ample parking. Good value for money not bad breakfast services around both transportation and eating.

Structure a few hundred meters from the palaevangelisti. Friendly and helpful staff, we were greeted without a reservation (snowed and was not the case to move with the car). Good breakfast, not very cheap prices.

Rooms clean and warm, very comfortable. The property was very close to the Palaevangelisti place where I had to go. Breakfast is a little poor but overall great choice.

Great idea is great value for money for a nice weekend.

Excellent location for Perugia! From here you visit all well either by car or public transport because very good link! Service done with intelligence and education! Excellent cleanliness!

Cheap but sketchy… When I first arrived at this hostel, I was pleasantly surprised by the looks of it on the outside. Never judge a book by its cover though. The grounds appear more like a small villa, but the inside is not like that at all. While a private room for the night (including en suite bathroom) is very reasonable in price (I believe it was 25 euro), the towels and soap were an additional 2.50 euro which I've never heard of. The biggest problem I had with this place were the other clientel. Lest anyone call me a racist, I will avoid going into too much detail. However, I think it's important to note that Perugia is considered one of the most dangerous cities in all of Italy (according to locals and other Italians), and the country has had a lot of problems with refugees from other neighboring countries, especially of late. Having said all of this, I was very comfortable being the only woman… and the only white woman there. I suppose there is nothing that hostel can do about that, as it's not their fault who frequents the establishment. However, I am allowed to feel uncomfortable in my surroundings, and in this case I was very uncomfortable with it. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay there because my company was putting me up for the night. The receptionist upon check-in was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed, etc.

A very basic cheap place to stay — rooms are simple and murdered, Breakfast — coffee and bun in a cafe across the road. Of the benefits — heat, Parking, metro station 4-7 minutes on foot.

It is not the first time that we have been this is the third time and I have to say for price, quality and courtesy cleaning for me and my partner are the top rated 10 on everything.

The building is very nice, the rooms are virtually new and well furnished. Fantastic room/gym in the centre of the garden with activities for all, including external. Staff super!

I MADE it… I escaped from despair.

The best hostel in Italy. It is well situated, a few meters of public transport that leaves you in the center of the city. The breakfast is good and the staff very pleasant. The rooms are ok for what they cost, clean and spacious. It's so much better than I expected!

Location convenient to downtown via the Minimetro. Rooms a little heated and with few electrical outlets. Breakfast a bit poor. Lacking good reception Wi-Fi in the rooms. On the other hand, is very cheap.

I stayed in a double room of the hostel and not in barracks.
The room was large though not particularly taken care of.
Clean.
The connection with the price, I can only give 4 stars.

I was both in groups and with his partner. The rooms are clean and comfortable, friendly helpful staff.
I recommend it when traveling as a couple: they have rooms for private use.

Bad dirty rooms and found a dead cockroach in drawer.

2 and a half years have passed when I was there. And I wouldn't mind going back. Friendly people, nice rooms, good price and breakfast. Thank you brought me luck.
