Great breakfast and great staff to say the least.

My daughter stayed in l'day before yesterday, on the occasion of the school trip. Breakfast croissants are packaged and cappuccino to the coffee! The breakfasts are "true" were reserved only to the guests of the'hotel. A shame for a 4 stars hotel paid by guys. I believe that the processing sector goes definitely revised!

The hotel is really beautiful, cozy, and well kept. Staff young, friendly and helpful. Restaurant quality at fair prices. We found ourselves very well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic weekend that I spent with my daughter, the staff exceptional and very professional, all very nice and polite and even nice! The room was comfortable and clean, my compliments to the chef of the restaurant, all very good! I highly recommend it!

I didn't feel good I booked a quadruple superior which according to the receptionist was refurbished and modern… We go in and find carpet not really new. New but already ruined wardrobes and faulty inner drawer. Lights working only 2 out of 4 spotlights and no other working light… In the bathroom towels for 2… but there are four of us! The bed for the girls is a sofa bed that had 1 pillow only… In the bathroom the toilet was all internally stained with rust and the knob of the tub to switch to broken shower remains a screw to pull from which boiling water comes out! Called reception some remedied light bulb arrived but I was told there were no available and towels. Minibar empty not even a bottle of water. The next day after umpteenth complaint change 2 unit and clean toilet. Breakfast not excellent there is variety but I did not like the quality. Pleasant top-floor pool. For the price I paid we are not there.

Great value. Optimal location, friendly staff, varied and hearty continental breakfast, small but clean and always usable pool, large family room with a bathroom maybe a little too small. Only downside: air conditioner too noisy.
Excellent restaurant with always varied menu of the day, with really special and exquisite courses, at an unexpectedly low price compared to the proposed quality (a first, a second and a dessert with 22 euros).
The hotel Perusia and the restaurant Canto Sesto are a must.

An experience below average. Let's start with breakfast: hot water coffee, low quality fruit, poorly crafted croissants, you save some cake… attention in the staff room 4.5 practically distracted and completely with his gaze lost in the void. There are no cups, glasses, spoons, and no one replaces them. A waste container is missing in the middle of the table.
Superior room described as a palace but to us it seemed a normal room indeed some details are to be improved such as the paper of the wallpaper limited space and then in the bathroom however spacious a shelf door objects. Sky headwells of 3 colors…
Friendly at reception 4.5 if it weren't for the tall blond guy they deserve 1.
A 4-star hotel does not have a bar in the property and on top of that at 10pm. 00 the out-of-structure one closes. You have to settle for automatic dispencers.

Almost driven out of my room at noon stay agreed last month 13-22 July verbal agreement at my last visit my single room would be 49euro as last month on my first day someone called me maybe this director everyone talks of on reception who I have never met either here at Perussia or Hotel Ilgo last month. I wonder as a single traveller as my partner can't travel if I stayed for a year would you charge me 36, 500 Euros? I see on the internet room charge for me should be 49euros not 90euros please tell your staff not to focus their frustrations on single traveller and make families more welcome I said the same to manager's at Hotel Ilgo.

An adequate hotel. Good good Eva rooms. Clean. Soundproofing is good. The central air conditioning works well. There's a pool. Breakfast is sufficient. Unfortunately there is no porridge, and the variety of choice is small.

Great room, good staff, great rate Bad news or good news first? Let's start with the bad, just to get it out of the way: There were a couple of things that were misleading on their website, which were the shuttle bus and the hotel's distance from the city center. On the website they really promote the shuttle bus, and that it's available to the guests free of charge from the train station to the hotel. It's true — but as I came to learn, only from 10:30 — 11:30 AM. So unless you have a need to get there at that time, you are completely out of luck. The second thing I discovered, soon after arriving in Perugia, is that the hotel is quite a bit farther than 10 minutes on foot from the city center. While the train station is not in the center, it still took about 15 minutes with the bus. The bus, is 2 euro per ticket on the bus, and 1.50 euro at the shop. On foot, the walk is 21 minutes from the center, and that's at a good pace. Now for all the good news: The hotel is very nice. The room was very comfortable, and if it were just slightly bigger, it would be an ideal apartment, in my opinion. The bathroom floors are heated — or it could have just been my cold feet's imagination — the flat panel TV is divine, although there are no English or German channels for the foreigner visiting from abroad; the bed was deliciously comfortable and the room can be set to your preferred temperature.

The hotel is cozy, our room was spacious and the furnishings nice. The large closet and the large bathroom. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town. The restaurant was lovely and dishes varied. The staff are very friendly. I did not give the 5 stars just because doing only overnight the price of breakfast is inadequate, a bit excessive in my opinion, it is better to go to the bar nearby.

We came here on a school trip, at the beginning they were wrong to assign us the rooms, I thought it was just a mistake, then I found that they had also wrong other rooms (assigned by 3 instead of those from 4). In my room was the wardrobe door detached, we reassembled it, same thing in another room. Poor organization.

Scrausissima shower, style of restaurant furnishing too years ' 80, poor hygiene, WI fi open from 0.70MB (for a 4 star hotel is not the best). The chairs in the restaurant are torn apart in some spots leaving the foam uncovered.

Great 4 star hotel recently renovated partially. The staff were very helpful Good Food and Breakfast Air conditioning, car parking. Good value for money. Two steps (1.2 km) from the centre of Perugia.

The hotel is in a great location. In about 20 minutes you reach the center on foot. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Very good breakfast On the rooms must be made a clarification. The hotel has two parts: a new and an old one. While the new one is modern, the part to renovate is far below what you would expect from a four star hotel. It is true that these rooms are sold as "economy" but it is also true that the lack of TV and minibar, as well as other hydraulic disservices, can affect the living room. However I would recommend this facility preferring the new rooms.

Room years 80 with old furnishings and at times breakdowns. Dirty and stained carpet. View on a tree. Shower faulty, TV broken. So total disappointment. The staff were very helpful.

Very disappointed with the room… Absolutely not 4 stars, cleanliness Aprosimmativa, bathroom with shower lacks and very small,! Dirty carpet in the rooms with years décor. 60/70… We expected much more without claiming the luxury having booked with an offer. Polite and very kind the guy at the front desk.

Hotel Perusia, I don’t have anything good to say, the only thing a did like was the receptionist a cute girl in a blue blouse. Poor internet No air conditioner Old rooms (totally different from the photos)

Average hotel, affordable rooms a bit small, reasonable breakfast, dinner is also reasonable. The problem is far from the center it was his main problem. The service of the staff was excellent and very accommodating.

This is a great stop when you are doing 5 star high price hotels in Venice, Rome etc. And want mid way stop and breathe of fresh air to help your trip budget. Stop here. Eat amazing food across the street with a great bottle of wine for 50eu. It's clean, there is parking, people are nice, rooms clean and large, TV, Wi-Fi, rooftop lounge (BYOB but so what amazing view). You can't go wrong for price.

Located on a hill. Rooms are large and clean. Friendly reception staff (English speaking). Free underground/outdoor parking. 15 minute walk to City centre. Breakfast is average. The coffee dispensing machine is poor — remember you are able to request for espresso/cappuccino (free) from the waiting staff.

The room was luxurious extra staff is professional. The place where the hotel is located is perfect because it's downtown … the pool was great … maybe it was a bit hidden … But all in all brilliant.

Hotel a 10 minute drive from the Centre of Perugia, cute and cozy. Ample parking but not so comfortable. Rooms clean and Nice, with everything you need, I only had problems with the temperature that I could not lessen, but not serious problem has not been resolved. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, wide variety of food. The pillows in the room were too flat for my liking. Also, while the bathroom was overall great, the water leaked from in between the glass and tub. Great shower head though.

Bad, dust everywhere, television antenna without signal is finally broken air conditioning.

We stayed at this Hotel by booking on Logitravel € 42 included the garage (not easily accessible for big cars) and kindly upgrade to a superior room, certainly very interesting. The Hotel is located a kilometre from the historic centre of Perugia. It is a modern structure, while the old building depicted in some photos is the excellent restaurant "Canto Sesto", located next to the Hotel (the menu present in the rooms is not always up to date). Economy rooms look onto the back, on trees, have not been remodeled but certainly are quiet and are offered normally for a very attractive price, while the superior, for a few euros more, have views of the surrounding countryside and are refurbished although are not very big. Always for a few dollars more you can have breakfast. Like other reviewers, we found the rooms very much, we had to leave your Windows open all day to be able to sleep at night. It is an anomaly that should fix it. Good service.

I spent the days of August in this hotel with my family. The staff is incompetent, especially a young lady very sour. We had sent a bank in June, as agreed, having booked 2 rooms by phone. We arrive on poso and the Bank had arrived but the 2 rooms were booked, we had to wait and after a while we were allocated 2 rooms more. Fortunately in the renovated wing of the hotel so new. But my family and I weren't on the same floor as requested in the reservation and despite all my room had a wall on the window so it wouldn't fit light. Terminated the stay, there were also problems regarding the balance. Always with the concierge staff.
Excellent, instead, the dining room service and breakfast.

FORGET ABOUT IT! Damaged and dirty rooms, bathrooms without Windows, we went as students and it has been a disaster. Go elsewhere.

Rather negative. In 4, the sofa bed (! ) for children was unthinkable. Broke through in the Center with small sheets that in the night they wound along the mattress. Bathroom off but without a foothold for towel or glasses. Bad pillows.

From the description I thought best, opening the window of the room there was a thick forest (not a valley with a view of the Tiber, there was a little Sun) and colder (+19°) at the end of August, when there were +32°, lights not working or lacked the lamps, the safe locked, the shower leaked, a poor and small shower gel x 2 people. X not to mention of the exterior. 2 stars maybe are too many. I was in the new standard double room 326.

On 4 applique 3 do not work, bath slippers, minibar, electric distribution with crumbling flying unusable with broken lock, safe. Is this a 4 stars.

Hotel makes a very bad impression. The single room is very very small. Room window goes into a slot, you can not see the sky. In the Chamber, all air conditioning units, are therefore very noisy combines map window. TV doesn't work either, no antenna available. Therefore you can hear everything from the neighbouring room connecting door to an adjoining room. Relatively unfriendly reception and no interest something to improve. So I imagine hotel not 4 star. It would never and anyone recommend.
