Great location—we are on the pedestrian street and walking distance to all restaurants and city sites. The hotel is very clean, with helpful front desk staff, wonderful breakfast and comfortably remodeled rooms.

Needless to say, because of its geographic location adjacent to piazza IV novembre, offers the privilege to forget the car and visit all the main monuments on foot. In addition to the context is to emphasize the refined style and minimal, the courtesy of staff are always available and understanding. My room was very large and quiet, unexceptionable. I especially liked, of the rich and varied breakfast in the morning, the offer, the jams at km0 (the one fishing my favorite), the jars with the different types of dried fruit to the yogurt-organic, the machine to make the waffles at the time on which to add the honeys and syrups, savory breakfast lovers, desserts and vegetarian options. We have not been able to miss anything, good for you.

Well equipped and extreamly friendly staff! The breakfast has everything you could want and more and the bed/sheets were comfortable and super soft. The hotel is in a fantastic location and very clean, highly recommend Locanda!

Terrific boutique hotel in a superb location. Indeed our room had a balcony with views over the Corso Pietro Vannucci as far as Piazza Italia and the hills beyond. The hotel has recently been renovated and whilst modern still retains many of the original features of the old building. Extremely friendly staff who couldn't have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Excellent breakfast with nice touches such as juice machine to squeeze fresh oranges. Overall a lovely stay.

My room was gorgeous. The breakfast was nice and the location perfect.

Neat and very clean. But someone should really give the receptionist some tips on where to send guests for dinner. That’s the very core information a receptionist should have. Otherwise it’s a great stay.

Hotel in the main street of Perugia in a historic building but with rooms and environments completely renovated in a modern style very nice and functional.

This is a great little hotel with a perfectly located position. The rooms are sharp, clean and white design with all the basics, great breakfast and wonderful staff who (unlike the local tourist info office) are helpful and cheerful with a 'can do' positive approach — thanks Samantha and Laura who went the extra distance and managed our restaurant bookings making our visit great!

Wonderful Hotel in a palazzo d'era but renovated and cared for in the'decor. The staff very competent and friendly, attentive to every need and very helpful. Very good breakfast in a room with a frescoed ceiling. In Perugia's historic centre, perfect to visit the city! Treatment in a 5 star hotel! If I return to the area will definitely be my destination. Highly recommended!

Hotel Nice facility in the main street and the historic centre. Beautiful building, friendly staff and spacious and comfortable rooms, mine was with 2 beautiful Windows that looked out on Corso Vannucci. The bathroom however I would say that would be decidedly remodeled. Very nice also the small breakfast room with frescoed ceilings. The breakfast is varied and rich. Only downside is the parking, which at the expense of what assured by staff at time of booking, it turned out to not exist (it was a few places generically reserved by the city "to" impossible to find one). I had to rely on a private lot recommended by them for an extra charge of 25 € for 24 hours. Overall an enjoyable stay, would recommend.
