Fantastic place, great value and great people

I miei genitori hanno avuto un bel tempo in questo albergo! Il personale era gentile e utile. La camera era buona e pulito. Ottima posizione! My parents had a lovely stay here, the staff were kind and helpful and the room was nice and clean. Also a great location!

Stefano C.

Great location and good front desk team!

Bob P.

Situated in the atmospheric part of town yet close to all the touristy high points. More Importantly, it is near the escalator system which opens up access to the local "real" sections of town without having to climb the exhausting hills or staircases.

Great hotel in the heart of the historic district. You can park over night in the parking garage below the bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Then take escalators up through the old fort. Mattresses are alittle old and not very comfortable but other than that, great stay.

Hello, stayed in April 2018, good Hotel, kind available, great location in the center, to get there by car is impossible with the navigator who wants to send you to the old Town… only possibility to park at the parking Partisans nearby and use escalators to get to the hotel in the centre, Good Hotel convention and parking in the price!
However the wording on booking "hotel with parking" is quite bogus because they do not exist!

The hotel is ideally located for those who want to visit Perugia, but also the surroundings of Perugia. It is right in the old town just a few steps from Piazza 4 November which is really nice. The economic rooms are nice, not very big but well cared for. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast could perhaps offer something more, both in the dessert and the salty. Remember that the car should be left in the lower town and the parking costs 11 euro per day with the hotel convention. Getting to the hotel then is not difficult, nor tiring since there are escalators.
Absolutely recommended.

It was a very nice Hotel. We have a beautiful room with jacuzzi and a beautiful balcony overlooking the rooftops of the old town. Right In the center, recommended.

In the historic centre of Perugia. Very good value for money. Excellent courtesy of the attendant staff. Beautiful view on the roofs from the terraces equipped with ashtrays

Friendliness, willingness and sympathy the strong point. Location breakfast. In the old town with a terrace on the top floor from which you can enjoy a fantastic view. We'il be back.

It is always a pleasure to stop here when I am in Perugia. It is a very comfortable hotel with a warm and intimate atmosphere, located in the old town in a delightful alley. The staff Waitress on the delightful floors. But avoid getting there by car as I did to avoid bringing the parcels from the parking lot, so as not to get trapped with the car a very narrow alley

The hotel is in a great location, a few steps from the medieval fountain, the Rocca Paolina and the fantastic Capitular Museum.
The structure is very cured, inside there are ceilings sometimes with bricks and frescoes, on the upper floors you can enjoy a reading room furnished with sofas in style and decorated ceiling, very cozy is the fireplace, which gives the room a Very domestic appearance. Going up on the top floor you can go out on the panoramic terrace that allows a quite suggestive view.
Only thing not quite up to the structure is the breakfast, should be more assorted according to my opinion.

Cosy Hotel located in a strategic position… a few meters from the central Piazza IV Novembre and the Palazzo dei Priori. Agreement with the parking lot of Piazza dei Partigiani (11, €0 instead of 17, 00 daily). The staff was very helpful Recommended.

Nice hotel in the center of Perugia. Well-kept historic building. This time the room assigned to me (a double use single) was smaller than that of my last visit. The breakfast is better. Recommended.

Historic stop in the heart of Perugia. Decent clean. Polite and helpful staff

Location was excellent once you found it but that's half the fun. Our room was ready early and was quite comfortable if small. Shower could have used something to hold soap or shampoo but otherwise worked fine. I would stay there again. Breakfast was wonderful

Gorgeous little gem of a hotel! I'd say the upper side of 3 star, if not 4. Charming library with terrace with fresco ceiling. Roof top terrace (no bar, just tables and chairs) with great view. Great location near all historical sites. Very central. Good strong shower, stayed in 201, twin room. Soap, shower gel provided. Little hot hair dryer. Double glazing. French style shutters on windows. Breakfast is DIY buffet. Bread, oats, pastries, meats, cheeses, juices. They don't seem to make bread here with any salt in it, throughout Perugia. Still nice though. You can order whatever coffee if you don't like filter.

Nice hotel, very central location

The hotel is basically on main street, and for a building that is over 600 years old, the amenities were suprisingly modern. The Wi-Fi in the economy-class room was spotty at times, but according to the front desk this is unusual, and they had been having Wi-Fi issues that day due to outside forces. The dining area was decorated with a ceiling painted in the 17th century, and so was the sitting area on the third floor. I was surprised how amazing the view was; it is one of the tallest buildings in the city, so from the top floor you're able to look out over miles of city, hills, farms, villages, and mountains. My remote for the AC was broken, but it was a seasonably cool night so it did not bother me. My biggest complaint was that the beds drifted apart over the night. My better half woke up in the space where the two beds separated, suspended in a hammock of sheets. As this was an economy-class room, however, this is expected in Europe. I just wish that the casters on the bed weren't quite so slippery. I am planning to stay here again if I can ever visit Perugia, and next time I think it will be well worth it to pay for the executive room!

Giovanna F.

It is a very fine hotel and at the same time not pretentious. The staff is polite. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location for those who want to visit the city.

James C.

Charming and well located. Beds rather hard and terrible Wi-Fi, however

Personale cortese, tutto Ok

Renato E.

Ottima posizionata. Personale disponibile.

Marco M.

Beautiful hotel and very professional staff.

Marco L.

Decent hotel, great location in the historic center. Only real problem is the lack of parking that forces you to leave the car somewhere else.

Giovanni G.

I made a short stay to work, excellent accommodation, friendly and helpful operators, garage available, excellent breakfast served in a beautiful room! Gurrieri and Badea.

Gerhard F.

Central location in Perugia, friendly reception, good value for money for the location and the price level of the central Italian art cities. Beautiful town house. We had no room with view (was so busy), but the small common lounge with terrace has compensated for this.
Tip: the access is well intentioned, but there are 2 parking places on the invite for guests in the old town (up to 1 hour stop) and also on the nearby Piazza Italia. The short walk to the hotel will cost less sweat than to — and (especially the) departure by car through the narrow streets.
