Excellent management. Always friendly.

Very good quality price, far from Perugia without car.

Clean, quiet, in a strategic location.

For health reasons I sogiornato a month at the City Residence friendly staff and clean rooms.

Great for those who have to stay in the city is near the hospital Silvestrini.

Comfortable and spacious Mini-apartments to feel at home!

An excellent residence in equally great location for both who has business in hospital which is at 400 m with ad hoc rates for stays of unknown origin (from 4 days onwards the cost decreases) is for visitors to perugia and surroundings.
You will arrive in 10 minutes in the major parks of perugia including advice on "green route" with minimetro to downtown at 1, 5 €/h against 7 € for parking downtown. All events are held in the area and is close to the E45 to move quickly wherever. Additional servicesof great such as:
— Wi-Fi;
— DVD rentals and free books;
— Microwave Rental free if available;
Also it is extremely clean and comfortable.
We had a great time, my girl, a toddler and the second girl leaving the baby bump during the stay.

Varie attività, discreto parcheggio.

Residence well done, spacious and full of comfort. Only minus the noise of air conditioners.

The place is very nice and cared for. Staff really friendly and helpful. The apartment lacked a couple of useful accessories but overall there was everything you need for your stay.

I was 2 months at city residence not for vacation but because my mom had to deal with this, donot marrow transplant because in addition to dearest ben 1290 euro per apartment 35sqm, decor is very basic and they charge you extra cleaning 15 euros each gold price and if you have to change the sheets 4, 50 euros. Lives in that residence located near the hospital if it were in another place would have a short life, also for staff not flexible to customers ' needs. Been the away is better a hotel at least they give you breakfast and costs less.

I've been to city residence in October and I have to go back to the end of November; I must say that it is truly a modern structure, with small apartments complete and well furnished.
It is also affiliated with a catering service to order food in the room without having to leave.
Very good.

In the coming weeks I will have to go to Perugia for health reasons of my kin. I contacted Cityresidence for a visit. The residence I felt great even for its close proximity to the hospital. The apartments are very beautiful and full of all comforts – including proximity to amenities such as a supermarket and restaurant. I'm sure I can stay close to my mother during a period so hard standing, however, in a comfortable and peaceful and full of the necessary amenities at affordable prices.
