B&B Alla Maison di Alessia Bed and Breakfast

Really memorable stay. With my fiance we were two days in this cute B&B that is located on the side of the Etruscan arch and in the historic center. The reception was immediately familiar. The breakfast you can choose with sliced meats, eggs, cheeses and is well assorted and abundant, Alessia in the morning made us find also the fresh cakes prepared by her (exquisite). The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. The place is quiet and enjoys a strategic position, among other things here has inhabited the famous artist "Pinturicchio" and in some way it breathes "artistic" air. We had parked the car at a hundred yards and ' for free '. The Maison is an experience that everyone should do at least once in their life. The husband is a very good astrologer, we could test it and the preparation is enviable. Thanks Enrico predictions and thanks Alessia for everything.

Excellent structure, very comfortable both to reach the center and the main universities. The breakfast is very good and the room is very clean. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travellers.

We loved clean environment but mainly the welcome of Alessia and Henry just unique, the hearty breakfast of everything available is then the tart is the ciciambellone made with love by Alessia thanks again of all a hug to the next!

The location is enviable, walking distance from the course and near a free parking where we could put the car.
Well taken care of, clean, quiet and spacious was the room.
The breakfast was well assorted and plentiful with a great coffee and cake prepared by the owner and on reservation meats and fresh cheeses.

Positive experience! If I could give more stars I would! We stayed one night my boyfriend and I, we couldn't have made a better choice: great location in the historic center, super huge breakfast with salt housekeeping flawless, youthful and modern, brand new option.
The thing that stays in our memories is the unique kindness of managers, suffice it to say that they personally accompanied to look for the nearest free parking! Thank you Henry and Alessia. If we return to Perugia you would be our benchmark!

We stay "at the Maison" and had beautifully. Very cosy, clean, new and youthful, you immediately notice also the attention given to detail. This bed and breakfast, ancient and modern come together in a marvelous way. Truly original and comfortable room that besides the bathroom had a sitting room furnished. Huge breakfast, and if desired, the option to have the salt and fresh; How can we not emphasize the goodness of homemade cakes by smile … The location is excellent, close to the Etruscan arch and very close to the main course. For us we had arrived by car, free parking and also a short distance; We know the importance of travelling a lot. The landlady is very kind, decent and well organized. Upon arrival she provided the map and gave useful tips on what to see and where to eat. Alessia, congratulations!

5 stars are not enough to assess the availability of Alessia and Henry! The facility is very nice and welcoming, equipped with every comfort. Strategically located in the heart of the historic centre; kindness is King, I hope to return soon from two such nice people!

I chose the Maison for the position which proved to be very convenient even for someone like me who arrive by car (free parking is really close). La Maison was a bonus: owner very kind, very comfortable, wide, groomed to the smallest detail and spotless. There is nothing even in the breakfast and you can choose whether with fresh meats, cheese … or Italian, very good coffee too.
Youth environments. I would certainly recommend this bed and breakfast because it has all the features and amenities you need.

Unfortunately we only stayed two nights at this wonderful bed and breakfast. The double room was large: a Studio, and the rooms are tastefully furnished and special care provided even to the smallest detail. Rooms and bathrooms (private), like the other rooms, very clean. The bed and breakfast is a short walk from the main street and the parking is very convenient to reach it, was just over 150 metres. The welcome is warm and friendly and the breakfast is with wide assortment, from sweet to savory, with branded products. Excellent also the cakes prepared by the owner. La maison is a little gem and in an ideal location to enjoy the tranquility and also visit the beauty around. Definitely will be back. Highly recommended.

Bed and breakfast excellent. Strategic location and comfortable even for those like us with the car, free parking is at 150 meters. Very clean, cosy and perfectly managed. Always punctual and relevant tips for visiting Perugia surroundings, whether on where to eat. The hotel is next to the fascinating Etruscan arch and just 200 metres from Corso Vannucci. The room was more a Studio and had its own bathroom. Breakfast is very rich: from many different cereals, cakes made by the owner, the seasonal fruit, excellent hot chocolate and superb coffee. To be marked also the opportunity to enjoy snacks, herbal teas etc, at any hour of the day. Considerable attention to even the most minute details. Money very well spent. From returning. Our congratulations to Alessia for its hospitality and kindness.

Stayed more than a year ago.
The room was on the street type store and lacked the bidet — was included in the Cup, I wonder if you would use, I personally wouldn't put my house, my friends room instead to get to the toilet you had to take a flight of stairs and the base of the shower was pretty much in the bathroom very small, so it went all over. The breakfast lacks pretty much salty, and although there were some good homemade desserts, the rest were mostly packaged snacks. The owners very friendly and helpful, though perhaps too, feels the lack of privacy. For the rest rooms are clean and big, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, short walk to the Centre of Perugia, but I don't think I would stay here.

A comfortable and friendly bed and breakfast in the historic center of Perugia. Upon entering you immediately is enveloped by a sense of calm. The rooms furnished with taste and heat.
The breakfast Hall multi-color is always open and full of snacks, cakes and drinks. The entire hotel is excellent and the owners friendly and helpful.

Located 200 metres from Corso Vannucci, main street of Perugia, the B&B "at the Maison of Smile" is a great place to stay; It is housed in a 13th-century building, in the historic center: the optimal position makes easy travel. The room I stayed in, alas, for one night only, is bright and very spacious; the attention of the two owners can be seen from the attention to detail: just arrived, with pleasure I noticed, on the towels given me (strictly the same shades of the room), two chocolates (a very welcome "cuddle"). I think it goes without saying that cleanliness and order can't be faulted. The big breakfast, offers a wide selection of branded products (the breakfast room lovely and welcoming, always open to guests, offers milk, yogurt, juices, coffee and waffles, sweet and savoury snacks packed food, fresh fruit). But what, in my opinion, makes it really special is the friendliness of the B, B & two owners, two lovely people, always available; upon arrival provide valuable information on how to visit Perugia and its neighbours. If you have any problems, I'm available 24 hours on 24. I highly recommend this B&B "at the Maison of Smile" If you want to spend the day in complete tranquility.
