Lovely hotel, we had dinner and breakfast in the open air, magnificent terraces and a swimming pool awesome. The treatment great. Perfect.

Quiet, convenient for those like me who uses it for work! Staff friendly and likeable! Council.

I have stayed at this property often. I don't think I'm going to keep doing this because of the lack of attention from the front desk. Poor disallowed requests and fake availability left me feeling of total abandonment.

Good value for money, too bad the distance from the sea and the center, comfortable x who has a tesla having in their own parking lot (wide) some supercharger columns.

It is already the second time I stay with them and again I can only be satisfied. At the reservation I asked for a triple and after their offer, at my request for a larger room, I was granted without charge. The reception is made up of helpful and nice people! Top breakfast, really complete. Great pool. Rooms always tidy, clean and weather ok. Cleaning The proper outdoor common areas. The only negative note but it's a no-brainer: tennis. In fact, of the two fields available only one can be used correctly. The other is virtually maintenance-free and with the network broken, supported by a dangerous steel cable. It's an oddity that frankly stunned the whole context. But otherwise congratulations to everyone. I will definitely be back!

Hotel is located next to the Highway exit is and 2km distant from the beach. Rooms are ok, clean, double bed and Single bed. Bathroom was clean too. The pool is nice. The staff was always very attentive. Breakfast offerta a vast choice. If for you its not important to have a hotel directly attached to the beach this is a good low key option. They rent bikes too but the price is too high.

Very friendly staff, all requests are made immediately, very clean, cozy, room with terrace generally chic. Dinner there a couple of times and everything was fine, and on the third something happened to the chef, apparently, and the same dishes were cooked in a different manner and it was not tasty ( (

We just stayed here for 10 days. The room of the 3rd is very good with a very nice terrace. Everywhere is extremely clean the staff are very friendly. On the other hand, the negatives, it is so saying an international hotel and at meal no card in other languages than Italian so, very complicated to choose a dish because the waiters do not speak French or English. In addition, the place to eat in the lobby is really not cozy and we were only asking for one thing to finish as soon as possible to leave this places breakfast at the top.

Good value for money. Great location. Hygiene OK. Breakfast.

Excellent landmark, near highway and points of interest of Forte dei Marmi. Structure a bit demode even if kept well, cleanliness excellent, especially the rooms are catered for, breakfast should be improved, only negative note.

Nice room with balcony. Ladesstation for electric car. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not suitable for the local.

By the sea. Good impact. Nice rooms. Breakfast really poor, both in quantity and variety of products both in quality, sin.

Restaurant small but well cared for. Food good, but too expensive. Very professional and capable staff.

As every year I return to this hotel and I have to say I could not make a better choice. Staff Cortede, breakfast definitely plentiful and you leave with the desire to go back! Too bad we can't go more often…

Easy to get from the highway, clean (belonging the carpet on the stairs but that is difficult to clean), very courteous staff, just breakfast. We stayed in a triple but NN had bed guard for the single, we arranged approaching the beds so much space between the one and the other was reduced. €111 only for sleeping and breakfast a little excessive as offered but will be due to the fact that you were in the carnival. In the context Cmq we give 4 stars.

A little far from the main areas. The daily buffet breakfast is excellent and the pool is an added plus.

Restaurant to forget both for spaces and for good quality breakfast and comfortable rooms. To review Tv and carpet in the hallways. I leave you the photos.

Dated! Really disappointing after the other good reviews — tatty, soul-less rooms with no comfort, more 90's empty feel apartment with memory foam bed. Avoid unless you like dirty off-white with bright orange thrown in, however the staff are good and so were the bathroom freebies, that is it.

Hotel is ok. Mostly clean. Dated. Rooms are fine. Beds are mushy.

The hotel is ok but a little tired and in need of some money being spent to tidy things up. Our room was functional and clean. The public spaces are clean but there is evidence all over the hotel of a lack of repairs and attention to detail. The pool however is very good. Plenty of sun chairs and a good size for swimming.

Very disappointed. Unacceptable dinner.

Hotel of stage. Close to the highway exit, large parking, but for me only one night is enough. Many other establishments on the coast more enjoyable. Our room was not practical and the average bedding. Economic rehabilitation.
Hotel attractive from the outside, but I sejournerai not.

Really excellent, I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and I would not be able to find a flaw! And we're not talking a 5 star hotel. Brand new structure, rooms were clean and the bathroom impeccable, the staff really friendly, sky TV in living room, breakfast, all-inclusive resort. Add to that, the location is really strategic, 5 minutes from the sea and 1 minute from the motorway exit! If I went back to forte dei marmi, I would not have doubts on where to sleep! thank you very much.

Clean refurbished old hotel but lift not available to bring down luggages down to basenent 1 — poor bell boys who need to carry things down.

Great hotel if you have a car or can afford to pay for rather expensive taxis. Lovely rooms and breakfast with nice quiet pool and bar area. The walk into town isn't bad at about 15-20 mins and there are a couple of very nice restaurants much nearer but you do have to navigate a very busy road unfortunately. Taxis do seem expensive here.

Staff very courteous and helpful, but the design leaves a little to be desired. Rooms from 100 to 108 are located on the floor below the road and down the hall you hear a strange smell. Room 106 is not bad, but it is not conceivable to have a single electrical socket in the room and the bathroom no fan! Breakfast outdoors on rainy days was not comfortable due to the humidity and the quality of the food was, in my opinion, just enough.

The pool was not open and no air conditioning in the room while it was very hot in May! The room is pretty. But no pool while the one was filled and it was hot. We are really disappointed with our stay especially as all the beaches of Fortei dei Marmi are private and therefore pay!

The hotel have excellent service except that the lift is too small. I was travelling with a tour group therefore we have just load the lift filled with luggages and climb up the stairs to collect them. There are no shops in the surrounding. You will need to walk at least 2km to reach a hypermart.

The management change has given new life to the hotel. Excellent, friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Recommend you try it.

Is my second stay. And I must say that over the past year I detect a huge improvement in the service and also in the rooms you evidently have been renovated recently. Beautiful our superior with terrace.
To try if in the area. Definitely great value for money.
Coming back this summer.
