Hotel located just a few meters from the city centre and the sea, near the Capannina. Excellent location, very nice but not very modern. Breakfast/Dinner service not satisfactory.

The hotel is what it is, not too bad for a 3 star Italian. The manager is hateful, not at all commercial.

It is certainly the most convenient of the category, both for services and prices that are less than half the competition even if it is not free from flaws like bicycles that have almost always very coarse flaws.

Great hotel friendly and helpful staff, having only breakfast I could not give an opinion on eating but breakfast is definitely very plentiful.

I found the property very dirty, cobwebs everywhere and the breakfast really poor as well as hygiene of the tablecloth cups glasses etc. The proposed fruit was old and rotten. Not to mention the pool with murky water.
Practically the proposed photos are deceptive and having paid 598 euros of 2 nights I was very disappointed, surely I will not go there anymore and sconsiglierò to anyone.

Staying at the Kyrton is a unique experience difficult to describe. Just stay a single day to make it become your own place of the soul.

I just found it very pricy and that you get nothing in return, except for the pool area, which is amazing.   The interior decoration in the rooms is ugly and looks like it's been the same for at least 30 years. Beds are very uncomfortable and there is a neighbouring dog which barks a lot, also at night.   Breakfast consists of different types of bakery, 90% of it are sweets. I managed to find some scrambled eggs which were ok. Even the cappuccino was bad.   Worst of all, staying here gives no access to the beach. You still have to pay a fortune to get a few chairs at the beach (all private beaches).   Please stay somewhere else!

We were there in September 2016 with a 52-headed tour group.
Although I had booked only 1 single room, I was offered a very large, nice and clean double room with bathroom, separate shower and the best — a rooftop terrace.
Very affectionately furnished and also the lobby was with the Italian ambiance a successful place to feel good.
Initial difficulties due to the Italian breakfast were fixed in the short term by providing scrambled and fresh fruit in the next few days.
The dinner menu also deserved this name.
All in all: a good, clean and with a lot of love-equipped hotel, which is in value for money to the upper third.

Staff were very attentive and friendly, excellent cuisine, cakes sublime! clean, cozy! a hotel for people who are not looking for too much luxury, but makes you feel at home! the council.

Top! Top! Top! I can only recommend it. Must keep in mind that Forte dei Marmi thus the most expensive small Town in Tuscany, is and the the unfortunately the Hotel is a little way from the water/sea (definitely more than on the page) and that it is indeed a kind of agreement with a beach-owner has, but it still costs 40 euros for two sun loungers per day, i. E. Four persons must be 80€ to pay. We as stingy Germans have it done differently, with our car about three miles away, outside of Forte Dei Marmi to a free beach gone, where we are more and more German met than in Germany! It was still clean, just a great one not too far to the right in the sea of the 'private' Swim. Drinks we bought in a nearby supermarket. But back to the Hotel. It is family run and was just wonderful! A large, fairly old but well renovated building. Although it can not be anyone from the staff speak English (some of it is German), but that gave the whole a lovely holiday Feeling. We have over eun travel booked and it was allowed for 7 nights not to be expensive, and it was a good decision. Our rooms were at the top (! ) on the roof, with a large terrace, where we spend hours on the sun loungers could do with (just not in the sun fall asleep! I guarantee that you that is fun). The best was the Breakfast, especially for me.

I was x a week on holiday. And I can say I had a great time the excellent leadership as service and friendliness. The staff is always present in the care of its customers, and I can say that I have eaten of the fish made sure to thank the excellent direction x its availability best regards to you all.

I went there for dinner with a coupon purchased on Groupon, which for £ 34 promised things amazing for 2 people worth (they say) of € 126. It is known that they exaggerate, but with 10 starters each, first and second courses with examples of yummy choices one expects at least a decent meal. Instead we found ourselves a gutted Hotel dinner, where 10 starters were mussels, clams and shrimp recombined in different ways, not with a flavorless sauce pasta better spelled out "fish" and the classic grilled salmon slice found in retired cheap. In fairness I should add that at least the cake was good and the service was extremely courteous and efficient.
Anyway that's not all because, it will have been a coincidence, but already in the night I had indigestion and I was sick all the next day. My wife got saved because I don't eat mussels, which evidently were not fresh, but still some discomfort he experienced.
So: NO if you are expecting a decent menu of fish at bargain price, if you want to help the managers to dispose of unsold Hotel meals.
