➜ My experience with the manager of this property was negative. I contacted him by phone at the suggestion of the tourist information point of Lucca. Always by phone offers availability of a room for the third Saturday of August. We arrive in Lucca and call back to warn of our arrival. He replies that we had requested the room. For the previous day. Unfortunately no written trace of the reservation made entirely by telephone, to testify to the reality of the facts. However, instead of informing us that if we wanted another room the price would be different, he makes us reach the property to tell us only when we were physically at the reception. We regretted being in a situation of lack of transparency and notice. I ALWAYS recommend written booking.
