We had the pleasure of staying there for 5 nights earlier this month.
We came from a long journey and quite frustrated from previous hiccups in our trip. As soon as we stepped in, Claudia welcomed us with a very warm and hospitable smile, made us feel like home and as if she was welcoming back old friends. Truly 5*.
Room was elegant and spacious, very well cleaned, Housekeeping also really good.
Dimora Palanca is a treasure! This is one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed in on our world travels. It felt a tad risky seeing as at the time I booked there were hardly any reviews, but wow did it pay off going with my gut. First of all, it's an absolutely gorgeous hotel, but it feels more like you're staying in someone's luxurious home. The rooms are stunning yet so comfortable. But just as equally important and the reason our stay was so perfect was the staff.
Absolutely fantastic property about 15 min walk from center of town. Tastefully furnished, very high tech bathroom with sauna. We stayed in largest suite with our daughter. Beautiful interior garden, which our room faced. The rooms facing the main road might be a bit noisy although soundproofing was excellent. Very private feeling. Didnt see a lot of the other guests in the numerous common sitting rooms. They will be adding a fitness room in basement which is the only thing missing.
