Wonderful place surrounded by greenery, olive trees, mules and peacocks… Easy to reach and not far from the country. The apartments are very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff, a well-organized buffet to make breakfast made from fruit extracts, Mediterranean and European breakfast… Suitable place for those who want to relax and spend even just a weekend in peace. I highly recommend it.

The setting & surroundings are wonderful. We had been in Florence before this stay all hustle & bustle so was very relaxing here for just 2 days but very worthwhile, re-charged our batteries! Great for couples to relax but great for families with small children lots for them to do. Our apartment was lovely 2nd floor looking out to sea & across beautiful countryside. San Vincenzo not far by car to have a lovely meal or just explore.

Quiet place with a lot of different places to relax and two swimming pools! Easy Parking access, and spacious apartments! Staff very friendly, breakfast at the top! Superb place with our four-legged friends!

The property is nice, clean and quiet, in a 5-minute drive you reach the sea, hearty breakfast even for those who are vegan like us.
We're leaving but we'll definitely see each other again.

Ideal place for families. Located in a very quiet area, a 5-minute drive from the town of St. Vincent, the farmhouse offers a quiet and relaxing location. It has 2 swimming pools (one for children) and a relaxing outdoor jacuzzi.
The reception of the staff is great.
Breakfast is served on the veranda or in the garden.
Parking spaces sheltered from the sun.
Highly recommended place.

Farmhouse in San Vincenzo, a few minutes by car from the sea, I chose it because having a dog seemed more suitable as a solution to stay, in fact it is surrounded by countryside, olive fields and fences with animals; It is in formula residence, in fact they are all studios or apartments then with kitchen and everything you need to be autonomous, if instead you want you can add breakfast, with cakes and jams made by them, possibility of getting centrifuged and much more; I had booked a studio on the ground floor xchè with the dog direct access to the garden of course was comfortable, when I arrived they told me Xò to have made me a gift and set us up in a larger apartment with terrace. Private, but on the 1st floor. It's Well, nice apartment with 2 rooms and parquet everywhere, but the "gift" depends on the points of view, CMQ for 3 days went well the same.
It is a few miles and a few min drive from dog Beach and so overall for us it was a great solution. I was There The first days of June and it was full of foreigners.

Typical Tuscan cuisine — very good flavors — right cooking and ravioli with very fine but solid pasta. Congratulations.

Spacious, clean and well-heated apartment. Farmhouse with sale of its products. Nice and friendly staff Although we did not have breakfast, buffet rich and tastes very good. Recommended.

We stayed at Podere l'Agave for 3 nights with our son. It was pretty much the highlight of our stay in Italy. The staff with their friendly welcome, the pools, the playground for children, the immediate surroundings… all this invites you to spend as much time as you can in Podere l'Agave. It would almost make you forget that closeby there are a lot of culinary/trekking/cultural options, without forgetting the beaches for example close to the pine forest. Also the area of San vincenzo is not too touristy, which was important to us. So, in conclusion, very laidback, friendly, extremely comfortable without any fuzz… highly recommended!

It's a paradies with so many lovely people. The entire area is pretty clean and very well maintained. A place where you easily recover and relax — a Paradies!

First apartement was a room at the back, but with a bit of talking we got a room on the 2nd level with seaview.

In March it is still early for the pool but everything is nice and clean. Accommodation with every comfort and sea view. Friendliness and kindness.

We had an amazing time. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself were just wonderful. The view and the set up is breathtaking. Very Family oriented, our kids (7, 4) had a blast. We will be back!
