I visited the club a few months ago returning after a first positive experience that happened previously.
I had booked explicitly asking if they made gluten-free pizzas and I was told to Yes, pity that at the table I got a precooked base, also badly cooked. The empty room on Saturday night was supposed to be a warning.
Then I happened to go back because invited to an event and also the lunch turned out not to the height since the gluten-free menu was yes like the normal one but the courses with bread (different that day) instead of being replaced with the special Breading for Celiacs, were not served for nothing, not to mention the first: Salatissimo, then inedible I sent it back and I was brought a different format of pasta and also Scotta, in the end I ate it the same as the other diners had Finished for a long time and I was too hungry to wait for the preparation for the third time, perhaps taste the dish before serving it would avoid running into such trivial mistakes, it is always a 4 stars in the end.
In conclusion, there is definitely to be improved in various respects but as regards the gluten-free, it is not enough to have the license and then serve only pasta and bread readily available in pharmacies, without straining to make even some more "elaborate" dish.
Given the strong competition in the area, I would give myself;)
Ps. The photo dates back to the summer before where the pizza was made by hand and was very good, so I was disappointed by the involution of the service.
