Cagliari, Nice city that combines center and beach. Bravo to Alice and Cesare for their availability and their kindness. It feels like home.
The location of the B&B is excellent, not far from the marina, the buses and the centre. Our room was equipped for an independent breakfast and coffee/tea/cappuccino/fruit and sweets.

The new bathroom and the two sinks are very comfortable.
The possibility of having everything available for breakfast in the room in the hallway is a priceless plus.
Note a little negative not being able to use the terrace cause constant presence of pigeons and lack of clothes hanger/towels.
Excellent location, 150 Mt from the Old Town and the Risto/pub area of the city.
Overall we would highly recommend it.

I was so impressed with all the reviews on trip advisor that shortly after contacting the B &B I knew it was the right choice. Alice responded right away and was so very helpful. When we arrived at the B &B Alice was so welcoming and helpful with all our travel plans. The hotel is central to everything making walking around the city easy. The only negative was that we cld not stay longer.
We cannot say enough about this wonderful and delightful hotel. Perfect. Thank u to Alice and Ceaser for being so helpful and for speaking English!

Five-star L. The courtesy, ability and willingness of Alice, the owner of the B&B, make you feel comfortable. Home! But much more, because the care and attention that you are reserved, with every possible care, and in other places are missing. Desires and needs do not have the time to give them expression because Alice makes prevents. Perfectly working Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. Very well kept environments and services. You seem to be in a sort of SPA! The property is a first floor, but if you have the light sleep, no problem! You must close the double-glazed windows and you will not hear any buzz from the road. The breakfast is rich and is served with every care. I only spent four nights in this B&B, at the start you don't want to go to the greetings. The level of technology of the equipment, the pleasantness of the decor, the goodness of the buffet first thing in the morning are nothing in comparison to the kindness and availability of the Woman Alice. Thanks to these considerations, all you have left impressed, and then when you will be away, you will want to return. I've already said that Alice should give courses to the managers of the other hotels in Europe. The organization is a necessary but not sufficient. Gentleness of spirit is perhaps only in the DNA. Maybe it's a cultural phenomenon that
not everyone can make their own. I had the impressions are so favourable only in a riokan of Takajama, but that is authentic japanese culture.
