This place I loved it because the rooms you rent were even for a week or for two days are mini apartments complete with all kitchen and fridge including this residence is very close to the beach of the Marina of Orosei Prices are Reasonable, the houses are spacious, if you want to eat You can go out on foot and within 100m and you will find all pizzerias and restaurants where you can choose any kind of food, I recommend the local cuisine because the meat is the fish are of excellent quality.

Perfect residence both from the point of view of the location, in the center of Orosei, and from the point of view kindness, cleanliness and décor including washing machine, stretcher and kitchen. Perfect.

Very nice residence. Great cleaning, very large rooms (in ours you could sleep in 5) and super courteous staff.

Large rooms, very clean. Uncomfortable, small beds. Walls little sound proof, toilet flushes in adjacent rooms generate lot's of noise. Noise from adjacent main street. No Wi-Fi in rooms only in lobby.

Residence located in a great location 20 min walk from the sea, opposite C is a supermarket and in the same street you can find several pubs and bars.
Very Close to the entrance C is the very large car park Offers various services (Swimming pool Restaurant/pizzeria).

The interior is basic but very well maintained.
The value for money is great.

This hotel is well placed. It is a hundred yards from the bottom of the city center of Orosei. There's a supermarket right in front of it.
It has a private parking.
It enjoys a partnership with another hotel in the city about an 8 minute walk to go and enjoy the pool.
The location is great to visit the entire northeast coast of the island.
The hotel is a little ageing. The air conditioning system in particular was of a different age.

The hotel it is located near to the city center, 5 min walking. Restaurants and bars are near by. Free parking it is available across the street. A big minus for the hotel staff which was terrible, the hair dryer did not work and they were NOT capable to change or fix it in 10 days. Every day I ve asked and the same answer: 'we are trying to fix it'. Another thing, if you need something don't ask, they will not move a finger, I ve asked for toilet paper and the answer 'buy by yourself'. They are not making the room, you need to clean it, to throw the trash, etc. Because they are not cleaned very well, in the kitchen were ants. P. S. The terrasse it is very big but it is shared with another room, it will be nice to use a fence or smth for privacy.

For several years now I have come, and I always find cleaning and excellent services at a fair price.

The nature surrounding the hotel, the sea just a few steps… all wonderful… the one flaw is that the rooms are a bit old and adrebbero a little ammodernizzate…

The rooms themselves are fine with space even with a rather big family. In my opinion the biggest dealbreaker about this hotel is the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms. The only way to get Wi-Fi is in the lobby witch is annoying if you live on the 3rd floor.
