This hotel offers facilities that are misleading for unsuspecting guests and relying solely on photos and previous positive reviews that seem totally exaggerated to us. Indeed, the view is beautiful, the rooms are ok (the bathrooms are small) the air conditioning works well although noisy, but then the coaching team is deplorable! The manager pretends not to understand English when we tell him that we waited more than an hour for our dish at dinner, the hotel masters are absolutely not professional, they never smile, do not apologize in anything and we have felt like they were constantly bothering them, the same for the manager of the Bar, the same for the manager of the desk during the check in (there is only one young man in a desk internship who was charming) and what about the gloomy atmosphere created by this team throughout the stay (apart from a young bartender). Breakfast is awful with only frozen and then thawed products, every day identical and interest-free. Restaurant food is mundane and prices are high. We only thought of leaving this hotel every morning so as not to have to deal with these people or the services offered. Nothing to do with a so-called 4-star superior. This hotel is absolutely not advisable if you want good humor, benevolence and good services (food and accompaniment to get good information about the "sides"). We will never go back. 8-day stay 9 nights in July/August 2018
