Great hotel, great spa, very nice staff.

I had the pleasure to stay at this property for my birthday. The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely caring. The front desk staff were always available, service was friendly, smart, and efficient. I was given a no charge room upgrade and the staff in the bar and spa went out of their way to cater to my needs. The restaurant bar does very well with food allergies and creating meals to suit. The rooms are well tended to and hotel and room amenities are on point. The spa area is very relaxing and even with Covid measures in place, I was able to enjoy most of the spa path. The fitness center is also very well appointed and will suit not only cardio needs (as is often the case with hotel gyms) but also provides ample equipment for the weight trainers as well. I will be returning to Mercure Olbia!

Spectacular Spa, heated outdoor swimming Pool, a new sardinian Restaurant, swimming pool with grill meat and fish impressive and of high quality.

Very nice and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. In addition there is a new outdoor pool and the gym is included. The hotel also has a spa and is close to the city center.

Rooms are perfectly conform at what we were waiting, the service is really good and can give us any information we need. For the location the bus is at 2mins away and it is in the city center next to the port so it is a good one. One thing that is annoying is that you cant go to the spa when you want to, you have to book for it at least the day before.

What to say; Great service, great courtesy and professionalism of all the staff, pleasant environments, common spaces and large and satisfying rooms. The highlight is the beautiful evening scenery by the pool, where you can dine at a low price with service and high quality foods, excellent wine list and themed evenings with always new and dynamic fixed menu, accompanied by a musical background never invasive and annoying, but always very discreet. The spa offers the best you can expect from a SPA; The route is complete and relaxing. I highly recommend it to couples or families to spend a few days of real relaxation a short distance from a number of lovely and sought-after beaches.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and with lots of amenities. Just arrived we were offered a welcome drink and a free one-hour entrance to the spa. Very spacious and bright rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful for every request. The property is only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Olbia.

Amazing hotel experience. Everything was as described. Hotel design is unique. Staff is very friendly. Free underground parking is available. Breakfast is mediterranean which is ok. It is about 1km from the street with all the stores and the night life.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Nice town. Very nice island. But the hotel location is the worse part run down part of a nice town. Odd place for a Mercure.

I stayed one night, but enough to appreciate the beauty, cleanliness and professionalism of the Hotel staff. The double room is spacious and comfortable. I also took advantage of the wonderful internal SPA, enjoying an hour of total relaxation. Breakfast? There's one for everyone. 5 stars well deserved.

The Hotel is located in the central area of Olbia, close to the station and the main bus stop, in a quiet neighbourhood. THE structure is equipped with all The facilities: Ample parking, good restaurant, gym, wellness centre and the staff has always been available. I Also liked the ecological footprint given to the cleanliness of the rooms.

Hotel has very good location, near to city centre. Hotel surrounding is a bit weird (shaby industrial area). Hotel itself has original modern architecture and design and it is kept clean and tidy. But rooms are absolutely not relaxing and not 4*, designed very uncomfortable, they look like not furbished yet (lot of TV wires hanging on the wall, weird wardrobe tossed in corridor, very very small bathroom).

Comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of Olbia town. Spacious rooms and a big food selection at breakfast where you can sit in an amazing atrium space. There is a very good happy hour offering (all important) excellent wine prices!

Visited the Spa Wellness Centre. Very nice and cozy. Really professional massages and just as friendly staff. I recommend it to families as well. An unforgettable wellness route.

Spa. Spotlessly Beautiful offers many alternatives, 2 Turkish baths 2 saunas, emotional shower air relax and fantastic swimming pool with 5 different whirlpools and cervical showers… to try Absolutely.

Hotel in city center, fairly recent with great common areas and nice rooms. Especially the restaurant, very nice the center, fitness and wellness.

This hotel is great the beds are fantastic.

The Hotel is centrally located and in a quiet and well served area. The rooms are nicely laid out and comfortable, The prices are average compared with equal facilities in the same area. I also Recommend visiting the SPA (accessible from the hotel but also exploitable by external visitors) for hours of pure relaxation; In addition to the classic wellness path you can access a whole series of beauty treatments. Staff were always very friendly.

The hotel is located in a fringe belt to the center. The immediate surroundings are scrap metal, bypass and railway site. The hotel is architecturally worth seeing and represents a ship. The rooms are well equipped and the service is excellent. The breakfast is very good and rich.

Stayed for 1 night only and wished we could have stayed longer. Polite staff, clean and smart looking rooms. Hotel facilities looked good but unfortunately didn't have time to try out their spa and gym.

Very nice staff, attentive and professional. Unusual Architecture that compensates for the view without interest but the hotel alone is worth it. It could have been better soundproof though (noise from other rooms or hallway). Breakfast Very clean and spacious room. Perfect location to visit Olbia on foot.

I often visit the hotel's Spa. It's always very clean and tidy. The spaces are well designed and functional to complete relaxation. It's always a pleasure to go there.

View unfortunately of the scrap car trade, shower with mold stains, light-hearted rooms, breakfast enough choice.

The hotel staff is super friendly & very helpful. Unfortunately, carpet, as well as walls in the room were very dirty and also generally look older and worn out. Breakfast below standard. SPA only with an additional charge of 18, — p. P, which is really not acceptable at a 4-star hotel and at the price.

Suite room is top, staff very courteous.

We have been in the spa, we went as a couple and we loved it. Prefect plan if it rains in Olbia, or do not know what to do. All the areas we loved, are 2h within the spa and half an hour for the shower. Worth 29 euros with a towel per person and part flip-flops and if you want another towel more (worth).

We have only been able to enjoy the spa of the hotel and assure you that it is excellent, given that you have plenty of time to enjoy the and also the compartments of the sauna, steam bath, steam, shower, swimming pool, etc. Have very good quality. The treatment is very friendly and affordable price.

Nice location and huge breakfast.

We stayed here for a total of 11 days recently and hope to do the same next year. Great hotel, marvelous room, superfriendly personel (no exceptions). Even the management (Mr. Sanna and Mr. Laudadio) worked on the floor occassionally and took time to talk to customers, which surprised me since it's quite a large hotel. And last but definitely not least, we had a great fitness instructor (Antonio) that — even having years of fitness experience myself — still had some valuable tips and advice, which I immediately put to use at home. Thank you, see you next year hopefully!

Althought not really near the centre of Olbia, this can be reached by a little walk. Rooms are comfortable. Hotel is structured like a ship. Definitively a good choice.

I visited the Spa of the Hotel Mercure. Qualified personnel, saunas and steam baths with temperatures to begin your journey from lower temperatures to rise, whirlpool, relaxation room with tea service available to, sensory showers, foot path on pebbles. Overall great experience. Good value for money. Recommended.

It was nice, but I still think You Should change the waiters.

We passed 2:00 in complete relaxation at the spa staff trained and friendly staff. The route was a lifesaver!
