Beautiful location. Apartments of the era very fascinating kept in an excellent state. In the center of Fano, in a strategic position.

Already our third time here. 2 minutes from town centre and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Gabriela and her team are fantastic! I couldn’t praise them enough. Well done!

A varied Breakfast including homemade bread and cakes. The rooms are decorated with much taste. The ceiling paintings in the apartment 5 is worth seeing. Cleanliness and Service are perfect. Great Flair of the old town, the sea in about 5 minutes walking distance. Little car traffic, lots of cyclists, therefore, very relaxed with each other. A thank you to Gabriela for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful residence of 600 in the historic center of Fano. We stayed in one of the beautiful suites furnished with a lot of taste, cozy, extremely quiet, spotless and heated to the right point. The bathroom very bright with a nice big shower and equipped with complete courtesy kit and excellent quality. Excellent breakfast brought to the room on silver platter (in true sense) full of everything. A lot of compliments to Gabriela for the warm welcome. We will definitely go back and recommend this wonderful place to heart.

We stayed here for three nights. The place is a little old and tired, but charming. The location, right in the heart of Fano and a few minutes from the beach and the port, is excellent.

Its a palace to live at affordable price…

Since it is located in the city centre and not so far from the sea, it is a better location to stay. If you wanna get experienced with a vintage style home, it is tha best place… To specify particularly about the owner, Mrs. Gabriella, her kids pietro & sofie are so kind and the cute little doggie jack… will make you feel like a family…

This Palazzo in the Heart of Fano is a jewel! Super appartment, good bed, excellent Breakfast and Aperitivo! The charismatic owner Gabriela, as well as the Girls who serve breakfast and clean the room, do everything to let you feel comfortable! I can recommand this Palazzo very much! And last but not least: Jack, the House-dog, as friendly as the others! A big Bravo for them all!

I stayed in a small apartment (about the room would be an understatement) very comfortable and characterized by a refined and comfortable furnishings.
Water, different types of soft drinks and yogurt in fridge-bar (drinks are included in the room rate).
Manual cleaning. Great comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with bathrobes and quality toiletries.
Staff very courteous and helpful.
A special mention for breakfast, served in your room from a very nice waitress: all things good quality including cakes and homemade bread.

Palazzo Rotati is one of the best place to live when you are in Fano. Rooms are very spacious and furnished nicely. Working staff take care of the guests. I stayed at this place for two weeks and did not face any problem. Breakfast is served in the rooms to make stay pleasant and comfortable.

We have been staying in the Palazzo Rotari now for 4 nights (at least one more to come). The town of Fano is really nice with many interesting sights in the town and in the vicinity (e. G. Urbino), very interesting buildings, nice people, quite clean, with beautiful stores, a charming atmosphere, and also a very good service at the local airport (we arrived with our private plane). Into this friendly atmosphere fits this apartment hotel perfectly well with very friendly owners and personnel. Our apartment is very roomy, clean and comfortable, with a reasonable pricing as well. Breakfast, cleaning service, location of the Palazzo in the heart of the old town, and, for me very important for checking weather and preflight briefing — a flawlessly working free Wi-Fi are all together just perfect. We definitely recommend Palazzo Rotari to anyone who enjoys to be treated nicely and likes the comfort of a whole apartment!

Back to staying at Palazzo Rotated after the beauty of 3 years since my last stay and not only have I confirmed my previous positive review but I am improving it. First mark the implementation of a powerful, reliable and free Wi-Fi, which is fundamental to anyone who travels for work. Another plus point goes to the capacity, design and practicality. The mine, located in room # 11 was brand new (as indeed the room) perfectly air-conditioned and built with quality materials. The shower had a piazza D'Armi and comfortable bathroom fixtures as well. The owner is always very attentive to customer satisfaction, putting him at ease, like a perfect hostess. LCD TV and a kitchen of last generation completed the decoration of the room. Breakfast was prepared with care and attention to the quality of raw materials. We note the presence of a small garage for customers, which is really helpful, though not essential, because only a few metres from the municipal parking. Look even that soon will open a meeting room to accommodate small business events. The top for business or with family. Well done!

One of the best hotels ever in Fano. The place is great for business or leasure. Peaple at the Plazzo Rotati are very friendly the provide daily excellent breakfat with daily housekeeping service. The location is excellent it is in the heart of the old city of Fano walking distance to all the shops, resturants and caffeas. It is also 10 mints walk to the centeral train and bus station. This has been a great experiance for me, love the place and for sure I will come back.

They made me feel like I was family when I stayed. They always helped no matter how hard the problem was. The service was great with homemade breakfast every morning. I would definitely stay again…! The rooms are very nice… with everything you would need, a kitchen, Flat-Screen TV, modern and very clean bathroom. There rooms are great, their service is great, there is nothing wrong with anything at Palazzo Rotati.

A period home in the center of Fano, hospitality and services of this residence are treated in detail! Breakfast is served in your room every morning with homemade products, a real treat! A unique place, every time we return to Fano is a certainty to spend here our stay. A place to be seen absolutely, vaulted ceilings and neoclassical furniture keep the history of this wonderful building. Pallazzo Rotati is such a beautiful, well-polished, authentic 17th century feel to it. What a perfect place to feel at home and close to everything you want to do on vacation. Best of all the staff really cares and makes your stay a memorable one!

The perfect place for a relaxing, historic building where you can feel the peace of that era. Family atmosphere with a bed and breakfast hotel.

We were with the whole family of five for almost a week in the beautiful Palazzo Rotati. The from us inhabited Suite was very spacious 85 sqm, and was in 2. The upper floor of the Palazzo, with Mehrblick from the living room. To the spacious impression of the room is also the stately Altbauhöhe of the rooms with fantastic Muldengewölbedecken. The Overnight stay includes a really very good and according to their own taste, choice of Breakfast, with fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juice, the one stipulated time, the room gets. The family, which the Hotel operates, is incredibly nice, helpful and flexible. In and Out-Checkzeiten, for example, are very flexible to negotiate. All in all, a really recommended accommodation in which we are not sure the last Time they were.

This must be definitely the best quality/price Hotel in the surroundings. The hotel has a optimum location in the heart of the historic center of the city but is nevertheless easy to reach with a vehicle (and 5 min walk to Sassonia beach). The owner has done a splendid job in converting and old historic Villa in a hotel (internal design is very nice). Super friendly service (one of the best I've ever experienced), breakfast brought to your room at your convenience, always aware to assist (in our case they helped us a lot in consideration with a handicap relative that traveled with us). Room is spacious and cooking angle makes the room very practical. The train passes nearby but the room was properly isolated sound-wise.

Only stayed one night in this Palace with my spouse, romantic! Welcomed with great sympathy, attention to small details but never intrusive.

Looking for a place to sleep in Fano, which differs from the usual hotel, I found the Palace Rotati. A piece of history in the heart of the city. I was greeted so excellent, the room was very spacious, elegantly appointed, with a separate room for the breakfast table, fridge has all the good things already included in the price. ; Room service breakfast with homemade jam and Pastries; the elegance and professionalism of Director Gabriela sealed this relaxing stay.

Beautiful building and they were very nice and welcoming.
The rooms are very large and perfectly tidy and clean. Breakfast is taken in the morning at the desired time choosing between sweet and salty.

As soon as you enter the front door you are immersed in another era. Clean and tidy, every detail is taken care of in particular, the rooms beautiful, deliciously prepared table for breakfast, courtesy and friendliness of the hosts. Ready to give advice and tips on the city. And not being on vacation, all of this has made the stay very enjoyable. Worth visiting.
