I really don't understand all these positive reviews that I had unfortunately been fooled by. Actually then going to look more closely are almost all of them than at least 4 years ago.
Chosen on booking for location, pool service and Wi-Fi.
I arrive and they tell me the pool isn't there. I think I was wrong, so I go up to my room to check. Wi-fi isn't there. In the corridor very low signal, but as soon as you enter the room the net disappears.
I turn on the ceiling fan. You know it's noisy, but there it felt like it was under bombardment.
I return to reception and point out the Wi-Fi problem. Answer: I don't know what to do with it. I show the reservation with pool and jacuzzi. Answer: never had. I ask maybe if you have an agreement with a bathroom or an external structure. Answer: no, before Covid we had aperitifs on Thursday evenings in collaboration with a structure that has a swimming pool, but nothing more. Double check it out on tripadvisor and there are reviews that talk about spa, pool, spa and i'm increasingly puzzled. Small detail: reviews of users who wrote only for this property. Do they really think they're cheating people like this?

I notice that I would have heard booking customer service. While I'm on the phone they knock on my door saying I can move to another nearby facility of their property where there is Wi-Fi.
