If you go out with your vehicle and the free seats are taken, you can park for free. The 3/4 of the courtyard are industrial walls that are horribly sliced with the residence/museum part.

On the first floor a meeting room, be careful, remember to close the door that gives in the hallway of the rooms. Two people were talking to each other at the table, the hallway making a case of reason. I hope it wasn't the boss with his rep as he has a lower office and woke me up during my nap.
The floor of the hallways and rooms is sanded and vitreous cement, the owner wanted to save money but he will lose his customers in the longevity of his business.
The room 103 is large, 2 doors suitcases, 3 wall cupboards with real hangers. Two more pillows.
Reversible air conditioning. Wi-Fi works fine.
Good bedding.
Table, bulbs and bedsides lamps are pousiereuses. Bathroom is great, served your thick, slippers ect. Wicker decoration under the sink and the 2 baskets were full of old dust. I gave a shower spray shot it took 5 seconds.
Mr. Intandant give orders and ask questions more often.
