Very nice hotel in an old monastery. Very welcoming, smiling and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms, large shower with pressure. Free parking behind the property and swimming pool in the beautiful garden with terrace. We didn't test the restaurant but the menu made us want to. Breakfast is fine. A great place to visit the Alba region and meet the many winemakers in the Barolo region.

I was at a conference organized by one of our suppliers. The location was great. The work tools, the coffee break, the meal offered. All 5 stars.

Complete disappointment, we went because we thought there was the chef Eynard unfortunately no, we noticed, food is not all height.

Expensive! The atmosphere is magical. The old monastery too… But… If the reception is warm, the establishment is hardly worthy of a 3 star. A bit of a cold shower between promise and reality. No bar or other place to relax in such a large establishment… Who has a vocation to be a dormitory. EXCELLENT Restaurant. Probably a very good venue for seminars.
We'll test it.

Beautiful hotel located in an old monastery located on a hill. The "old" part Èolto beautiful and evocative and has the most beautiful rooms and suites. While in the "Dependance" on the third floor there are more basic rooms but always with all comforts. Breakfast and good but a little lacking compared to the quality of the hotel. They have a small garden with pool at the back, with seen on the valley and the town of Bra. There are also external and indoor parking lots. Also there are some car parks on the main street in front of the hotel, beyond the garden walls inside the ancient walls. The staff is very friendly is helpful. It is worth a stay when you are in Cherasco.

Very nice structure with large rooms and a spectacular panoramic view over the Alpine arc and the Monviso; Great breakfast. I also had dinner and I have to congratulate the chef!

Warm atmosphere a journey through time with furnishings and architecture by enchantment, the unique "Teatro" restaurant allows you to listen to live music in the unprecedented setting of a dinner, the kitchen at the height of the place and the staff of exquisite reception.

I attended a brief meeting at this facility. It was very easy to reach and the large parking area allowed me to park the car in a few moments. The structure is very cozy and elegant thanks also to the large halls.

The hotel is an old monastery, situated at the edge of the old town of Cherasco, a sleepy little town in the Barolo wine region. The building and its surroundings are stunningly beautiful. The hotel has a pleasant pool area with a good number of sunbeds and a cabaña. The pool area is an extension of the pleasant bistro's terrace, so there's no need to get up from one's sunbed to order appetizers or a cocktail to be enjoyed in the sun. The food in both the fine dining restaurant upstairs as well as in the bistro is very good and a good value for money. The service is friendly and professional across the property. I would recommend this as a base for e. G. Visiting Barolo and its wineries, or just taking a couple of days to relax and enjoy the sun, the pool, the good food and the beautiful surroundings.

Renovated monastery… tastefully done. Everything clean. Warm and friendly service from all staff we encountered. Back garden and cafe are beautiful. Breakfast in the basement is a bit sad. Better to pay at the cafe or take a short walk :)

Excellent location to spend the evening. This is a carefully renovated historic building where you can sample many dishes, not just those of the Piedmontese tradition.

Clean rooms, nice Hotel overall and very nice and helpful staff The only thing would be to fault, is the offered room service, it is probably only at fixed times (Breakfast and dinner), but this is not mentioned anywhere.

I was at the restaurant on two occasions. One of these for a wedding. At the moment it is in my opinion perfect for lovers of fine cuisine, is to meet in palate that belly. The location is impressive, but not enough to distract the Diners from the sample never wrong and always innovative.
The price is right in my opinion. Definitely the most comfortable positions are not items of this standard at these prices.
The wines always correspond with the requirements of the food and the staff is friendly and professional task in the right dose.
I would highly recommend.

I was working for (Congress), the kitchen I was amazed by the quality, the level of the a la carte restaurant is commendable. The Manager has endless culinary knowledge. The place magnificent, magnificent halls and chambers of a 5 star hotel.
