Sabbioneta is a small town located in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is known for its well-preserved Renaissance architecture and is often referred to as a "perfect" Renaissance town. The town was founded in the 16th century by Vespasiano Gonzaga, the Duke of Sabbioneta, and was designed by the famous architect Vincenzo Scamozzi.
