Great location, awesome staff, lovely rooms, complimentary shuttle, and it’s like a second home for me.

The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Even the hotel is far from the shopping area but they have the shuttle service to send you there. The hotel is near to the railway station too.

This hotel is a must stay if you need to be near the Milano Centrale Stazione. It is staffed with the most friendly and efficient staff. The beds are amazing, as well as the bedding. Room service is super fast. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I have had.

Excellent luxury hotel next to Milan Central Station and the business district around Porta Nuova. The historic center is within walking distance and can be reached in about 40 minutes. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely quiet, although overlooking the train station. The service was also excellent.

We stayed in one of the Atelier suites with our 20 year kids in an adjoining room which was perfect at — 1000 sf total space. The hotel was amazing and the staff was even better!

Friendly waiter, who gave good advice on wine, brought us accompanying carasau bread, olives and toasted almonds. Good location. Too bad for the area, the central station is overrun by immigrants who in the evening do not give their best.

Stayed in this hotel during the month of July for about 2 days. Hotel is situated on this city centre in Milano opposite to main railway station. Hotel list luxurious hotel one can release breakfast dinner here specifically the pizza and Lasagne awesome. Excellent interiors washrooms 8 hotel everything was fantastic and awesome.

Hotel Gallia. There really isn't anywhere else you should stay in Milan. Sheer luxury. Great service. Check out the gym and pool area. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I happened to have a business meeting. A beautiful setting with the lounge and bar full of people doing my own thing. In the parking lot in front of the hotel there were incredible cars. They say it is the place where the negotiations of the football market unfold.

Very nice and clean hotel with dinners and beautiful view of the station Square, near the metro station. Highly recommend for working trips.

PLUS: the comfort of the bed, bathrobe and slippers are provided breakfast the Wi-Fi worked very well the staff at the bar and breakfast, very considerate the rooftop bar has a beautiful view, and impeccable service minus: far enough from the historic centre, I does not recommend it to visit the city the reception is very cold at the front desk and the Concierge always to the absent subscribers the bathroom is small or rather poorly arranged, you can not put your kit the cleaning is done 1 times out of 2 in the room.

This is a well-appointed luxury hotel! The suites are particularly beautiful and all guests have access to the necessary facilities for a great stay: spa, cigar lounge, rooftop terrace bar and restaurant. Being next to Stazione Centrale also means one can do day trips to the lake district around Como or the autumn truffle fair in Alba. If you prefer to do those day trips in style, ask the concierge about the hotel's limo service. We have enjoyed every stay here… two thumbs up!

What about renovated historic hotel, always has its charm, the newly built part is modern and sought after. Very nice. I was in one of the conference halls for a conference, however a nice experience.

Great hotel beside the train station, super friendly staff. Quite upscale hotel, ask for the corner rooms that have 2 glass walls. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is great. It’s definitely a great deal for the money you spend. Great rooftop bar, great gym with all the latest tecnogym machinery. Definitely recommended, partnof the spg network.

Beautiful hotel and building. Modern luxury right in downtown Milano. The hotel was really quiet, considering it is two steps away from the train station centrale. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect. Clean, modern and with a touch of luxury here and there. At breakfast we had a good choice from the buffet or chance to order a la carte. We did not have the chance to try the gym or the pool, but guessing from the hotel, must have been also perfect. Excellent stay! Could not fault anything.

It was a very nice Hotel. I gave it 3 stars because, at the time of departure, I had to move the car alone because the valet was ashamed to do so. I would like to inform the dear Sir that I also paid the parking lot, as who has the "fancy", so I expect the same treatment!

Magnificent Hotel in the collection Luxery collection located in the centre of Milan right next to the central station. New Arts Building opened in 1932 and recently renovated. Its chic design side will charm you. Quality of materials, great service offer. The breakfast buffet is just amazing. SPA Shiseido equipped with all the latest facilities (swimming pool of course) restaurant and roof top trendy. Great choice of conference room.

Great spot at Milan. Central Station steps away which is convenient. Has maserati taxis for the guests. Wifi speed is fast. Rooms are great and the bathroom is big.

I visited the hotel for 2 nights and it was a very good experience. The staff provides a fantastic services. The hotel is beautiful and interior is elegant. The breakfast selection was delicious. The spa was fantastic. I can only recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Milan.
The only thing I can put a finger on was that one of the days we first had cleaning of the room at 17.00.

I have been in the new area for an event and my judgment, on the areas from me that you use and the staff is very positive! Stayed here with my wife recently. As is the norm for Starwoods resorts, all the staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. Further, the rooms were impeccably tasteful, the gym/pool/sauna+spa fantastic, and overall experience everything I could have asked for.

Hotels in 2 steps from the central station, very convenient for those who travel a lot, the staff structure that define luxury is, of course, like everything in luxury prices are not cheap, but still worth it.

Truly 5-star in every way from the high quality contemporary rooms to the restaurants and spa faculties. On top of that, it's in a central location of the city.
