It was lovely, the room, bathroom, breakfast and most important the view but very very cold during winter time! They keep the heating on until 23:00 then we checked at 1:00, at 3:00 and 5:00 am and was freezing cold : (I felt like visiting grumpy grandparents trying to save couple bucks with heating but this in the winter is a big NO. At 8 when we woke up of course the heating was turned back on! But still freezing cold. We wanted to stay more but because of this we left.

Loved this little quirky place. Very clean lovely welcoming staff and a great breakfast. Very reasonable rates 2! thank u from the atkinsons x.

Great and peaceful location. Between Lugano and Como Lakes. Not to expensive venue for a short summer vacation. Parking limited.

Nice area! Hotel is also nice but no luxury. Did not like breakfast though. But if you down to the city which is 5 min walk you can get Aperol Spritz for 3 Euro.

Overnight on the way to Lugano, economy class but cosy, quite place, Italian breakfast included.

Really nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and nicely decorated. Wifi a little slog, but overall Villa San Fédele offers great value. If you stay several days, don't miss the beautiful hike up to Monte Generosa and the stunning views over the lakes and the alps from there.

It was a lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. The lift was broken during our time there so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. The breakfast was also really nice but the main restaurant food was not that great. We had the set menu for £25 which we wasn't expecting a lot for the price but if we knew it was going to be bland and sloppy we would have ordered from the main menu. Overall relaxing and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent quality-price. We were for August, friendly and helpful people at every request! The rooms are very clean. They accept dogs. Good breakfast only there is no cappuccino bar X or coffee but only vending machine. A tip: Vegetable buffet for lunch and dinner. And in the morning put the menu sheet for lunch and dinner so that people can mark what they prefer or not. Two first and two seconds of choice. Limited parking. X the rest all quiet relax. Confrontevole structure. Recommended for those who love tranquility.

We stayed here about a month ago. The village San Fedele Intelvi is small but very nice. The hotel is really nice as well. All the rooms have their own colour theme, which I loved. And what we really appreciated was that the room was very clean. The breakfast was also perfect! But what made our stay so pleasant was the staff! They were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay at this hotel when we are around Como lake or Lugano lake again.

Great location in the middle of the lakes of Como and Lugano, in the countryside. Quiet place and very clean, run by friendly people, excellent breakfast, plentiful and served in a space that is very cute. A place where you can relax.

Amazing place and staff. Very clean and cosy room! A bit far from the lake, but if you are looking for a calm place, this is the place.

Lovely and friendly staff! The room is very quite and cozy! You can hear the birds singing in the morning. We stayed in a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bathroom is very clean with a good shower. The room is spacious and has a big bed. The breakfast is included and it's good for the value. The place has a few restaurants around. It's definitely recommended!

Fabulous stay in Villa San FedEE. Estubimos 3 nights and they couldn't have been better. The views and the nature of the landscape added to a nice and comfortable room and to the attention of the service, make of this characteristic place a small jewel. Highly recommended.

Convenient location to undoubtedly some of the most beautiful locations around the lakes. Car, motorbike, scooter or bicycle recommended. Hotel quiet and immaculate, breakfast tasty and plentiful, proprietors and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Other guests also seem to be enjoying their stay. Incredible value!
