For a three-star everything ok if the attic chamber had not entered the rainwater. The staff very nice, changed my room and did not charge me parking.
Good breakfast.
The rooms and bathrooms should be a bit renovated.

Great service. Unfortunately the location although central, many close to the station and the center is not very welcoming. Improving breakfast service is important. Friendly and almost perfect internet!

The location I chose for the proximity to the car show of the park Valentino, reachable in 10 minutes, but I can say that the first impression when I entered is of an old place with characteristic smell of mold… Luckily in the room you couldn't hear it.
Second floor with window door on inner courtyard. Forced air or conditioning does not exist, the same applies to the blind bathroom without obvious vacuum cleaner. Furniture dated and crooked. Friendly staff But this does not gratify the rest and much less the price.

The rooms are spacious and very clean but you have to ask the rooms at the back too noisy on the street a lot of bar.

It was a very nice Hotel. Great breakfast in a charming veranda. The staff are friendly and helpful. The newly renovated bathroom in the room offers all the comforts. The service level is great.

Sad, Demodé, dark. To renew completely. Rooms and small bathroom, view over backyard house (stuffy. ). The breakfast we forget. Better at the bar.
In the closet no extra pillow and warm blanket.
Jacuzzi tub out of use by who knows how many years. If it cost 50 euros per night it would be more honest. Flunked.
Besides. It is located in a nasty and dangerous area.
Positive note: A large balcony (however all open Zero privacy. ) and the kettle in the room with various tea bags and instant coffee.

I don't have a lot of Best Western experience But this is certainly a good level. Spacious and clean rooms, breakfast varied and good, staff (Giacomo at reception, in particular) polite. Too bad about the area, really poorly frequented.

Nice and clean place located in a great location from which are easily reachable all the places of interest. Great and varied breakfast buffet. The only drawback of the stay is the air conditioning not working.

Unfortunately the area is not the best in Turin. Then it would have been better to stay directly at the station. Immersed in a non-Italian context. Also the breakfast, compared to the other Best Western hotels I tried, left to be desired. The bed is not comfortable enough. Staff. Experience not from best.

Nice looking hotel. But the rooms are outdated and very very simple. Few electrical outlets. Released directly from the 80 years.

Overall great welcome, kindness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. Proximity to the city center, good breakfast and cleanliness of the room. Only note that I would suggest to the staff to improve the soundproofing of the rooms. We were guests of No. 120 on the second floor.

Cute. The only drawback is the bathtub a bit ruined. The location is great.

Very noisy Hotel and yet we were on the 5th floor. And when it is not the noises and cries of the street; These are your room neighbors. Looks like they're in your bed.!

Nice staff, strategic location, my room is a little small but cozy, quiet and not lacking anything. The only drawback is the lighting system: The switches are so strange that I have not yet figured out how to access or turn off a specific light. CMQ Recommended!

Good night at this hotel for the second time. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is good and the position is not bad for the price.

Particular Location: A very nice view, very spacious, spotless, with very large bathrooms, great prices and above all a manager who define a big not enough.
Given the availability, the knowledge of the place and the surroundings have been invaluable, transforming an ordinary holiday into an experience full of surprises and unexpected experiences.

Every morning not only was the linen changed but also the whole kit of the various toiletries (practical, more than disposable multi-use shampoo, shower room, cream x the body that I took away since the packages of can reuse perfectly and are very useful x who travels).

The place is frequented (very close to Porta Nuova station), I had a balcony overlooking the main street and the weekend chaos also kept me company. So x those who love silence just ask at the time of booking what is best x your own needs (reviews serve this) …
I arrived alone, I always came back after 11pm (I walk and I wanted to see everything), and I never had any problems of any kind…
Convenient thing that you can decide daily whether or not to make breakfast.
In the room : fridge bar, assortment of herbal tea bags and coffee x can make an additional "cuddle" on the return…

Very beautiful and clean rooms! The hotel is right next to the train and bus station so it is convenient for your next trips or journeys. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and ice-cream shops in the area so you'll love staying there!

Nice friendly staff was helping us during our stay. Good breakfast. Only disadvantage was the room size and the atmosphere arround the hotel.

Room looked pleasing enough, but aircon would not move below 27C. Reception arranged to have it fixed while I was at dinner. But it stopped working almost immediately I returned. The opened windows made the room cooler, but the shutters lock was broken. The receptionist brought in a table fan, so that had to do. Additionally, there was no suitcase stand so had to move a night table from beside the bed to do the job. By now, a small amount of water had dripped from the a/c grill. Another room was not possible until the following day. This present one was not a three star room, despite the cooperation of the receptionist.

I admit that I judged this place on Australia's Best Western brand, but this hotel goes beyond the franchise standard. It is charming, great architecture, personal and feels like a great hotel to call home while travelling. The breakfast room is its own wonder, filled with treats to energise your day. The location for us was great — so close to attractions and transport and also a laundromat that made our plans easier mid-holiday. Nice staff too — very friendly.

I stayed in this Hotel with my wife and we were impressed by the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, also was very quiet, the breakfast is served in a bright veranda.

I have stayed at this hotel two times now. The breakfast is nice. Rooms are clean. The shower is rather small. The staff is friendly. The Wi-Fi is free, but not the best connection. My first stay, the Wi-Fi was weak and terrible. My second stay was in a different room and had a better connection. I would recommend staying here. There is a great pizzeria within 20 meters.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Porta Nuova railway station, in the multicultural area. Place still quiet and a little New Yorker. The hotel is cosy and well kept. Staff courteous and helpful. The twin room has the basics for sleep and spend a few hours. Very large bathroom with shower. But little space for hanging and storing clothes. I suggest the JACUZZI rooms, although they are constantly charged.
