Super rude trestment. This is not what I wanna have in a 5 star hotel. Only offer 30 min in the gym. Way to much money for a bad stay.

This place is perfect. Just had the tuna & minestrone soup, soooo yummy. Staff excellent hotel beautiful & extremely comfortable — I am doing a longer review on trip advisor/ this is a 5 star hotel. You will be really well looked after. Covid precautions are excellent — photos will be uploaded on trip advisor to show you how cups etc are all sealed in plastic covering. Also the bathroom — it’s wonderful — there are 3 different showers a bath & bidet & I love the Rituals bath products.

We chose this amazing hotel to unwind and end our European trip. The service, hospitality is amazing, the pool spa and Turkish Bath exactly what we needed after cruising for twelve days. The shower and tub amazing. Perfect way to end our trip before flying home

Modern style hotel. Room was good and of reasonable size for such hotel standards. Breakfast included, whose food selection was rather good.

We stayed here for a week during our holiday in Italy, the hotel is fantastic in location wise but unprofessional in some areas like the swimming pool and the facilities opening hours also their maintenance. They pay attention to details until a certain level what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, however definitely not an exceptional from the many. Thanks to Paco who always smiling and positive and special thanks to Gabriele who looked after us during our week stay, ask him and old fashioned if you get to the bar and get surprised!

The Best Hotel ever. Friendly and helpful staff. Food excellent. Rooms out of this world beautiful and equipped with all your needs. Tv in bathroom was so wow. Room was ready two hours before check in and we were treated like royalty. Amazing experience. My husband and I travel the world and this Hotel is by far the most special for us. Thank you Hotel Melia.

A great stay in Genova. The staff was so helpful with places to go and with our transfer leaving. We even needed boarding passes printed for our flight out in the morning which was no problem at all. The facilities were great with a gym and small pool as well as a trendy bar off the lobby. The room was spacious with a good size bathroom. Full bath and separate shower with a TV in the mirror that came in handy not missing any news of the day while getting ready. A 9 min walk to shopping and good restaurants it was very convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice Hotel, with modern furnishings and fine finishes. Very full breakfast buffet. Located in Carignano, a residential and quiet neighbourhood, but very close to the centre. Piazza de Ferrari can be reached on foot in 10 minutes along the beautiful ascent of San Leonardo.

Meeting room very confortable, enough space for everyone and good service for parking and beverage.

Fantastic hotel with comfortable beds. This is definitely a business hotel, but it has some great touches for travelers. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful and did not disappoint. The restaurant manager was extremely patient with our lack of Italian and took the time to explain every dish in exquisite detail. Even though they were out of a couple items because we arrived so late they really took care of us and added some extras in because they were out of some things.

Very friendly staff But for the rest I find the hotel and especially the rooms a little ageing for a five star…

One of the best hotels in Genoa if not the best. Elegant and original rooms, the ones with the terraces (The Supremes) are superb and the terraces spacious. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful setting. Staff and service extraordinary, everything for your comfort with delicacy. Very well located in a quiet area close to the main shopping street. To be redone surely.

Perfect in all areas. Comfortable, welcoming contemporary accommodations. Great as it was away from the busy streets. But within very short walking distance to points of interest. The only time we hired a cab was for a reception at the aquarium. Definitely recommend.

This is a five star hotel, and with five star service. Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, good service. They fixed a boquet of flowers for my wife, and added a bottle of prosecco. Nice touch. Located in a part of town where there are less tourists, but really only a short walk in to the old city centre. It is on a hill though, so walking to it requires some effort (but worth it). Ok indoor pool — there is one. We had a room on fifth floor with views to the ocean.

The hotel is off the busy streets but within 10min walk to Piazza Ferrari (the main central hub with the shopping) and you have an elevator that could take you down. The Hotel quality is a really good value for money, friendly staff, everything clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was a bit scarce for the five star, but all the necessities you'd expect were there, but you cannot complain for EUR 130/night. Receptionist would give you discount vouchers to local exhibitions (e. G. Picasso) upon request. As you walk out of the hotel, a great view of the city opens up to gaze over Genova's historical architecture.

Great location, expensive bar and restaurant with a lovely local trattoria opposite. Standard rooms aren't massive but they are clean and comfortable.

Already stayed a few times at the Meliá… and each time we enjoyed it! Nice and clean the hotel, helpful and courteous staff, great and plentiful breakfast.

The hotel is situated on a beautiful street. We loved the room and the modern design. The bartender of the Blu Bar was outstanding. Would highly recommend having a drink at the bar!

Excellent hotel with all the imenities. Great restaurant, beautiful rooms, and service you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Plenty of food and pubs within walking distance. Theres a TV in the bathroom mirror and you even get your own Galaxy phone for the duration of your stay. This is the place to stay in Genoa.

Only one false note… pay €36 the parking lot and then wait 20min for you to bring the car.

We took a room as a point of support for the day which included a baptism. Kept room. We had a divine lunch with Genoese dishes in the restaurant inside. Excellent evaluation.

Excellent service and amenities, and fantastic location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and rooms are incredibly spacious for Italian standards. Our room came with an additional wheelchair accessible bathroom complete with handle bars and a shower seat. The bathroom mirror also came with a TV in it which was a real treat. The pool is also very enjoyable despite its small size — it doubles as a jacuzzi at all corners as well. Some improvements could certainly be made. Our room was booked for two but some amenities came in singles e. G. Bathrobe and slippers, and there was no hairdryer as advertised — nevertheless housekeeping staff were quick to accede to requests. Despite the 12 degrees C temperature outside, the windows open and the thermostat set to the absolute minimum on a cool setting in the middle of February, we still found it far too warm to fall asleep. The windows opened also into an enclosed airwell which transmitted sounds from downstairs so it did get quite noisy with the windows open. Overall still highly recommended.

I have been staying there for several years in December. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. I always come back with pleasure. The building of the fascist era is wonderful, originally the home of ILVA. Architecturally it is very interesting.

I stayed in this lovely hotel 7 or 8 times. I love it. In the restaurant the waiter suggests: 'I will mark the bottle as yours and you drink it along your meals — it is cheaper than buying by the glass'. The breakfast waiter shows me pictures of her beautiful cat. I arrived late on the 10th Dec. 2016. This was about a year since my stay in this hotel. I approached a front desk and the attendee asked me by my name! Not many places in the world you can find like this. It is great people which may make the rooms, comfort, experience a secondary thing to the way the treat you as a person. I learnt few things from Melia crew and the way they treat me — I use it in my sales techniques and I can see this working well. Thank you guys at Melia Genoa.

A great hotel with friendly, accommodating staff and the best rooms in Liguria. Always a pleasant place to relax in the center of everything that makes Genoa a fabulous place to visit.

Design is very nice and modern. Some switches do not work and in the gym missing Gewichthebemaschinen. Otherwise, perfect, nice Service and nice Hotel.

Great chef. I was there for a show with murder mystery dinner staff, corporate and very helpful and professional. Very nice and big room; spacious and luxurious bathroom with bath and shower.

Away on business I stayed at this hotel for a week, friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable room, clean bathroom (there's even a TV inside the bathroom mirror! ), the only drawback, if I find one, it is the position which, coming from Piazza Dante, is a bit challenging (moving from Salita San Leonardo).

Exclusive rooms, nice personal, even nicer spa/pool. All this to a very great price! So far the best hotel I have ever been to.
