Perfect hotel. Rooms that meet the standard of the chain. A guarantee. We stayed for 2 nights. All smooth yarn. Breakfast buffet stocked with everything. Recommended!

Perfect stay before cruise departure! Very clean and great location. The airline lost our luggage and Rosa went above and beyond to make our frustrating situation better. Great hotel!

Ease of contact and booking. No advance or penalty cancellation until the day before. Clean and cosy room. Climatizer ok. Continental style breakfast at Italian style price. Parking at 200 m contracted at 55% discount. Wifi OK.

The hotel is in a central location that allowed us to leave the car (in the garage) and drive around the city. It was a bit difficult to find it (even with the Tom_Tom) because to reach it you had to cross a road with limited traffic. Luckily the hotel staff told us we could get in without any problems.
A little slow internet connection but otherwise everything OK.
An 8 and deserves it.

The BW was located within walking distance of the harbor and around the corner from great restaurants. I appreciated the subdued exterior that fit right in with the architecture. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with an amazibg range of food. The croissants-melt in your mouth. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy.

Excellent Hotel, spotless and recommended especially for those who want to visit Aquarius and its surroundings and has children. You walk down and you are there. Just 10 minutes from the airport.

Hotel is a 3 stars but in good location, new arranged with functional stuff, ideal for busy people that are on move. Also friendly people on reception, ask and will got good informations. One of the best choices on port.

Suitable for families with children who want to visit not only the aquarium and the city of children, but Genoa in general.

Nice and clean Hotel… The rooms are really small, double from about 10sqm. Not suitable for those who suffer from claustrophobia.

I didn't get to see the rooms and try all the hotel facilities but the location is obviously great being in a little alleys in the historic center of Genoa. As soon as you exit you can reach in 1 minute the main attractions of Genoa as the famous aquarium. The little Vicoletto in front and one way and there is not much room to stop to unload luggage. Parking Agreement 2 minutes walk This is the next alley and parallel to the location of the hotel. Common spaces small but clean and cared for in the visual aspect. Recommended especially for the central location even compared to the train station which is about 7-10 minutes walk away. The area seems safe even in the evening being area of high passage also tourist. Thanks and good job.

Very friendly staff, convenient location, near the port opposite the oceanarium. In the room a set for tea-coffee, kettle, hair dryer. For 3 * very decent. Tax 1, 5 euro/person Night. Near shops, cafes, fruit shops.

Decent and clean Hotel in the heart of the historic centre of Genoa. A short walk from the historic Via del Campo, sung by De André, offers budget accommodation with a continental breakfast. Strategic to visit the narrow streets of the centre, the main monuments, the historical shops, excellent trattorias and the aquarium.

We booked one night, the Hotel is in a great location for those who want to visit the historic center of Genoa, 20 meters from the famous street of De Andrè song and 100 from the aquarium, is clean and recently renovated, TV 40 inches or more in the room, we were in B&B formula and for breakfast there was really everything including eggs and bacon. The door opens with the card that you deliver to the reception, then inside the room you have to insert the card in the appropriate socket in the wall otherwise after a few seconds the light goes out, as happened to us that we used for the first time:-) the Hotel is also Agreement with a parking lot nearby.

Good value for family room. Clean, neat and modern. Absolutely unique setting in historic town centre. Parking (and driving) for the hole only! Very narrow one way street access (car park a short walk away… Again access quite tricky for bigger cars! ) Generous breakfast. Would reuse.

Migliaia di questo hotel is if goes in auto! L'Hotel è eccellente, ma si trova in a strada with access colazione alle auto, e permesso apparently valid piu if arriva to entrare in albergo, le ammende fare lo stesso per le photo di orinatoi di strada, che ricevono molto più tardi… E vedere is hai the fortuna di avere ancora il permesso.
COSI mi è capitato di a giorno has ricevuto due multe, one riguardante l'accesso alla single il download e l'altro quando caricato di lasciare.
Da Argentina molto tempo dopo, senza il permesso della letter, subtraction only da pagare. Attenzione!
Beware of this hotel if you go by car! The hotel is excellent but is in a street with limited access to cars, and supposedly valid permit more you get to enter the hotel, the late do the same for photos of street cameras, which receive much later… And see if you got lucky enough to still have permission.
So I happened by one day, received two weekends, on admission to only download and when loaded to leave another one.

A great hotel for visiting Genoa and the aquarium with a children. There are rooms for families and the staff is attentive to the needs of children.

Service exellent, very good advice on restaurants (go to the spinola just next Loscanda! a treat! ). For example, arriving in the morning at 10: 00 in advance, I was kindly asked to go me servire free at breakfast in the meantime.

Really a great hotel. Very close to the Aquarium and to all the most interesting places to visit. It happens another stay in Genoa, will surely be the benchmark.

Great location, very nice staff, clean and well run. Our room was very small, but you want Yes inside squat, so a great city direct (! ) in front of the door.
Breakfast was also OK a good price performance ratio, all in all.

Great location just a few metres from piazzale Loading, in my opinion the best Hotel in Genoa City Centre as value for money. Completely new structure. Very quiet and clean.
Continental breakfast (no english breakfast). Staff polite and very helpful.
Free Wi-Fi. Discounted parking at the Marina Parking (piazza Caricamento) 18 euros per day.
